Objective To study the relationship between psychological capital and quality of life (QL) in cancer patients and search for better corresponding nursing strategies. Methods Investigating psychological capital state in cancer patients, and analyzing the relationship between social support score and QL. Results Cancer patients′ positive psychological capital score were low: The total score were 74.33 ± 20.04, self-efficacy 20.87 ± 6.64, hope 22.12 ± 6.04, toughness 20.35 ± 5.65, and optimism 12.36 ± 5.55. Cancer patients had low quality of life, quality of life scores were 59.57±0.57, body condition 15.32± 5.90, psychological condition 47.74 ± 10.22, social function 20.46 ± 5.19,family situation 18.93 ± 8.89, total score 115.48±20.19;The psychological capital and quality of life of cancer patients were positively related (r = 0.517, P < 0.01), cancer patients dimensions of psychological capital was positively correlated with the dimensions of quality of life (r =0.189-0.517, P < 0.01). Conclusions Cancer patients′ positive psychological capital and the quality of life both need to be improved; Cancer patients′ psychological capital are closely related to the quality of life and we should pay attention to improve the patients′psychological capital so as to better their quality of life during the care process.

Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with astraga-lus injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,78 patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were enrolled into the study.They were randomly divided into con-trol group(41 cases) and treatment group(37 cases).The control group received general therapy,such as low protein diets,compound alpha keto acid,insulin,irbesartan,simvastatin.The treatment group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and astragalus injection on the basis of general therapy.The changes of urinary albumin and 24 hours urinary protein after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the negative rate of urinary micro albumin in the treatment group ( 75.68%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (29.27%)(χ2 =16.765,P<0.01).24 hour urinary protein of the treatment group[(176.2 ±82.3)mg/24h]was significantly lower than that of the control group[(223.8 ±87.8)mg/24h](t=2.471,P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with astragalus injection can reduce the proteinuria of diabetic nephropa-thy,it is an effective intervention therapy for early diabetic nephropathy.

ObjectiveTo analyze the incidence and risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).Methods244 premature children 4 weeks after birth, which neonatal gestational age were ＜ 36 weeks, birth weight were ＜ 2 000g,were taken fundus examination.ROP stage at diagnosis, according to international law for the diagnosis and staging.Results244 patients with varying degrees of premature children with ROP in 49 cases(including 37 cases of ROP Ⅰ ,ROPⅡ of the 10 cases,ROP Ⅲ 2 ,ROP rate was 20.1％.Gestational age,birth weight,oxygen,mother pregnancy complications,acidosis, apnea,PaO2 changes, mechanical ventilation and infection on the incidence of ROP had a significant effect (all P ＜ 0.05) ;and shorter gestational age, birth weight, smaller, ROP incidence higher(all P ＜ 0.05).ConclusionThe incidence of ROP and gestational age, birth weight,oxygen, mother pregnancy complications, acidosis, apnea, PaO2 changes and infection, mechanical ventilation and other factors, and the gestational age, birth weight, oxygen, apnea were independent risk factors for ROP.

