Transcranial Doppler,a non-invasive ultrasonographic technique to detect the hemodynamic change of cerebral arteries,playing an important role in screening and diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease of adults,hasn′t been extensively applied in pediatric or universally understood by pediatrician.In this review,we will describe the application of Transcranial in the management of cerebral vasculopathy in children.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the therapeutic drug monitoring results of valproic acid( anti- epileptic drug) . METH-ODS: The concentrations of valproic acid in 226 cases in our hospital were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay. RESULTS: The results showed that 47. 79% were within the normal referenced concentration range, with average concentration at( 66. 19? 12. 13) ? g? mL- 1, 46. 90% were below the lower limit and 5. 31% were above the upper limit. CONCLUS-ION: The monitoring results are far from satisfactory. It is advisable to adopt individualized administration so as to achieve the goal of treatment.

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefuzhuyu pill on blood glucose,sex hormone,insulin levels and HOMA-IR index in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility.Methods 59 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,29 cases in each group,the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate capsules,the patients in the experimental group were given Xuefuzhuyu pill baseed on the treatment in control group,treatment period for three menstrual cycles,after the end of treatment,the levels of serum sex hormone levels,fasting blood glucose,insulin levels,HOMA index,uterine endometrial thickness,ovulation and pregnancy were detected.Results After treatment,compared with control group,in the experimental group,the serum levels of LH and T were significantly lower,and the serum levels of FSH,E2 and P were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)content in the experimental group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the serum levels of FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly lower in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the endometrial thickness of patients in experimental group was significantly increased,the number of follicles and ovarian volume were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu pill can significantly reduce the serum LH,T,FINS,AMH and HOMA-IR levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,which can improve the serum FSH,P,E2 levels,regulate sex hormone secretion,reduce insulin resistance,improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,compared to single use of citric acid clomiphene capsules effect is more ideal.

Objective To explore the change of somatostatin(SS)in brain areas of juvenil rats with repeated febrile seizures(FSs)and hyparthermia.Methods Fifty-one male SD rats were divided randomly into 3 groups:normal group(NC group,n=14),hyperthermic group(HC group,n=19)and febrile seizure group(FS group,n=18).FS were induced by placing rats in a bath of water.The expressions of SS in DG,CA3,CA1 and CTL were measured by immunohistochemistry.The level of SS in hippocamps of these rats were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results The results of immunohistochemistry shew in HC group,the number of the SS positive neuron were increased in DG(21.10?2.51),CA3(10.60?2.41)in FS group,which was less than that in NC group(10.50?2.12,6.90?2.02),there was no difference in CA1 and CTL.The result of Radioimmunoassay:the level of SS in hippocampus in HC group[(53.74?7.56)ng/g]was higher than that in FS group[(39.54?7.74)ng/g](P0.05).Conclusion There is different change of somatostatin content in some brain areas of rats with repeated febrile seizure,which suggest that SS can increase the affectivity of seizure and promote the seizure.

After a single dose of the drugs given, their plasma drug concentration was determined by microbioassay. Objective: To investigate the influence of 981208 agent on cell proliferaton of hepatocarcinoma induced by diethyl nitrosamine(DEN). Methods: Rat hepatocarcinogenesis model induced by DEN was established and 981208 agent was used during the stage. Influence of 981208 agent on hepatocytes positive expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), H ras and bromodeoxyuridine labeling index (Brd U LI) during DEN induced rat hepatocarcinogenesis was examined by immunohistochemical method and analyzed by computerized image technique. Results: Positive expression of H ras, PCNA increased gradually and worked synergically. Overexpression of 2 proteins was inhibited significantly during DEN induced hepatcacinogenesis and Brd U LI was reduced strikingly in later stage of model by 981208 agent. Conclusion: 981208 agent can inhibit proliferating character of hepatocytes and slow down the process of hepatocarcinogenesis induced by DEN in rats.
