2.Study of strategies on traditional Chinese medicine accessing Australian market
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(6):511-514
Australia is a country with strict drug administration, which is hard for its market access. Chinese Medicine Registration Act 2000 enacted by Victoria State of Australia established the legal status of traditional Chinese medicine in Victoria State, which made Australia the first one of western nations to legislate traditional Chinese medicine. We should take advantage of this opportunity to give in-depth analysis of laws and regulations on traditional Chinese medicine in Australia to push on traditional Chinese medicine to enter the Australia market. By analyzing the regulations of traditional Chinese medicine in Australia market, we put forward the following strategies on traditional Chinese medicine accessing Australia market: first, we should strengthen cooperation of Chinese and Australian governments; secondly, we should focus on analysis of regulations of drugs of Australia, thirdly, we should establish technical standard of herbal drugs in conformity with international standard; finally, we should strengthen traditional Chinese medicine culture exchange.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):577-580
Traditional Chinese medicine is the few field of owing independent intellectual property in China, the implement of intellectual property strategy is important for the long-term development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. At present, traditional Chinese medicine enterprises still remain many problems in intellectual property protection, such as weak awareness of intellectual property protection, lack of intellectual property protection professional personnel, inadequate investment in R & D and low innovation level. These problems caused huge losses in practice to traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. After analyzing the status of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, we put up with some concrete measures of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine considering the reality of these enterprises.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of new combination of high-dose methotrexate (MTX),cisplatin (DDP),pirarubicin (THP),and ifosfamide (IFO) in the treatment of extremity osteosarcoma patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for 125 osteosarcoma patients treated with the optimized neo-adjuvant chemotherapy combined with the four drugs mentioned above (MTX 200 mg/kg iv 6 h d1,CF 9 mg at one time,12 times; DDP 100 mg/m2,THP 30 mg iv,d8-10;IFO 3.0 g/m2 iv d16-18,mesna after IFO for 0,3,6,9 h).The efficacy and side effects of the therapeutic scheme were evaluated. Results The effective salvage rates of Ⅱ a and Ⅱb schemes were 36.4% (8/22) and 79.6% (82/103) with a statistical significance (P < 0.05).The 2-year survival rate of schemes was 62.4%,and the survival time was(17.7 ± 8.3)months.The main side effects were myelo-suppression,nausea,and vomiting, etc. The incidence rate of myelo-suppression,nausea,and vomiting with grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ accounted for 71.2%,37.6%,and 13.6%,respectively.Conclusions The optimized neo-adjuvant therapy strategy based on high-dose MTX,DDP,THP,and IFO is effective in the treatment of osteosarcoma.

Objective To study the clinical effect and value of the combination of dexamethasone and calcium agent assisted oxytocin on preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 128 cases of maternal of clinical information were reviewed, and which were divided into control group and observation group randomly. The control group was immediately infused muscle note 20IU of Oxytocin and the observation group(n =64) was given 5% of glucose and 100ml 10% of glucose acid 10ml calcium. And then give 20IU oxytocin after pending.Lastly, give the two groups comparison of blood-producing capacity and the number of cases of blood-producing.Results Ater observation groups in fetal foetus blood-producing capacity of 2h and 24h,the number of cases of blood-producing less than the control group, and both have significant statistical differences (all P < 0.01).Conclusion The combination of dexamethasone and calcium agent-assisted application of oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemorrhage, better clinical effect, which should be promot in clinical application.

Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of dexamethasone and calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 128 maternal patients with full-term delivery were divided the patients into two parts randomly:the control group and the observation group,of which contained three groups(A,B,C).The patients were all given 20 u oxytocin. As to observation, group A:before 10-15min of cutting skin, give 10mg of dexamethasone and 10 ml 10% calcium gluconate rapid intravenous infusion, group B:give 10mg intravenous infusion of dexamethasone after babies were boro, group C:before 10 ~ 15min of cutting skin, give 10mg of dexamethasone and 10ml 10% calcium gluconate rapid intravenous infusion and then give 10mg dexamethasone after babies were born. The control group wasn't given that medicine, and only give them 20 u oxytocin when babies were born.At last, give contrast of total amount of bleeding, ill reflecting of medicine and the other symptom after 24h.Results The amount of bleeding of observation group A,B,C were (277.3 ± 44.5) ml,(286.8 ± 52.7) ml,(301.8 ±60.9) ml,respectively. The amount of bleeding of the control group was (422.9 ± 78.2) ml.The observation group and control group had significant differences(t =-0.699,0.481,-0.407,all P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between group A,B,and C (P > 0.05).And this two groups had no bad reflection and the other symptoms. Conclusion Dexamethasone and calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage has great efficacy and safety. This method must be extended.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2008;16(7):409-412
Objective To explore the effect of high-fat diet on IRS-1 and IRS-2 expressions of fatty liver in rat. Methods After the rats were fed a high-fat diet (n=7) and a standard chow(n=7) for 8 weeks, insulin sensitivity, lipid metabolism, TNF-α and hepatic mRNA and protein expressions of IRS-1 and IRS-2 were measured. Results Compared with the normal control, the high-fat diet group displayed the elevated levels of insulin resistance,FFA and TNF-α.Hepatic IRS-1 mRNA expression and IRS-1 protein content were reduced by 28% and 32%(P<0.01),respectively. Similarly, hepatic IRS-2 mRNA and IRS-2 protein content were also reduced by 30% and 27% (P<0.01), respectively. Conclusions High-fat diet results in a significant decrease in expressions of mRNA and protein of hepatic IRS-1 and IRS-2 in rats, which might be one of the molecular mechanisms of insulin resistance in liver steatosis induced by high-fat diet