Objective To investigate the relation between the expression of Caspase recruitment domain-containing membrane-associated guanylate kinase protein 1 (CARMA1),clinicopathological features of gastrointestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma,diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL),and Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection.Methods From January 1999 to March 2011,34 patients with DLBCL and 20 patients with MALT lymphoma were selected,and at same period 21 cases with reactive hyperplasia of gastrointestinal lymphoid tissue were enrolled in as control.The expression of CARMA1,Ki-67 and cytotoxin-associated gene A (CagA) at protein level were examined by immunohistochemistry.The relative expression quantity of CARMA1 mRNA was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The condition of H.pylori infection in 25 gastric lymphoma and 10 controls was detected by methylene boric acid and blue staining or semi-nested PCR.Chi-square test was used for counting data analysis,t test for measurement data.Multivariate COX regression analysis was implemented for survival analysis.Survival curve was drawn by Kaplan-Meier method and analyzed by Log-rank test.Results The relative expression quantity of CARMA1 mRNA of 28 patients with DLBLC (3.073±1.846) was higher than that of 14 patients with MALT lymphoma,and the difference was statistically significant (F 0.975,P＜ 0.05).The positive rate of CARMA1 expression at protein level of gastrointestinal lymphoma group (75.9 ％,41/54) was higher than that of control group (47.6％,10/21),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.568,P＜0.05),and the positive rate of CARMA1 expression of MALT lymphoma group (11/20) was lower than that of DLBCL group (88.2％,30/34),and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.900,P＜0.05).Among 42 patients with gastrointestinal lymphoma who received surgery,the relative expression quantity of CARMA1 mRNA in cases with high proliferation (2.885±1.837) was higher than that in cases with low proliferation.The expression of CARMA1 mRNA in the cases at advanced stage of the disease (4.416± 1.010) was higher than that in cases at early stage,and the difference was statistically significant (F=3.317 and 2.972,both P＜0.05).Among 54 patients with gastrointestinal lymphoma,the positive rate of CARMA1 expression at protein level of patients with high proliferation (88.6％,31/35) was higher that that of patients with low proliferation (10/19),and the difference was statistically significant (x22 ＝ 6.847,P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in relative expression quantity of CARMA1 mRNA and the positive rate of CARMA1 expression at protein level between 11 gastric lymphoma patients without H.pylori infection and 14 gastric lymphoma patients with H.pylori infection (both P＞0.05).The positive rate of CARMA1 expression at protein level of CagA positive and CagA negative H.pylori infected gastric lymphoma patients was 11/11 and 2/3.The expression of CARMA1 at protein level was correlated with the prognosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma (RR＝4.160,P＜0.05).In the 29 cases of patients with gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma and 18 cases of patients with DLBCL who were followed up,the survival situation of gastrointestinal lymphoma patients with CARMA1 positive expression rate over 50％ was worse than that of patients with the rate less than 50％,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.383 and 4.028,both P＜0.05).Conclusions CARMA1 might be involved in the pathogenesis and progression of MALT and DLBCL; and it might be a related factor of poor prognosis.There was no correlation between the expression of CARMA1 and H.pylori infection in these two lymphomas.

Objective To explore the relationship between high altitude de-adaptation syndrome and training burnout of plateau-garrisoned soldiers after returning to the plain.Methods A total of 140 plateau-garrisoned soldiers who had returned to the plain were chosen by random cluster sampling and measured with the Training Burnout Test.They were divided into two groups according to the occurrence of acute mountain sickness.We compared the differences in training burnout between the two groups and analyzed the relationship between acute mountain sickness and training burnout. Results ①The incidence of high altitude de-adaptation syndrome of plateau-garrisoned soldiers was 80.00% after returning to the plain.There was statistically significant difference between plateau soldiers after returning to the plain,the plateau stability-keeping forces that returned to the plain (78.36%) (χ2 =0.188, P=0.664) and plateau migrants who returned to the plain (75.10%) (χ2 =1.279, P=0.258).Main symptoms of high altitude de-adaptation were fatigue (12.86%), dizziness (11.43%) and meakness (10.00%).②Compared with soldiers who had no high altitude de-adaptation syndrome, victims of de-adaptation syndrome had higher scores of training burnout, physical and psychological exhaustion and training-alienation (P<0.01).Compared with soldiers who had normal body mass indexes, those who were overweight had higher incidence of altitude de-adaptation (P<0.05).③The regression equation between plateau de-adaptation syndrome and training burnout of plateau soldiers after returning to the plain (P<0.01) is:Training burnout =0.498 ×plateau de-adaptation syndrome -0.126 ×age+0.038 ×length of military service +0.069 ×educational degree+0.029 ×body mass index.Conclusion There exist correlations between high altitude de-adaptation syndrome and training burnout of plateau soldiers after returning to the plain.Reducing the occurrence of high altitude de-adaptation syndrome can help reduce the degree of training burnout.

