In recent years, a large number of studies have found that central lymph node metastasis of the papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) is significantly related with some risk factors.These high risk factors include age below 45 years old, BRAF gene mutation, vascular epithelial growth factor-C high expression, tumor diameter≥5 mm, multifocal and bilateral tumor, thyroid capsule invasion and so on.These high risk factors involve in disease process, and interact with each other.The studies of the high risk factors can help us to predict the risk of central lymph node metastasis in the patients with PTMC, thus to effectively guide the patients' treatment.

Objective]To expound the essence and method of detoxification in the view of keeping internal balance ,based on Huangdi’s Internal Classic. Objective To report the clinical results of the treatment for recurrent immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva by conjunctival resection with amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT). Design A retrospective clinical case series. Participants Five patients 5 eyes with recurrent immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva were enrolled into this study, including 2 eyes of phlytenular keratoconjunctivitis with corneal lesion, 1 eye of nodular episcleritis, 2 eyes of corneoscleral interstitial keratitis. Methods Patients were treated with partial conjunctiva resection and AMT. After operation, steroids and cyclosporin eye-drops were given for 2-3 weeks, and patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Main Outcome Measures Complications and recurrent situations were observed. Results The corneal disease kept quiescent, and the blood vessel subsidized. There were no recurrences during the follow up period in 4 cases. Recurrent signs were noted in one patient at 12 months after surgery. But no recurrence of corneal lesion was noted although the conjunctivitis was severe. Conclusion Local conjunctiva resection combined with AMT is a useful method for recurrent cases of immunologic disorders of cornea and conjunctiva. (Ophthalmol CHN, 2006,15:177-179)

A reusable chronocoulometric adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-aptamer sensor was developed in this work.A short chain of DNA marked as cDNA containing complementary sequence was immobilized on gold electrode based on Au-S self-assembly.The ATP aptamer was hybridized with cDNA.The surface-confined DNA could bind with [Ru(NH3)63+ (RuHex) in the electrolyte via electrostatic interaction.Upon target ATP binding, the aptamer confined onto electrode surface was disassociated from the cDNA oligonucleotides into the solution.Such surface density change of DNA lead to the decrease of chronocoulometric signal for the RuHex which confined on the electrode surface.The chronocoulometric signals showed a linear relationship with logrithm of ATP concentration in the range of 1 nmol/L to 100 μmol/L, and the detection limit of this aptamer sensor could reach 0.5 nmol/L (S/N=3).This aptamer sensor could be regenerated 5 times by simple steps.With this aptamer sensor, the basal level of ATP in the brain cortex micorodialysate was determined to be 19.2±3.7 nmol/L (n=3).

Objective To know the masons of delaying to receive medical treatment among patients with breast cancer, and then reference to related health education. Methods 13 patients with breast cancer were selected in this research, interviewed them by phenomenological method to know their reasons of delaying to receive medical treatment, analized the results of interview by Clolaizzi method. Results The were five themes for patients with breast cancer about delaying to receive medical treatment, they were not understand breast cancer-related knowledge, shortage of method of self-examination, psychological factors, working pressure and family factors, social environment factors. Conclusions We should strengthen breast cancer-related health education when changed women's traditional ideas and ameliorated their family and social environment.

OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by cimetidine. METHODS: A total of 306 ADR cases induced by cimetidine reported by domestic journals of 1983～2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The clinical manifestations of ADR induced by cimetidine were complicated and various and characterized by lesions of central nervous system (27.78%), cardiovascular system (21.24%), endocrine disturbance (8.82%) and hematological system (8.82%) etc. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to the ADR induced by cimetidine to guard against the serious ADR such as aplastic anemia, cardiac arrest and allergic shock.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs). MethodsThe diagnosis and treatment results of GISTs were studied, and clinicopathologic features and immunohistochemical expressions of CD34, smooth muscle actin (SMA) and S-100 protein were detected in 26 cases of GISTs. ResultsThe tumor was found in the stomach(54%), small intestine(38%) and rectum(8%), and malignant tumors accounted for 77% of the cases. The size of tumors was correlated with the malignancy of GISTs significantly(P0.05). ConclusionsTumor size is a predictor of the malignancy of GISTs, and the immunophenotype is not a predictor.

Objective To study the effect of morphine used in epidural anesthesia on puerpera after cesarean section and the safety of morphine to neonate. Method One hundred puerpera undergone cesarean section were randomly divided into test group and control group with continuous 2% lidocaine epidural anesthesia, as soon as the operation were finished, 2 mg morphine was injected into vacum epidurale for test group, nothing for control group. Colostrum and plasma, urine samples of puerpera and neonate were collected, morphine and metabolite level were tested by GC-MS and FPIA. Result Morphine concentrations ranged from 0.05). Conclusion As the epidural analgesia medicine after cesarean section, morphine has no side-effect to neonate and is safe to neonate.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of scleral buckling operations on treating long-standing retinal detachment with subretinal proliferation. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients (40 eyes) with long-standing retinal detachment with subretinal proliferation who had undergone scleral buckling operation were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical features, therapeutic methods and curative effects were summarized. Results The diagnosis of long-standing retinal detachment mainly based on the examination of ocular fundus. The features of the affected eyes were: flat retinal detachment, thin and transparent retina, and formation of subretinal cords. In 40 eyes undergone scleral encircling and buclking, 36 (90%) had one-off successful operation, and the visual acuities over 0.05 were found in 77.5% of the whole eyes. Conclusions Scleral encircling and buckling procedures can be used to treat long-standing retinal detachment with subretinal proliferation with fairish cured rate.
