Objective:To propose the requirement of hospital development quality inspection information management system, develop solution, avoid cost enormous waste problem and realize the system on-line.Methods: Use the UML method to develop hospital equipment management information system, and completed a detailed description of its specific use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram.Results: Equipment operation rate increased by 10%, significantly shorten specimens control time of, the fault response time decreased from 10min to 1 min, quality control indexes increased to 16%.Conclusion: The UML-based LIS system improved the work efficiency of the equipment, received the satisfactory effect.
2.Relationship of serum thyroid stimulating hormone level with differentiated thyroid cancer

Objective To investigate the association between preoperative serum TSH level and differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC).Methods The relationship between TSH concentration and differentiated thyroid cancer in 400 qualified patients with thyroid nodules was retrospectively analyzed from January 2009 to December2011 in our hospital.Based on the TSH values,the patients were divided into five groups.Results Preoperative serum TSH level in DTC group was higher than that in benign thyroid nodales group [(2.94 ± 1.74 vs1.92 ± 1.45) μ IU/ml,P<0.01].The risk of DTC increased as serum level of TSH rose in the patients with thyroid nodule.The incidences of DTC were 27.8%,34.0%,40.0%,63.4%,and 70.2% respectively in groups with TSH<0.27,0.27-1.44,1.45-2.19,2.20-4.20,and >4.20 μIU/ml groups.TSH level in the group with cervical lymph node metastasis was higher than that without metastasis (P<0.01).Conclusions The likelihood of thyroid cancer increases with increased serum TSH concentration.High TSH level seems to be associated with lymph node metastasis.Preoperative serum TSH level might be a risk predictor for DTC.
3.Study on the blood CD4~+CD25~+T cells of rats with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis

Objective To study the number changes of blood CD4+CD25+T cells and its significance in rats with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). Methods Wistar rats were induced by guinea pig spinal cord homogenate (GPSCH) to establish EAE models.The number of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+T cells in EAE was detected by flow cytometry and compared with normal rats.The behavior and the pathological changes of brain and spine cord of rats were observed to ascertain EAE model successful.Results The achievement ratio of EAE model was 48.9%.The number of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+T cells of EAE rats( 5.29?4.00) was significantly lower than that in the control group( 12.61?2.24, P

BACKGROUND: The low survival rate of neuron cells is one of the main mechanisms of stem cell allograft, which might lead to the failure of allograft. Nuclear factor-KB (NF-kB) is one of main transcription factors for cell signaling transduction and participates in call proliferation and differentiation.OBJECTIVE: To study the differentiation of muscle-derived stem cells (MDSCs) into neuron-like cells induced by ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) and Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in vitro, and the expression of NF- kB.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The experiment at cell molecular level was performed at the Oral Science Laboratory of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical College from March to May 2008.MATERIALS: A total of 10 Sprague Dawley neonatal rats aged 7 days were supplied by Experimental Animal Center, Liaoning Medical University. CNTF (Sigma, USA) and Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection (Chiatai Qingchunbao Pharmacantical Co.,Ltd., China) were used in this study.METHODS: Rat MDSCs were harvested in vitro, pudfied by differential adherence and enzyme digestion, and incubated in 6-well plate. Samples in the induction group were incubated in DMEM containing CNTF for 24 hours. The medium was changed.Subsequently, samples were dnsed three times, and then incubated in serum-free DMEM supplemented with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection for 5 hours. Samples in the control group were treated with serum-free DMEM.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Neurofilament protein and NF-KB inhibitor protein expression were detected using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Westem blotting.RESULTS: No neurofilament protein expression was found in MDSCs before induction, and neurofilament protein-positive MDSCs were detected following induction. 5.The clinical analysis of the palliative drainage to pancreatic and periampullary carcinoma

Objective To compare the clinical effects of palliative drainage to pancreatic and periampullary carcinoma which could not be excised with the operation.Methotis A retrospective study was accomplished on the palliative drainage treatment of 68 patients with pancreatic and petiampullary carcinoma hospitalized from 1996 to 2003.Results The disease course was two days to eight months.A definite preoperative diagnosis was made for 64 cases.Among them.single test diagnosed 24 cases and multiple tests diagnosed 40 cases.56 patients suffered from jaundice before operation.34 patients were treated by Roux-Y choledochojejunostomy.Choledochoduodenostomy was performed in 16 patients,cholecystduodenostomy for biliary by pass Was performed in 8 patients and stented internal drainage of the biliary duct in the liver and duodenostomy was performed in 10 patients.After reducing jaundice,12 patients was performed surgical resection.The second operation was performed in 4 patients because of postoperative jaundice and in 3 patients because of pylofic obstruction.The pefioperative compllcations include 4 cases of jaundice pyloric,3 cases of obstruction,2 cases of postoperative bleeding and 5 cases of infection of incisional wound.The aver-age stay in hospital waa 13.3 days(8~22 days).Conclusion Multiple tests were helpful to make a definite preoper-ative diagnosis.The selection of palliative drainage method based on the condition of patients had good curative effect in clinic.Surgocal exploration and reducing jaundice could set win conditions for second operation.
6.The antibacterial catheter of Saituoanbao and common central venous catheter of braun in ICU

