In this paper,300 bacteria strains and 31fungi strain were isolated from Qinghai plateau.The numbers of cellulose degradation organisms in soil is 2.6?10 5/g. A strain Trichoderma koningii No.0143 which produces cellulase was isolated from 11 fungi in the east area in QingHai,its FPA activity was 15u/g. It can be used in enzymatic feed.

Objective In order to evaluate the quality and performance of chlorine dioxide disinfectant,it is necessary to develop a set of methods to determine the components in chlorine dioxide disinfectant.Methods Iodometry,malonic acid iodometry,improved malonic acid iodometry and five-step iodometry were employed to determine the components including ClO_2, Cl_2,ClO_2~-,and ClO_3~-in chlorine dioxide disinfectant,the advantages and disadvantages of the test methods were compared.Results Using iodometry,the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products activated by hydrochloric acid,the content of ClO_2 was 20.23 mg/ml that was accord with the content which was marked in the product label.Using malonic acid iodometriy,the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide contents of ClO_2 was 19.99 mg/ml,Cl_2 was 0.35 mg/ml,in which a little chlorine was detected.Using improved malonate iodometry and five-step iodometry,the activation rates of the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products were 88.0% and 75.6% respectively,ClO_2 and ClO_2~-in the liquid stabilized chlorine dioxide products could be distinguished.Conclusion Active chlorine dioxide and residual ClO_2~-can be detected by using iodometriy and improved malonic acid iodometry,but iodometriy and malonic acid iodometry can not.

Objective: To evaluate the mechanism of T follicular helper cells ( Tfh ) in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) via in vivo experiments. Methods:C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups,CFA group,EAE group,anti-ICOSL group and control group. Lymphocytes of different time points isolated from draining lymph nodes and spleen were stained for T follicular helper cells surface marker and T cells activation surface marker and analyzed by FACS. Observed parameters include inflammatory infiltration,demyelination in spinal cord and germinal center in spleen. ELISA was used to measure the level of antigen specific antibodies. Results: Mice in anti-ICOSL treated group developed mild disease was with lower clinical scores when compared with the EAE group. HE staining results turned out with alleviated inflammation and Luxol Fast Blue staining( LFB) showed no demyelization in anti-ICOSL treated mice compared with non-treated EAE models. Flow cytometry results revealed that percentages of T follicular helper cells decreased though the whole activated degree T cells was not influenced in anti-ICOSL treated group. Fewer ger minal center was found in both anti-ICOSL group and CFA group with reduced secretion of MOG-specific Ab. Conclusion:T follicular helper cells supported the development of cognate B cells,promoted the formation of germinal center,facilitate pathogenic MOG-specific Ab secretion,thus enhance EAE.

[Summary] A selection of 528 unrelated subjects were enrolled(198 males, 330 females) with the mean age of(52. 23 ± 13. 41) years old. According to body mass index, 253 persons belonged to the normal weight group and 275 persons overweight/ obesity group. A total of 10 SNPs in CIDEB and CIDEC genes were detected. SHEsis online were used to get the haplotypes of these two genes. The relationship between above SNPs and obesity were analyzed under additive inheritance pattern. The main effects and interaction on obesity induced by two genes’ haplotypes were analyzed by logistic regression. rs2144493 in CIDEB gene was associated with obesity, C was a protective alleles, OR (95% CI) equals 0. 722(0. 525-0. 992). CCTT haplotype of CIDEB gene carriers and GCG haplotype of CIDEC gene carriers were more prone to obesity or overweight, there was an interaction between the haplotypes of 2 genes. CIDEB, CIDEC haplotypes may play independent and interactive roles in causing obesity.

This article mainly summarise the results of the chemical compositions and their pharmacological activities of Arnebiae Radix since 1966. The chemistry components isolated from Arnebiae Radix are mainly naphthoquinone, monoterpene phenol and quinone, phenolic acids and their salts, alkaloids, aliphatic and esters. Pharmacological results showed that the chemical compositions and the extracts of Arnebiae Radix have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, hepatoprotection, antioxidant, anti-tumor and immune function and other activities. This article hopefully to provide a reference for further research, development and utilization of Arnebiae Radix.
