Objective To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT)urography in diagnosis of urinary obstructive disease.Methods 48 cases with urinary system obstructive disease confirmed by operotion underwent MSCT scan,including plain and multi-phase contrast-enhanced scans.The images of CTA and CT urography were obtanined by the different three dimensional reconstruction.Results Of 48 cases,there were renal and uretal congenital malformation in 15 cases,uretal negative stone in 4,urinary inflammation in 5 ,renal,uretal and bladder tuberculosis in 6,hydronephrosis and hydroureterosis caused by exterior compression in 8 and neoplasm of urinary system in 10.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT urography is of significant applied value in diagnosis of urinary obstructive diseases.

Objective To evaluate the applied value of multislice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction in diagnosing the trauma oforbit. Methods 40 patients with trauma of orbit underwent multislice spiral CT scan, the thickness of slices was 2 mm and collimator was 0.75 mm. Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and free angle parallel ranges reconstruction (PRR) were performed. CT findings of orbital trauma were analysed. The result passes through the surgery and the clinical confirmation.Results 14 cases with radiopaque foreign in orbit comfirmed by operation were accurately localized by MPR and PRR, but 6 cases were misdiagnosed by conventional CT. There were 21 cases with fracture of orbital wall, of them, 9 cases were not detected or partially misdiagnosed by plain CT. The damage of eye musculus rectus was in 16 cases, 6 cases were diagnosed by MPR+PRR. There were 16 cases with eyeball damage, of them , 4 cases detected by conventional CT difficultly, but they identified by MPR and PRR. The damage of optic nerve was in 5 cases, 4 cases were not discovered by conventional CT. Conclusion MPR and PRR are of important value in evaluating the orbital trauma.

Objective To observe the tissular pathological and ultrastructural changes of gastric mucosa with experimental atrophic gastritis caused by salt-water in rats and to explore the relationship between atrophic gastritis and high-salt diet.Methods The atrophic gastritis rat model was made by salt-water perfusion(0.15g/ml,2.5ml/d).The tissue of sinus ventriculi was detected with histopathologic examination and the ultrastructure of gastric mucosa was observed by scanning electron microscope.Results Under light microscope,the gastric gland was shrunk obviously in high-salt water perfusion group after high-salt water was given for 24 weeks.The muscle in muscular layer was hyperplasia and cramped into the lamina propria.The glandular epithelium in the upper 1/3～2/3 edge of the gland was atrophic.The gastric micro-depression became broaden and the width of cervical part of gastric pit became narrow.Under the scanning electromicroscope,the gastric mucosa was comparted into many gastric areas in the control group.Round or elliptic epithelium cells lined on the wall of gastric pits were in the same size and had short and spare microvillus.The epithelium was lined regularly and covered by laminar mucus.In salt-water perfusion group after the salt-water was given for 24 weeks,the surface of the gastric mucosa became thin and flat,and the glandular cells became rough.The mucosa between lumens of gland was broadened and the limited exfoliation of mucosa also could be seen.When the salt-water was given for 32 weeks,the gastric epithelial cells were shrunk,and the diameter of lumen of gland was broadened.There was breakage in the cell surface.Erosions with various size and shape and fibrous exudation could be seen.Conclusion Salt-water perfusion may cause the damage of the epithelia of gastric mucosa in experimental rats and long-term high-salt stimulation can induce the injury and atrophy of gastric mucosa.

OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for rapid and effective first aid to mine disaster before hospitalization. METHODS: The status quo of emergent rescue for mine disaster in China was reviewed. The key to rescue, main countermeasures and necessary drug of first aid before hospitalization were analyzed according to the characteristics of mine disaster and troubles of medical rescue. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Ambulance corps cooperated with medical staffs to set ICU at disaster site. Scientific rescue provided by professional team can improve survival rate. Meanwhile, a perfect mine disaster rescue system should be set up.

AIM:To evaluate the regulatory effect of microRNA-132 ( miR - 132 ) in human umbilical vein endothelial cell ( HUVEC) .
●METHODS: ln vitro cultured human umbilical vein endothelia cells in hypoxic environment for 6h, then maintained under normal oxygen condition for 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h. miR-132 and peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator-1α ( PGC-1α) expression was detected by quantitative Real - time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells transfected miR-132 mimic and miR-132 inhibitor( anti-miR-132 ) were measured by quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot.
●RESULTS: miR - 132 and PGC - 1α expression was significantly ( P < 0. 01 ) upregulated in the hypoxic environment of cells at 3h compared with the normal oxygen condition. After cells transfection, the hypoxic environment the miR-132 and PGC-1α expression were markedly increased compared with the normal oxygen condition. The cells transfected miR- 132- mimic, the expression of the miR-132 and PGC-1α were higher than that of transfected anti-miR-132 and contrast group ( P<0. 01).
●CONCLUSION:miR-132 level is highly expressed in the HUVEC under hypoxia and may be an effect of regulation for PGC-1α.

Objective To summarize the experience and efficiency of coils in endovascular aortic repair.Methods From September 2008 to December 2013,48 patients received endovascular aortic repair in combination of coil embolization including abdominal aortic aneurysm in 32 patients, and aortic dissection in 16.Results Coils were successfully implanted in all cases.One patient with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurism (AAA) underwent emergency endovascular aortic repair and died of multiple organ failure the day after surgery.One patient died of pulmonary artery embolization 3 hours after TEVAR.44 patients were followed up ranging from 7 to 60 months.In AAA group, 25 patients received endovascular exclusion in combination with internal iliac artery embolization, four of them had claudication due to gluteal ischemia but without other severe complications.Post-operative CTA found endovascular thrombosis in aneurysm.In the aortic dissection group, one patient died of pulmonary infection.During the follow up, there was no AAA dissection, and AAA rupture.Post-operative CT confirmed thrombus in cavity.There were no scaffold and coil translocation and surrounding tissue injury.Conclusions Endovascular aortic repair in combination with coil embolization is a complementary treatment to aortic diseases.

Objective To analyse the effective rate and adverse effect of only levetiracetam (LEV) versus LEV plus other drugs in the treatment of middle and old aged patients with partial seizures (PS) and secondary generalized tonic-clonic seizure (SGTCS).Methods The self-control study was used and 59 elderly patients with PS and SGTCS were treated with LEV single or plus drug (therapeutic dose was 1000-2000 mg/d,bid).The effective rate and the side effects of LEV were observed and compared between LEV single and plus drug or between the patients with only epilepsy versus epilepsy plus other diseases,respectively.Results The effective ratios at the end of 3,6,9and 12 months after LEV treatment were 76.2％,70.6％,64.3％ and 66.7％,respectively and there were no significant difference among above time points (x2=1.911,P＞0.05).A chi-square test showed that the differences in effective ratios were not statistically significant (P＞ 0.05) between single and combination of drugs (x2 =1.437) and between two groups of patients at the end of 12 months.Clinical effect of LEV showed no remarkable difference between different types of epilepsy at the end of 6 months (x2 =1.315,P＞0.05)and 12 months(x2 =2.700,P＞0.05).The control ratio of epileptic attack was higher in single LEV than in combination drugs (x2 =10.83,P＜0.05).The total side effects were 13.6％,including somnolence,weakness,anorexia,headache,irritability and forgetfulness.Conclusions The curative effects of levetiracetam single or in combination are definite,stable and continuous for PS and SGTCS,especially in combination with other diseases.
