Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(2):109-110
ObjectiveTo observe the changes of neonatal behavior neurological assessment (NBNA) and one year intellectual quotient in newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after early intervention of rehabilitation.MethodsEighty newborns with apnea combined with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were divided randomly into routine group and early rehabilitation group with 40 cases in each group. Newborns in early rehabilitation group received rehabilitation treatment. All children were tested once with Chinese 20 terms NBNA before treatment and after 1 course treatment. After one-year following-up, Gesell preliminary assessment was used to test children's four items of intellectual development quotients, including abilities of action, responding to object, responding to human, and language.ResultsAfter treatment, NBNA scores of children in early rehabilitation group were significantly higher than that in routine group (P<0.01), and cases that NBNA scores over 35 in early rehabilitation group were more than that in routine group (P<0.05). After one-year following-up, the scores of intellectual development quotient of children in early rehabilitation group increased significantly compared with that in routine group (P<0.05).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation can raise NBNA sores and intellectual development quotient after one year in neonate with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
2.Exploration of Interaction between Aconite and Ginseng, Astragalus, Dried Ginger Based on Factorial Design
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(7):1581-1586
This study was aimed to reveal the effector mechanisms of Chinese medicine aconite, ginseng, astragalus and dried ginger on the intervention of adriamycin (ADR) cardiotoxicity model rats. The analysis was made on the interactive relationship between aconite and ginseng, astragalus as well as dried ginger. A total of 72 rats were randomly divided into nine groups. There were eight rats in each group. Except the normal group, rats in each group were intraperitoneally injected with 2.5 mg·kg-1 of ADR according to their body weights. The injection was given once a week and continued for four weeks. The total dosage was 10 mg·kg-1. In the aconite, dried ginger group, the intragastric administration dosage of herbal decoction was 1.75 g·kg-1. The decoction dosage in the gin-seng, astragalus group was 0.875 g·kg-1. The decoction dosage in the Shenfu, Qifu group was 2.625 g·kg-1. The decoction dosage in the Jiangfu group was 3.5 g·kg-1. The intragastric administration was given once a day and continued for four weeks. Indexes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), cardiac troponins (cTn), cytochrome C (CytC), myocardial mitochondria of Bax, Bcl 2, caspase-3, caspase-9 were detected. The colligation score was calculated associating with the close index. One-way ANOVA was given on different indexes and colligation indi-cators among different drug groups and the factorial design variance analysis was given to reveal the drug interac-tions. The results showed that compared with the normal group there were statistical significances among different indexes in the model group (P < 0.05). Aconite, ginseng, astragalus, dried ginger had varying degrees of impact on different indicators. There were statistical significances on the interaction between aconite and ginseng, astra-galus, dried ginger (except Bax). It was concluded that herbal medicine aconite, ginseng, astragalus, dried ginger had certain protective effect to the heart of ADR model rats. The combination of aconite and ginseng, astragalus, dried ginger can enhance the effect compared with a single herb.

Children in trial group were treated with sensory integration training besides routine medication, and assessed with Scale for Assessment of Attention Sensory Integration after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, scores of large muscle dis-equilibrium and ill-proprioception increased obviously (P<0.01) ; scores of improper tactile defense and insufficient development of learning ability also increased (P<0.05) compared with pretreatment. The curative effect of trial group was better than that of control group (P<0.05 ).ConclusionOn the basis of medication, sensory integration training can improve the rehabilitation effect of ADHD children.
4.Expression of PR and Bcl-2,Bax in Ectopic and Eutopic Endometrium in Patients with Endometriosis
Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(1):45-48,后插1
Objective:The pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMT)was explored by detecting the relationship of progesterone receptors(PR)and apoptosis-associated factors with EMT.Methods:Immunohistochemical imaging analysis was used to quantify the expression of PR,Bcl-2 and Bax in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with EMT.Results:Expressions of PR and Bcl-2 in eutopic endometrium are higher than those in ectopic endometrium(P<0.05).Expression of Bax in ectopic endometrium is higher than that in eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference of PR,Bcl-2 and Bax expression between proliferative and secretary endometrium. Conclusions:Either in proliferative or secretary phase, expressions of PR in eutopic endometrium are higher than those in ectopic endometrium, thus eutopic endometrium is more liable to proliferate in low level continuously, migrate and implant.Expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in eutopic and ectopic endometrium have no relationship with endometrium cycling. The apoptosis of ectopic endometrium is weakened and its proliferative power is continuously enhanced.

Chinese meteria medica (CMM) chain is a long-span chain covering agriculture which mainly depends on the forces of nature as well as high-tech CMM industry, CMM expertise industry and fast developing CMM circulation industry. Imbalance among the development of these industries produces bottlenecks and hinders the operation of the entire production chain. After analyzing the structure of Chinese meteria medica industrial chain from the perspective of national economy industry, three industry classifications and differentiation of factor intensity, we conclude that the complex structure of CMM industry chain is attributable to these three aspects. And the complexity is mainly shown at complex industry, varied product types, different coordination of various industrial sections and different technical growth speed of varied industry. We propose that structural complexity is the natural property of the chain, which is the main reason of industry sector development imbalance and bottleneck. Results of this research could provide theoretical analysis for future research on the coordination of industrial chain and the efficiency of resource allocation.

In our gastroenterology clinic from Jun. 2008 to Jan. 2009, 20. 9% (277/1320) patients were diagnosed with functional dyspepsia (FD) and 14. 8% (41/277) of them with psychological problems according to Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). In those with psychological disorders,92.7% were found with somatization, 60. 9% with depression and anxiety, 97.6% with abdominal pain,75.6% with bloating, 63.4% with early fullness and 36. 6% with nausea. More than 80% patients with anxiety and depression complained irritability, worry, fatigue, poor concentration, memory loss and insomni.a. After 4 weeks of psychological consultation and anti-depression treatment, 5 patients had significant improvement, 31 had improvement and 3 had no response. The overall response rate was 87. 8%.In summary, there is a high prevalence of depression and anxiety in population with FD. Hypochondria and somatization are common among these patients. Psychological consultation with anxiolytic drugs may have good therapeutic effects.