Objective To establish the quality standard of Yuling Tea for its quality control. Methods Astragalus, Fructus cnidii L, Schisandra chinensis and Lycii Fructus in Yuling Tea were identified by TLC. The content of Schisandrin was determined by HPLC. Welch Materials C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol-water (70∶30) was used. The detective wavelength was 250 nm. Results The TLC for identification was simple and special. Schisandrin showed a good linear relationship in 0.222-0.222 0 μg, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.96%, and RSD was 0.74%. Conclusion The method can accurately determine the content of Schisandrin in Yuling Tea. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture-moxibustion at different intervals on persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods: A total of 90 patients conforming to the inclusion criteria were randomized into three groups named A, B and C by randomized block method. Patients in all three groups received the same treatment of acupuncture and herbal cake-partitioned moxibustion at the same acupoints, while the treatment frequency was different. Patients in group A received the treatment once a week, group B twice a week and group C three times a week, and all the treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The total nasal symptom score (TNSS), total ocular symptom score (TOSS) and Sino-nasal outcome test-20 (SNOT-20) were evaluated before and after treatment. The self-rating score of symptoms was evaluated during treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 80.0% in group A, 93.3% in group B, and 100.0% in group C. The total effective rate in group A was statistically different from that in group B and group C (both P＜0.05), but there was no significant inter-group difference in total effective rate between group B and group C (P＞0.05). After treatment, scores of TNSS, TOSS and SNOT-20 in all three groups dropped significantly, and statistically different from those before treatment (all P＜0.05); between-group comparison showed group B and group C decreased more obvious than group A (all P＜0.05). In self-rating score of symptoms, there were no inter-group statistically significant differences in the first 3-week treatment (all P＞0.05); after 4-week treatment, the score in group A was higher than that in group B and group C, and showed statistical significant (both P＜0.05); at 2 weeks after treatment, the score in group A was higher than that in group B and group C based on an everyday record, showing statistical significance (both P＜0.05). At the 11th day after treatment, the score in group B was higher than that in group C (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences between group B and group C at other time points (all P＞0.05). Conclusion: All three protocols are effective for allergic rhinitis. With the increase of treatment frequency, the therapeutic efficacy with a treatment frequency of twice a week and three times a week is superior to that of once a week. Frequency of three times a week has a better long-term effect than once and twice a week, together with the least fluctuation of symptoms.

Objective Proper selection of reconstruction method is the key point to get a successful result in nasal reconstruction.The purpose of the article is to evaluate the results of repairing the partial nasal defect with different surgical strategies.Methods Different surgical methods were used according to the area and type of nasal defects of nasal defects,the different sub-unit of nasal de fects and the different tissue damage levels.Local skin flaps,auricular composite tissue flaps,nasolabial skin flaps and superficial temporal artery pedicle flaps were used in these patients.Results 23 cases suffering from partial nasal defects were repaired with flaps or tissue graft,including 4 auricular composite tissue flap,5 nasolabial skin flap,3 forehead island flap with a pedicle of superficial temporal vessels,7 local flap,and 1 skin graft.After 5-16 months of follow-up,the color and texture around the nose were basically consistent,the appearance of nose was satisfactory,and the postoperative effect turned out fine.Conclusions The method of surgical reconstruction of partial nasal defects should be considered carefully according to the area of nasal defects,sub-unit of nasal defects and the different tissue damage levels.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic indications,dosage and prognosis of dermato-mucous membrane heamangioma(DMMH)in infants using low-dose superficial X-ray irradiation.Methods The patients were treated with a superficial X-ray machine(DERMOPAN typeⅡ)at voltages of29kV,43kV and50kV according to the depth and position of angioma,one or two times per week,1~2Gy per time,with the average total doses of5~10Gy and the maximal dose of20Gy.Results In a total of267patients,230cured,24markedly improved,10improved,and3failed.The cure rate was86.14%,and the total improve-ment rate was95.13%.Conclusion Treatment of DMMH with low-dose superfical X-ray is simple,conve-nient,safe,painless and cheap.The method has a high cure rate and is well accepted by the chlidren and their parents.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and attitude of smoking and its influencing factors among residents in Hongkou District of Shanghai,so as to provide evidence for tobacco control. Methods Nine hundred and sixty residents in Hongkou District of Shanghai aged 15 to 69 years were selected by multi-level random sampling,among whom 958 completed the investigations on smoking status. Results The smoking rate and standardized smoking rate were 20.04% and 18.73%,respectively.The smoking rate and standardized smoking rate of males were 41.05% and 30.07%,and those of females were 0.80% and 1.70%,respectively.The smoking rate of males was higher than that of females(RR=0.02,95%CI: 0.01-0.03).The smoking rates of age groups of 25 years old and over were higher than those of 15 to 24 years old,and the smoking rate of subjects with or above junior college education was lower than that of subjects with or below middle school education(RR=0.45,95%CI: 0.25-0.79).Subjects who drank alcohol smoked more than those did not(RR=2.68,95%CI: 1.76-4.09).Lower annual per capita income and higher knowledge on smoking hazard led to more tendance to object to smoking and agree with anti-smoking. Conclusion The prevalence of smoking of residents aged 15 to 69 years in Hongkou District of Shanghai was relatively lower.Age,gender,education status and alcohol drinking were influencing factors of smoking.Education on tobacco control among subjects aged more than 35 years should be strengthened,and more attention should be paid to those with lower education.Besides,education on alcohol control should be managed together with tobacco control.
