1.Applying PFGE to the investigation of molecular epidemiology of Enterobacter cloacae in nocosomal infections
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2001;21(2):171-174
Objective To develop a fast typing method with good reproducibility and discriminatory power for epidemiology investigation of Enterobacter cloacae. Methods A method combining pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) with low-frequency-cleavage restriction endonucleases was established to analysis DNA of Enterobacter cloacae. Cells were imbedded in low melting point agarose. After purification of DNA in situ, it was digested with low-frequency-cleavage restriction endonucleases in situ. The intact DNA was electrophoresed in pulsed field. Relatedness of isolates was demonstrated by comparison of its ‘fingerprints’. Results 17 clones were found among 28 Enterobacter cloacae isolated from nocosomal infections. Outbreak was not registered during the period of six-months (from Jan. 1999 to Jun. 1999). But two small clone transmission happened during this period. They were clone A and clone B, five strains were implicated respectively. Conclusion PFGE is a useful technique with good discrimination and reproducibility for investigating the epidemiology of Enterobacter cloacae in microbiology laboratory.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(21):2895-2896
Objective To detect the serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag)in patients with different gynecological diseases ,and to investigate the clinical significance of serum CA125 and SCC-Ag in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases .Methods The levels of CA125 and SCC-Ag in serum were detected by chemiluminescence method in 272 hospitalized patients of gynecological and 20 health examination women(normal control group) .Results The serum level and the positive rate of CA125 were increased in different disease groups ,which were significantly increased in endometriosis , adenomyosis ,and cervical cancer groups and were significantly different from the normal control group(P<0 .01) .The serum level and positive rate of SCC-Ag in cervical cancer group were significantly higher than normal control group(P<0 .01) .Conclusion Serum CA125 can be used as an indicator of gynecological disease screening ,and serum SCC-Ag is a specific tumor marker of cervi-cal cancer .
3.Eosinophilic fasciitis: a clinicopathological analysis of six cases
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2000;0(04):-
Objective To mainly discuss the relationship between histologic type and clinic manifestations of eosinophilic fasciitis. Methods Muscle biopsies in 6 cases of eosinophilic fasciitis were evaluated by the clinical, histopathology and enzyme histochemistry. Results All 6 cases were adults aged from 24-41 years (mean 35 years). Clinically, typical eosinophilic fasciitis charactristics were found in all cases. Histologically, three features appeared with diagnostic values. One was eosinophilic fasciitis with myopathy, one, eosinophilic fasciitis and another was focal fasciitis. Conclusions There may appear different histopathologic changes in eosinophilic fasciitis according to its clinic manifestations.
4.The Protective Effect of L-carnitine on the Reperfusion Injury of Rat Heart Transplantation
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the protective effect of L-carnitine on the reperfusion injury of rat heart transplantation. Methods The rat model of cervical heterotopic heart transplantation was set up. L-carnitine was injected to acceptor 4h before transplantation. Myocardiac malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) concentrations were measured 2h after reperfusion. Pathological change of myocardium, especially mitochondria, was detected by transmission electronic microscope. Apoptosis of myocardial cells was determinded by TUNEL. Results Myocardial MDA concentration in L-carnitine treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P
5.Rapid Identification and Determination of Gatifloxacin Injections by Raman Spectroscopy
China Pharmacist 2014;(10):1626-1628,1648
Objective:To develop a method for the rapid identification and determination of gatifloxacin injections by Raman spec-troscopy. Methods:Raman spectroscopy was used as the method of identifying and determining gatifloxacin injections. The determina-tion conditions were as follows:a micro Raman spectroscopy, excitation wavelength:785nm, objective lens:50X, laser power:3mW, signal acquisition time:60s. Results:The result showed that the Raman spectroscopy could identify and determine gatifloxacin injec-tions, the content of gatifloxacin in the injections was respectively 99. 49%,97. 56% and 100. 2%(Specification:10ml∶0. 2g), and 97. 75%, 94. 58% and 96. 25%(Specification:2ml∶0. 1g), and there was no significant difference between the above determination results and the results from the HPLC method by t-test. Conclusion:For the fast and nondestructive properties, the presented method can be developed as an analysis method for gatifloxacin injections.

7.ReIationship of obstructive sIeep apnea hypopnea syndrome and diabetic retinopath y
International Eye Science 2015;(3):470-473
·Obstructive sleep apnea h ypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS) is a disorder characterized by repeated episodes of collapse of the upper airway during sleep, and ultimately lead to the repeated cycle of night intermittent hypoxemia. Recently, an as sociation of OSAHS and diabeti c retinopathy ( DR) has been reported. This paper reviewed the correlation between OSAHS and DR from clinical relationshi p, the relevant examinations and its possible mechanism of action.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(02):-
Objective To examine the effectiveness of a gene transfer of rat glial cell-line derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)into Schwann cells Methods Rat GDNFcDNA was amplified from newly-born rat sciatic nerve by RT-PCR and ligated into the retroviral vector pLNCX-2 A fter being packaged by the amphotropic packaging cell line PT67,the viral supernatants from these anti-clonal producing lines were titred on fibroblast N IH3T3 The highest tire recombinant retrovirus was used to infect deviding populations of newly-born rat SCs The level of GDNF mRNA in GDNF-SCs and normal SCs was tested by RT-PCR The GDNF protein in genetically modified SCs and normal SCs was assayed by immunocytochemistry The amounts of GDNF in conditioned medium of GDNF-SCs in different phrase and normal SCs were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay sensitive assay Biological activity of the secreted GDNF was tested using motoneuron bioassay by MTT method Results (1)The GDNF cDNA band of GDNF-SCs was more prominent than that of SCs (2)Cells in both groups were immunohistochemically positive for GDNF expression Staining for GDNF was more prominent in the Scs infected with pLNCX2-GDNF (3)The rate of GDNF secreted by GDNF-Scs was 5 1-fold compared with normal SCs (4)The bioassay comfirmed that the secreted GDNF from GDNF-Scs was biologically active, and more motoneurons survived than normal SCs group Conclusion With the help of retrovirus,GDNF gene can be transferred and stably expressed in SCs,and it′s may be a better way to graft SCs promoing regeneration of PNS injuries.
9.Research progress on inflammatory immunity related signaling pathway for the pathogenesis of dry eye
International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1084-1088
?Dry eye ( DE) is a multifactorial disease of tear film and ocular surface. Inflammation in the ocular surface plays a main role in the pathogenesis of DE. Accordingly, inflammation and therapies that inhibit immune response may become topic for DE in recent years. Unfortunately, there are few studies about signaling pathway that has changed in ocular surface of DE. It is novel and there are few researches on how inflammation active signaling pathway and how it was regulated by signaling pathway on DE. This paper presents a review about inflammation active signaling pathway and its regulation on signaling pathway of DE.
