Objective To describe the salt consumption of residents in China, and provide basic information to develope intervention strategies. Method The data of 2002 China National Nutrition and Health Survey was used for this analysis. Results The amount of salt consumption of Chinese population was 10.7g per day. The daily salt intake was 11.1g for rural residents, which higher than that (9.7g) of their urban counterparts. 81.6% of the subjects consumed salt more than 6g per day, thereinto, 83.8% of the rural residents consumed more than 6g per day, while so did 76.8% of urban residents. The main resource of salt was from table salt (82.8%), and then followed by soybean sauce (10.0%). Conclusion The salt consumption of Chinese residents is higher than the recommendation by Chinese Nutrition Society. It is very important to strengthen the health education about diet so as to prevent and control hypertension and other chronic disease.

AIM:To determine terpenelactonesines content in Yinxing Tongzhi Dripping Pills(ginkgoflavone, ginkgolide).METHODS:HPIC with evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD) was established to determine terpenelactones content in Yinxing Tongzhi Dripping Pills..The analysis was carried out on Angilent Hypersil ODS(5 ?m,4 mm?250 mm) column. The mobile phase consisted of THF-MeOH-H_2O(10:20:70).The operating conditions of the ELSD were a nebulizer nitrogen,flow-rate of 2.51 L/min and an evaporator tube temperature of 103(?C).RESULTS:No interference was found in the terpenelactones peak position. The method was simple, with a good linear relationship. The relative standard deviation of reproducibility about BB、GA、GB、GC was 1.33%,(1.79%,)1.92%,1.58% respectively and the average recoveries were 97.0%,96.5%,96.3%,97.6%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The method can be used for quality control.

AIM: To estabish a RP-HPLC method for determing geniposidic acid、chlorogenic acid、geniposide in Duzhong Pingya Tablet(Folium Eucommiae).METHODS:Geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid and geniposide were analysed by using C_(18) column with the mobile phase of methanol-water-aceacid(15∶85∶1.5) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min,the detective wavelength was set at 237 nm. RESULTS: The analytical had good linearity. The precision of geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid and geniposide were 1.93%、1.50%、1.66%,respectively and the recoveries were 97.3%,97.2%,96.7%,respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, quick and reproducible and could be used for the determination of three constituents in Duzhong Pingya Tablet.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(6):65-68
Objective To evaluate the effect of scene simulation on improving nurses′communication ability in the emergency department. Method Twenty nurses from the emergency department were trained with the scenario simulation. A comparison was done between the pre- and post-training abilities in terms of their ability in communication and the satisfaction degree of patients. Results The total score scores in every dementions on nurses′communication ability after training was significantly higher than those before training(all P<0.05). The score on satisfaction degree with nurses after training was significantly increased compared with that of pre-training and satisfaction degree of patients (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation training is helpful for the improvement of nurses′communication ability.

Objective Post-operative hypoxemia occurred frequently after extubation in patients who underwent orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) in ICU. This study is to investigate the efficiency of hyperoxia solution in improving oxygenation. Methods Ten OLT cases, who post-operatively manifested hypoxemia after extubation, were enrolled in this study. Hyperoxia Ringer's solution (500ml) prepared by Jing-Shu-Yang (an apparatus of oxygen supply, Vanform Co., Shandong) was infused at a rate of 200ml/hr. Hemodynamic parameters, blood gas, and blood lactate were determined at the beginning, end of infusion, and 1 hour after the infusion, with recording of the following data: heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP), and pulmonary capillaries wedged pressure (PCWP). Results Compared with the levels at the beginning of infusion, SpO2 and SvO2 increased significantly at the end of the infusion of 500 ml hyperoxia Ringer's solution, and they returned to the baselines 1 hour later, although regular Ringer′s solution was coutinuously given by the same infusion rate. HR, MAP and PCWP were kept stable with the solution infusion. Notably, PAP was decreased markedly at the end of infusion, and blood lactate level remained unchanged after the intervention. Conclusion Hyperoxia Ringer's solution infusion improved oxygenation in OLT patients who suffered from acute lung injury with hypoxemia postoperatively. PAP decreased markedly as hypoxemia was corrected.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate morbidity and analyze high risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients who underwent orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) in our ICU, in order to draft possible preventive strategies. Methods The clinical data of 56 OLT patients from Apr 2002 to Dec 2004 were analyzed. Results Significantly high APACHE Ⅱ scores and total plasma bilirubin, low platelet count were found in patients with nosocomial infection. The number of patients who had received an additional operation and broad-spectrum antibiotics before OLT were greater in nosocomial infection (NI) group than in none-nosocomial infection (NNI) group. Notably, the longer the broad-spectrum antibiotics used before OLT, the higher the morbidity rate of nosocomial infection. No significant difference was found in age, Child-Pugh grade and plasma albumin level between the two groups. In addition, APACHE Ⅱ scores and total bilirubin level were significantly higher in patients acquired enterococcal infection than in those infected with other pathogenic microorganisms. Conclusions High APACHE Ⅱ score, high total bilirubin level, low platelet count and length of use of broad-spectrum antibiotics before OLT were closely associated with nosocomial infection. As an important indicator, change in total bilirubin level not only represented the liver function ,but also was one of the high risk factors to nosocomial infection in patients undergoing OLT.

Objective To explore the methods for early diagnosis and treatment of blunt pancreatic injury. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with blunt pancreatic injury treated in our hospital from Janurery 2004 to Janurery 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The conformity diagnosis rate of CT was 79.3%.Four cases received nonoperative treatment including 3 cases of grade I and 1 of grade II injury.A total of 28 cases with blunt pancreatic injury underwent operation: 5 grade I and 7 grade II cases underwent debridement and drainage;among the patients with grade Ⅲ injury,4 underwent distal pancreatectomy in combination with splenectomy, and 2 pancreatectomy with spleen preservation;amongst the 5 patients with grade Ⅳ injury,4 underwent Roux-en-Y pancreaticojejunostomy and 1 underwent distal pancreatectomy in combination with splenectomy;of the 5 patients with grade Ⅴ injury,1 case was operated on using duodenorrhaphy and diverticulization,2 underwent the Whipple′s procedare and 2 had damage control surgery.Three patients died of multiple organ failure, and complications occurred in 19(76.0%).Pancreatic fistula and pancreatic pseudocysts were the main complications. Conclusions In the absence of major pancreatic ductal injury, and the clinical conditions were stable, pancreatic injuries can be treated with nonoperative management.Operative treatment is suitable for severe blunt pancreatic injury.Appropriate operation, based on patient condition and the classification of pancrecatic trauma,is the key to increase the cure rate and decrease mortality rate.
