Objective To localize Der f 2 in the body of Dermatophagoides farinae. Methods Live mites were embedded.Serial mite paraffin sections were made and checked under light microscope. The sections were incubated with anti-recombinant Der f 2 monoclonal antibody as the first antibody. They were then reacted with the fluorescent isothiocyanate conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as the secondary antibody. The sections were examined with fluorescent light microscopy. Results Der f 2 reacting with immunofluorescent antibodies was found localized in the tissue and contents of the mid-gut of the mite. Conclusion The major allergen Der f 2 distributes in the gut and fecal pellets of Dermatophagoides farinae.

Objective To analyze the different clinical effects of colpohysterectomy combined with anterior and posterior wall colporrhaphy with or without biological mesh for uterine prolapse. Methods From January 2010 to May 2015, colpohysterectomy combined with anterior and posterior wall colporrhaphy was performed in 106 cases of uterine prolapse, including 75 cases receiving biological mesh repair (experimental group) and 31 cases of non-biological mesh (control group).Clinical and surgical information of all patients was collected, and satistial analysis was done between the two groups. Results All the operations were accomplished successfully. There were no statistical differences in bleeding amount during operation [(34.5±7.3) ml vs.(32.1±4.9) ml, t=1.973, P=0.051], time to first flatus [(29.2±4.8) d vs.(30.2±5.3) d, t=-0.907, P=0.366], postoperative hospital stay [(6.1±1.5) d vs.(6.0±1.4) d, t=0.328, P=0.744], as well as the operative time [(91.4±3.4) min vs.(95.1±10.2) min, t=-1.970, P=0.051].At one year after surgery, in the experimental group there were 74 patients cured, 1 patient improved, and no invalid or recurrence case, while in the control group there were 27 patients cured, 1 patient improved, 3 cases of recurrence and no invalid case. The treatment effect of the experimental group was significant better than that of the control group (Z=-2.571, P=0.010).Conclusions Colpohysterectomy with anterior and posterior wall colporrhaphy with biological mesh can be selected for uterine prolapse patients without contraindications. The results of surgery are better with biological mesh, with low recurrence rate.
3.Changes of Intraerythrocytic Calcium,Serum Cardiac Troponin I and Their Relationships with Heart Function in Infants with Pneumonia Complicated with Heart Failure
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the relationship of intraerythrocytic calcium(Ca~(2+)),serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and contractile and diastolic dysfunction in infants with pneumonia complicated with heart failure(HF),and discuss the role of Ca~(2+) and cTnI.(Met)-hods One hundred and thirty-three infants with pneumonia complicated with HF and 30 healthy children were studied.Intraerythrocytic calcium, serum cTnI and ejection fraction(EF),fractional shortening(FS) and E/A were measured by color Doppler ultrasoundraphy. Results Intraerythrocytic calcium, serum cTnI and EF,FS and E/A in two groups had difference. With the disease deteriorating, the values of Ca~(2+) and cTnI increased, and EF,FS,E/A decreased gradually. There were negative relations between Ca~(2+),cTnI and EF,FS,E/A.Conclusions Ca~(2+),cTnI are concerned with the development of HF.In clinical experiments, the contractile function and diastolic function of heart can be judged by the levels of intraerythrocytic calcium and serum cTnI.
4.Research Situation of Bioelectrostimulation Treatment on Spastic Cerebral Palsy
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
The treatment of cerebral palsy is still a big medical problem. The pathogenesis of spasticity,as result of a variety of lesions of the cerebral cortex, brain stem, spinal cord,is caused by involvement of the inhibitory pyramidal and parapyramidal descending tracts terminating on the spinal facilitatory myotatic reflex.A lesion of the descending tracts disturbs this equilibrium leading to spasticity, which is cha-racterized by muscle resistance at rest that is velocity dependent and associated with an increase in tonic stretch reflexes resulting from hype-rexcitability of the stretch reflex.Spasticity caused abnomal posture, caused special movement, and higher multilation, which affect children's life severely. There are so many ways to lower hypermyotonia, such as:drugs, rehabilitation care, acupuncture and so on.Bioelectric stimulation therapy is a new ways in the zone. Its curative effect and the mechanism are still in explore, this article just to give an overview about bioelectric stimulation therapy in curing spastic cerebral palsy.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on constipation caused by antipsychotic drugs. Methods Ninty patients with antipsychotic drug induced constipation who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to October 2013 were enrolled in this investigation and randomly assigned to the comprehensive intervention group(CIG,n=46) and the routine care group(RCG,n=44).The subjects of the RCG received routine diet and medication therapy; and those of CIG received comprehensive intervention of life style, psychological ability, cognition, nursing and traditional chinese medicine(TCM) for 3 months.Constipation symptoms scale and Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life Questionnaire (PAC-QOL) were assessed before and after the intervention. Results CIG showed significant improvement in defecation difficulty, defecation force, defecation duration, frequency, abdominal distension, total symptom score,PAC-QOL,physical discomfort,psycho-social discomfort, anxiety and treatment satisfaction were(2.8±2.1),(2.2±1.6),(2.4±1.3),(2.1±1.7),(1.5±0.9),(14.0±8.1)respectively (t values were 2.629,3.818,2.328,2.593,2.578,2.913,7.499,2.570,5.012,2.249 and 12.259,respectively; all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention may be an effective therapy against psychiatric drug induced constipation.