Objective:To study the efficacy comparison between the antibacterial catheter and common central venous catheter in ICU patients.Methods: The 110 ICU patients with central venous catheter were randomized into the control group (common central venous catheter)and the observation group (antibacterial catheter), 55 patients per group. The success rate of catheter, the averange catheter days, complications, and the incidence of catheter-related infection (CRI)and pathogen distribution in the two groups were observed and compared.Results: Compared with the control group, the success rate of catheter was significantly increased(100.0% vs 81.8%,x2=11.00,P<0.05), the averange catheter days were obviously reduced(12.5±3.0 vs 13.5±3.0,t=3.49,P<0.05)days, the incidences of complications (red and swelling in puncture site(3.6% vs 27.3%,x2=11.76,P<0.05), fluid in puncutre site (3.6% vs 21.8%,x2=8.18,P<0.05), catheter herniation(1.8% vs 20.0%,x2=9.35,P<0.05)were significantly decreased in the observation group with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The antibacterial catheter can significantly reduce the incidence of CRI for ICU patients and improve the security of central venous catheter.
7.Expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins in renal tubulointerstitial cells of human glomerulo- ncphritis

Objective To examine the expression of cell cycle regulatory protiens in renal tubulointerstitial cells of human glomerulonephritis. Methods Immunohisochemieal studies were performed on 19 specimen from renal biopsy to detect cyclin Dl, cyclin A, p21 and proliferating nuclear antigen (PCNA) . Results Cyclin Dl, cyclin A and p21 were positive in some of tubulointerstitial cells, and showed significant correlations with positive PCNA cells. The numbers of tubular positive cells in both groupsofⅠand Ⅱ degree of histopathological change were more than those of other groups. The numbers of interstitialpositive cells showed significant correlations with the degree of tubulointerstitial histopathological change and the value of urine NAG. Conclusion Cell cycle regulatory proteins regulate the proliferation of tubular and interstitial cells, and correlate with the interstitial fibrosis.
8.Comparative study on particle pollution to the solution in the ampoule wrapped and broken by non-woven fabrics and medical gauze

Objective To compare the particle pollution to the solution in the ampoule wrapped and broken by non-woven fabrics and medical gauze.Methods Totally 200 pcs of sterile water for injection(2 ml/pc) were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 100 pcs for each.For the experimental group,the ampoules were wrapped and broken by disinfected non-woven fabrics.For the control group,the ampoules were wrapped and broken by medical gauze.The solution was sucked from the ampoule with a 10 ml syringe and injected into a measuring cup for testing.Results The quantity of particles in the solution in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Wrapping and breaking the ampoule by disinfected non-woven fabrics can reduce particle pollution to the solution,and this method is easy to practice.
9.Efficiency Evaluation of Iodized Salt Supply in Prevention of Iodine Deficiency Disease in Tianjin in 1995-2005

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of ten years of iodized salt supply in prevention and control of iodine deficiency disease (IDD) in Tianjin. Methods 1 200 pupils aged 8-10 years with 1:1 of sex ratio were chosen in the regions where iodized salt supply had been conducted for 10 years (1995-2005), the prevalence rate of goiter, the level of urine iodine and the iodized salt consumption were investigated. Results The prevalence rate of goiter of children aged 8-10 years in Tianjin decreased from 32.6% to 1.8% after 10 years of iodized salt supply, the median of urinary iodine increased from 96 ?g/L to 228 ?g/L. In the high water iodine regions, the prevalence rate of goiter was 8.1%, the median of urinary iodine was 576 ?g/L. Conclusion 10 years of iodized salt supply can significantly prevent and control IDD in the regions where there is iodine deficiency in drinking water, but the problem should not be neglected that iodine excess in the regions where the concentration of iodine in drinking water is higher. Reasonable iodine supplement is the key to prevent and control IDD as a whole.
10.Determination of Trace Gibberellin A3 by Magnetic Self-assembly Molecularly Imprinted Electrochemical Sensor

ThemagneticFe3O4nanoparticlesweresynthesizedbyco-precipitationmethod,andthenmagnetic Fe3 O4@Au nanoparticle was synthesized to improve the affinity of particle surface. L-Cys-GA3 was grafted on the surface of gold clad by self-assembly method, and then dropped it on glassy carbon electrode, for further manufacture of MIP/Fe3 O4@Au by using electropolymerzation L-Cys. The surface morphology and particle size distribution of Fe3 O4@Au were studied by TEM. The structure and composition of gibberellins A3, MIP and nMIP were studied by IR. The test system was optimized, and the results showed that when the cycles of electropolymerization was 30, acetic acid:methanol (1:8, V/V) was chosen as eluent, elution time was optimized for 5 min and rebinding time for 7 min, the sensor got a high stability and good recognition ability for gibberellins A3 . The concentration of gibberellins A3 in the range of 1 . 0 × 10-11-1 . 0 × 10-8 mol/L had a relationship with the oxidation peak current of probe, with the detection limit of 2. 57×10-12 mol/L. The sensor was successfully used for the determination of GA3 in beer sample.
