2.CONSORT and STRICTA evaluation of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and rehabilitation for post-stroke limb spasm in recent 10 years in China
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2015;(6):391-397
Objective:To evaluate the literature quality of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture plus rehabilitation for post-stroke limb spasm in the recent ten years in China. Methods:By searching four databases of China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI), Wanfang Academic Journal Full-text Database (Wanfang), Chongqing VIP Database (CQVIP) and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), randomized controlled trial (RCT) of acupuncture plus rehabilitation for the treatment of post-stroke limb spasm were screened and selected. In accordance with 2010 edition of the consolidated standards of reporting trials (CONSORT) and standards for reporting interventions in clinical trials of acupuncture (STRICTA), the quality evaluation was processed for RCT documents. Results:Finally, 50 documents were selected. The issues of titles, sample size calculation, application of randomization and blind method, subject’s procedure, conclusion and estimated value, explanation of trial limitation, auxiliary intervention measures and therapeutic plans, and background of therapists exist in most documents. Conclusion:Currently, RCT documents about acupuncture plus rehabilitation for the treatment of post-stroke limb spasm are generally of low quality. In the future, it is necessary to standardize the reports of the clinical trials based upon CONSORT and STRICTA, in order to enhance the document quality.
3.Relationships to be properly handled in a hospital's pursuit of leaping development
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
The paper describes the connotation of a hospitals leaping development, presents the significance of such development, and puts forward several relationships that must be properly handled in order for a hospital to achieve leaping development. These include: ①the relationship between priorities and generalities; ②the relationship between objective possibility and subjective initiative; ③the relationship between ardor and soberness; ④the relationship between innovation and convention; ⑤the relationship between speed and quality; ⑥the relationship between the future and the present; ⑦the relationship between academic leaders and the building of the academic echelon; ⑧the relationship between the construction of the management contingent and the construction of the technical contingent; ⑨the relationship between scale and actual strength; ⑩the relationship between hardware and software; B11the relationship between change and stability; and B12the relationship between leaders and the masses.
4.Studies on the Quality Control of Diedahuoxue Film
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for quality control of Diedahuoxue film METHODS:Indentification of the ingredients in the film was performed by TLC and the content of emodin in film was detected by spectrophotometry at wavelength of 512nm RESULTS:The average recovery was 101 2%,and RSD=0 78% CONCLUSION:This method is good in repeatability and can be used for quality control of the film
5. Formulation optimization of pressure indicator for prosthodontics
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(22):1928-1932
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the formulation of pressure indicator based on spreadability, nonadhesion to oral mucosa, and difficulty of removal. METHODS: The formulation components were screened by colligation score, the optimal formulation was designed by orthogonal test, and the heat-resistance, cold-resistance, and stability of the optimal formulation were evaluated. RESULTS: The optimized pressure indicator using lanolin as the main ingredient had good color coverage and suitable viscosity which allowed easy coating of the internal surfaces of dentures and no adherence to the oral mucosa at the same time. And it could be removed easily. The results of orthogonal test showed that the ratio of lanolin and water was the main factor affecting the performance of the pressure indicator. The optimized formulation was stable. CONCLUSION: The optimized pressure indicator has good performance and good clinical response. The preparation process is simple. The property of optimized pressure indicator is stable and the quality can be controlled.

ObjectiveTo study the effects of liver cancer vaccine activated TIL on primary liver cancer (PLC).Methods Twenty-six patients with PLC were treated with stimulated TIL by liver cancer vaccine. The CD3?CD4?CD8?CD4/CD8, NK activity and levels of serum sIL-2R were assayed before and after the treatment, the survival tates of 1, 2 and 3 year were analysed. ResultsCD3?CD4?CD4/CD8 and the activity of NKC were 55?3?76?5;28.3?1.6?44.6?2.3;1.19?0.22?2.21?0.36;9.8?1.2?17.4?2.2, at 19th and 30th day, respectively after treatment of TIL. The difference was all significant compared with the controls (P

China Pharmacy 2001;12(4):207-208
AIM:To seek a simple and reliable process for extracting effective components in Diedahuoxue film.METHODS: According to uniform design, five factors in extraction were optimized, i.e. ethanol concentration, reflux time, reflux times, ethanol volume and drug particle. The absorption value was taken as evaluating parameter in UV- spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The results showed that the best extracting conditions were 95% ethanol, ten times amount of ethanol, 0.2mm size of particle and reflux time of 1h with 4 repetitions.CONCLUSION:This process is simple and reliable.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(1):35-39
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tiaozhi Decoction for the treatment of coronary heart disease induced stable angina complicated with hyperlipemia, and to observe its effect on serum inflammatory factors. Results One hundred qualified patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given conventional western medical treatment with reference to Guide for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Stable Angina, and additionally, the control group was given oral use of Simvastatin and the treatment group was given Tiaozhi Decoction orally. The treatment of the two groups covered 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, blood lipid levels of total cholesterol ( TC) , triglyceride ( TG) , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) , high- density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) , apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were observed. The frequency of angina pectoris attack and the dosage of Nitroglycerin Tablets per week in both groups were recorded during the treatment. Therapeutic effect on lowering blood lipid and on improving electrocardiogram was evaluated after treatment. Serum levels of hypersensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), homocysteic acid (Hcy), adiponectin (APN), and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) were detected before and after treatment. Results(1) The results of Ridit analysis showed that the treatment group had better therapeutic effect on lowering blood lipid and on improving electrocardiogram than the control group ( P<0.05) . ( 2) After treatment, TG, HDL-C, ApoB and ApoA levels were much improved in the treatment group compared with those in the control group (P<0.01) . ( 3) The frequency of angina pectoris attack and the dosage of Nitroglycerin Tablets per week were reduced in the treatment group compared with those in the control group (P<0.01) . (4) After treatment, the treatment group had lower hs-CRP, IL-6, Hcy and ox-LDL levels, and higher APN level than the control group (P<0.01) . Conclusion Tiaozhi Decoction is effective for the treatment of coronary heart disease induced stable angina complicated with hyperlipemia through improving lipid metabolism and reducing angina pectoris attack, and the mechanism may be related with the regulation of inflammatory factors.
