The common pathogens and cases of secondary infection by acupuncture were classified and described, including staphylococcus aureus, mycobacteria, hepatitis virus and some sporadic infections. The above; cases were summed up according to the common pathogens of the secondary infection by acupuncture. Thus it illustrates the features of the secondary infection cases by acupuncture comprehensively and aims to enhance the infection knowledge of the medical staff in the hospital, so that the infection is effectively prevented in medical work.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method compatible with the mass spectrometry for the determination of the content and related substances in amlodipine besylate tablets. Methods:The sample was separated on a CAPCELL PAK C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 20 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate (60∶40) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 237 nm. The column temperature was 35℃ and the injection volume was 20 μl. Be-sides, an HPLC-QTOF MS method was used to identify the molecular structure of the related substances of amlodipine. Results: The related substances were completely separated from amlodipine. The linear range of amlodipine besylate was 10-100 μg · ml-1 ( r =0. 999 8), and the mean recovery was 99. 2%(RSD=1. 0%,n=9). The main related substances could be detected by HPLC-QTOF MS. Conclusion:The established method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used in the quality control of amlodip-ine besylate tablets.

OBJECTIVETo explore therapeutic effects of minor external fixator for open comminuted phalangeal fractures with non-transarticular.

METHODSFrom January 2013 to December 2014,13 patients with open comminuted phalangeal fractures were treated by minor external fixator with non-transarticular, including 9 males and 4 females aged from 18 to 56 years old with an average of 35 years old. According to Gustilo classification, 8 cases were type II, and 5 cases were type III. The time from injury to operation ranged from 2 to 7 h averaged 5 h. Seven patients were diagnosed as phalangeal fracture, 6 patients were involved with joint surface of phalangeal, which 1 case combined with inherent nerve damage and 1 case combined with soft tissue defect repaired at stage II. The patients were fixed by plaster for 2 weeks and removal external fixtor from 6 to 8 weeks after operation and received functional exercise.

RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months with an average of 7 months. One case occurred metacarpophalangeal joints stiffness. No screw breakage, inflammation occurred. Skin soft tissue recovered well and obtained bone healing, the average time of bone healing was (4.6 ± 1.0) weeks. According to TAM scoring system used by Hand Surery Association of Chinese Medical Association, 7 cases got excellent results, 4 good, 1 moderate and 1 poor.

CONCLUSIONMinor external fixator for open comminuted phalangeal fractures with non-transarticular has advantages of simple operation, good stability, and could adjust at the later stage, less damage for soft tissue periosteum, low inflammatory rate, earlier functional exercise. It is worth to be popularized and applied.

Objective To investigate the technical charactenstics ot SYSMEX XS1000i 5-part differential automated hematological analyzer and its clinical applications.Methods 209 samples were analyzed with the analyzer of XS1000i and compared to the results from Beckman-Coulter LH750 analyzer.The main parameters from XS1000i,such as precision within-run,day to day precision and carryover contamination rates etc,were recorded respectively in 509 samples to compare the difference between the instrumental and optical examination.Results All variation coefficients of precision from XSI000i were within the manufacturer.The carryover contamination rates of WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT and PLT were 0.19%,0.93%,0,-0.88%,-0.76%,respectively.The parameters of XS1000i were correlated with the results of LH750 except basophil granulocyte.The correlation coefficients of WBC,RBC, HGB and PLT were 0.994 5,0.996 8,0.997 0 and 0.974 6 ,respectively.The sensitivity of warning flags in immature leukocytes was 100% and the specificity was 69.7%,the sensitivity of warning flags in atypical lymphocyte was 100% and the specificity was 66.7%.Especially in 3 leukocytopenia that was induced by chemotherapy in patients with leukemia who had only few immature cells existed in the peripheral blood,the parameters of XS1000i were positive,and correlated with the results of detection of minimal residual disease with flow cytometry.Conclusions The warning system of XSIO00i provides more valuable information for manual microscopic examination.If it is combined with flow cytometry,the advantages in detection of residual leukemic cell will be fully displayed.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of colorectal anastomosis using nickel titanium compression anastomosis ring (CAR).MethodsThe clinical data of 83 patients who received colorectal anastomosis at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from May to December,2010 were prospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into CAR group (41 patients) and stapler group (42 patients) according to the random number table.The operation time,time to postoperative flatus and bowel movement,duration of hospital stay and the incidence of anastomosis-related complications of the 2 groups were observed.The time of extrusion of the rings and anastomotic healing of the CAR group were recorded.All data were analyzed by the t test or chi-square test.ResultsThe mean operation time of the CAR group and the stapler group were ( 122 ± 25) minutes and (128 ±30)minutes,respectively.The incidences of postoperative anastomotic fistula of the CAR group and the stapler group were 5％ (2/41) and 7％ (3/42),and the anastomotic fistula was cured by operation or conservative treatment.There were no significant differences in the mean operation time,time to postoperative flatus and bowel movement,duration of hospital stay and incidence of anastomotic fistula between the 2 groups (t =1.299,0.756,1.636,0.974,x2 =0.165,P ＞ 0.05 ).The rings were expelled within 9-14 days.The incidences of anastomotic stenosis of the CAR group and stapler group were 0 (0/41) and 2％ (1/42),with no significant difference between the 2 groups (x2 =0.988,P ＞ 0.05).The anastomotic stoma was smooth and well bealed in the CAR group,while nail residues and inflammatory polyp (1 patient) were found at the anastomosis stoma in the stapler group.ConclusionNickel titanium CAR is safe and effective in colorectal anastomosis.
