Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)in the treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Methods 62 women with CIN who underwent LEEP were selected as treatment group,and 63 women with CIN who did not undergo LEEP in the same period were selected as control group.Then the curative effect and the pregnancy outcome were observed.Results The total effective rate was 93.65％ in the treatment group and 76.19％ in the control group,the difference was significant (x2 =7.034,P ＜ 0.01).The operation blood loss,operation time and the day of colporrhagia after operation in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(all P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the gestational age,incidence rates of abortion and cesarean section between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05),while there were significant difference in the incidences of preterm delivery,premature rupture of membrane and low birth weight infant (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion LEEP is an effective treatment for patients with CIN,which can increase the incidence rates of preterm delivery,premature rupture of membrane and low birth weight infant,but not increase the gestational age,incidence rates of abortion and cesarean section.

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Ruangan Kangxian Prescription (RKP), a prescription mainly composed of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Catechu, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and Polyporus, for rats liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CC14) and to explore its mechanism. [Methods] Rats with liver fibrosis were induced by CC14 and were randomized to RKP group, normal group, Biejia Ruangan Tablet (BRT) group and model group. Serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) , procollagen Ⅲ (PCⅢ ) were detected; hepatic histopathology and immunohistochemical result of transforming growth factor ?1 (TGF ?1 ) were also examined. [ Results ] Death rate of rats was reduced; serological parameters of hepatic function and liver fibrosis were improved and liver fibrosis showed by immunohistochemical method, HE staining and Masson staining was inhibited in RKP and BRT groups (P 0.05). [ Conclusion ] RKP and BRT have the similar effect in preventing CC14-induced liver fibrosis in rats and its mechanism may be related to the counteraction of expression of TGF ?1 .

Objective: To investigate the effects of the cyclic uniaxial compressive stress on RKIP and its mRNA in the rat condylar chondrocytes. Methods:The third-passage chondrocytes were harvested from the mandibular condyles of 2-day-old rats, and a cellular compressive stress device (self-made four-point bending system. Objective To analyze the effect of iodine-131I in the treatment of patients with hyperthyroid heart disease(HHD).Methods The clinical materials and therapeutic effect by 131 I were reviewed in 100 patients with HDD.Results The heal rate of hyperthyroidism and HHD were 82.3％,86.5％ in treatment group,and were higher than that of the control group (69.0％ and 76.2％ ) ( x2 =3.80,3.83,P ＜ 0.05 ) ; HHD with atrial fibrillation was 65.0％,average cardioversion after 131I treatment was 74.4％ after the treatment by 131I;The LVEDD、LVESD、LVEDV and HR after 131 I treatment were lower compared with before treatment ( all P ＜ 0.05 ),SV and EF were increased ( all P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion 131I treatment in patients with HHD,can significantly improve the efficacy of a heart disease

Objective To investigate the unusual CT features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (SH). Methods Clinical and CT features of 25 patients of pulmonary SH proved with pathology were reviewed, among which 15 patients underwent plain and enhanced CT scan, 10 underwent only plain CT scan. Results Solitary nodules (20/25, 80.00%) and solitary mass (5/25, 20.00%) were found with CT. CT features included slight lobulation (6/25, 24.00%), calcification (6/25, 24.00%), ground glass opacity (2/25, 8.00%), emphysema (1/25, 4.00%), endobrochial variant (1/25, 4.00%), short speculation (1/25, 4.00%) and vascular bundle (2/25, 8.00%). Slight or remarkable enhancement was noticed in all 15 patients underwent contrast enhanced CT. Conclusion CT can reveal features and unusual manifestations of pulmonary SH, and is helpful to the diagnosis of pulmonary SH.

Objective To evaluate the performance of an improved skin prick test in infantile eczema.Methods A self-controlled study was carried out in 248 infants with eczema.Improved and conventional skin prick tests were conducted with 8 allergens on the left and right flexural forearm of the subjects,respectively.Results Positive results of skin prick test were found in the left flexural forearm of 38.3％ of the infants,and in the right flexural forearm of 38.7％ of the infants,with no significant difference between the two methods in the detection rate of allergens (P ＞ 0.05).The most common sensitizing allergens were house dust mite and Dermatophagoides culinae as shown by both methods.Conclusions The improved skin prick test displays an acceptable performance with simple and safe procedure in the detection of allergens in infants with eczema,and can provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis.

Objective To understand the sanitary quality of the blood dialysate in hospitals in Hu'nan and its influential factors. Methods Pyrogen,total count of bacteria,22 physical and chemical indexes including calcium,chloride,fluoride,zinc,sodium and other indexes in the blood dialysate samples collected from blood dialysis rooms in 99 hospitals distributed among 14 cities and states in Hu'nan were measured according to the Sanitary Standards of Drinking Water and the Sanitary Standards for Disinfection Technology. The data of analysis were evaluated based on the standards for the blood dialysate ruled by ASAIO and AAMI. The questionnaire on the status operation and maintenance of the water purification system for blood dialysate was performed simultaneously. Results The sanitary quality of the blood dialysate samples from 31 hospitals were completely accorded with the related standards with a qualified rate of 32%. The qualified rates were 44.4%,71.7%,90.9%,97.0%,99.0%,99.0%,99.0% for pyrogen,total count of bacteria,calcium,chloride,fluoride,zinc,sodium in the blood dialysate samples respectively. Objective To study the expression of a new drug resistance-related gene cDNA fragment from human lung adenocarcinoma cell line in several types of lung cancer and their adjacent normal tissues. Methods The in situ hybridization histochemistry (ISHH) and Northern blot were employed to study the location and expression of the cDNA fragment in lung cancer cells. Objective To set up a real-time quantitative assay method of insertion sequence 6110 DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis, and explore its value for diagnosing tuberculosis. Methods Real-time quantitative assay of insertion sequence 6110 DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis was performed with Taqman technique and Lightcycler quantitative PCR system. Results 213 clinical samples of different types were detected, 32 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 15 02%. The scope of quantitative results of positive samples was 3 1～7 2?10 6 copies/ml, and the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of tuberculosis were 82 76% and 95 65% respectively Conclusion Real-time quantitative assay of insertion sequence 6110 DNA of mycobacterium tuberculosis is a rapid and effective method for diagnosis of tuberculosis.

OBJECTIVE: To make a more scientific and transparent decision in new drug pricing and reimbursement. METHODS: A hierarchy structure model was established based on analytic hierarchy process with an imagined antidepressant drug as an example; the priority weights were calculated, and the multiple factors influencing pricing and reimbursement decision were evaluated synthetically to derive the synthetic evaluation results. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The model can quantify part of the qualitative factors and provide reliable bases for drug pricing and reimbursement; although there are many factors and methodology issues need to be discussed when analytic hierarchy process is applied in reality, the method is realistic and feasible in drug pricing and reimbursement.
