Objective:To investigate the cardiac magnetic resonance technique in the diagnosis and treatment of unstable angina application value. Methods:The hospital diagnosed patients with unstable angina as research subjects, were given coronary angiography in patients (CAG) examination, ECG, echocardiography and cardiac MRI examination, recording the results and statistical analysis. Results:Cardiac MRI for>90%stenos is detected heart rate, and coronary angiography (CAG) showed no significant difference (x2=3.257, P>0.05), for<90%stenos is detection rate, and coronary angiography (CAG) was statistically significant between test results (x2=17.267, x2=25.714;P<0.05);cardiac magnetic resonance for the degree of stenos is of myocardial ischemia in patients with high detection rate and electrocardiogram detection rates were significantly different(x2=4.65, P<0.05), but the total no significant difference between the detection rate(x2=0.251, P>0.05);cardiac MRI for cardiac function and cardiac structure determination is better than conventional echocardiography. Conclusion: Cardiac MRI technology to more accurately reflect changes in cardiac structure and function of the stenos is and effort ischemia detection rate with conventional inspection methods have better consistency.
5. Influence of sleep deprivation on endocrine function and energy metabolism
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(6):703-705
Sleep plays an important role in the modulation of endocrine function and energy metabolism; hormone levels are markedly different during a sleepless night compared with a night of normal sleep. Sleep deprivation may change the levels of cortisol, growth hormone (GH) and thyrotropin (TSH) at night. In addition, sleep curtailment disturbs the balance of anorexigenic (leplin) and orexigenic (ghrelin) factors, and does harmful to glucose tolerance.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of montelukast, budesonide nasal spray and deslorata-dine citrate disodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on inflammatory cytokines. Methods:Totally 94 cases of al-lergic rhinitis patients received treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group ran-domly. The control group received budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine citrate disodium, and the observation group received mon-telukast additionally. After 4-week treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms and the contents of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in the two groups were compared. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was also compared. Results:After the treatment, the VAS score of the nasal symptom and category symptoms in the two groups were lower than that before the treatment, and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05). After the treatment, the contents of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly re-duced while the content of IL-10 was significantly increased in the two groups, and the changes in the observation group were more no-table than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 49%, which was higher than that of the control group (80. 85%, P<0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of montelukast, budesonide nasal spray and deslorata-dine citrate disodium can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the IL-6 and IL-8 levels and increase the IL-10 content in allergic rhinitis patients.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2011;13(6):746-749
Objective To study the effect of calcium on human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMCs). Methods Proliferation abilities of HPMCs were assessed by tetrazolium salt colorimetry assay (MTT assay) and the levels of LDH in the supernatant were detected in all groups to evaluate the damage of HPMCs. The expression of TNF-α in cytoplasm was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Calcium enhanced proliferation of HPMCs in a time-dependent manor(P<0.01), especially calcium with 1.25 mmol/L(0.5098±0.016,0.6763±0.048) and 1.0 mmol/L(0.4853±0.016,0.6678±0.076). Calcium with different concentrations significantly increased the levels of LDH in HPMCs in a time-dependent manor, while the effect of calcium with 1.25 mmol/L was lowest(17.78±1.18,23.60±1.39,P<0.01). Calcium with 2.0 mmol/L[(42.61±3.29)%] and 1.75 mmol/L[(33.32±1.88)%] significantly up-regulated the expression of TNF-α(P<0.01) . Conclusions High calcium damaged HPMCs and up-regulated the expression of TNF-αby HPMCs, while physical calcium (1.25 mmol/L)can protect peritoneum and prevent peritoneal fibrosis.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
In order to find out the more applicable way in detecting the acute toxicity of environmental pollutants, the author described the luminescent bacteria toxicity (LBT) test on the basis of literature review. In the article, the principle, the current usage both in our country and abroad, and the perspective of LBT are discussed. The results showed that LBT has many advantages such as relative sensitivity, quickness, convenience, and cheapness, while there are some disadvantages such as poor reappearance and existence of some errors in testing.Along with the rapid development of modern equipment and photo electronic techniques in analysis field. The application LBT combined with GC,GC/MS and fluorescence, ultraviolet equipment, will provide a more promising perspective in developing accurate quantitative analysis of the acute toxicity of environment pollutants

Objective To observe the effect of intravenous injection of different doses of propofol on the ceil apoptosis and NF-kB p65 in the acute lung injury(ALl)induced by LPS in rats.Method Sixty SD rats were randomly(random number)divided into five groups, namely, control(NS)group,Au model group and propofol intervention groups(P1,P2,P3 groups). The lung injury was evaluated by using microscopy with hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining and arterial blood gas,and Western blotting Was applied to evaluating the nuclear translocation of NF-KB P65 in lung tissues. The apoptosis rate of lung tissue Was determined by flow cytometric analysis. Results Lung injury in model group reached the pathologic criteria of acute lung injury, and it was attenuated apparently in propofol intervention groups(P1,P2,P3 groups)in dose-dependent manner.Western blotting results showed that the nuclear translocation of NF-KB P65 and the apoptosis rate increased significantly in ALI model group compared with control group(P<0.05),and decreased in propofol intervention groups compared with ALl model group(P<0.05).Conclusions Propofol Can attenuate acute lung injury induced by LPS in rats, and significantly inhibit the nuclear translocation of NF-KB P65 and the cell apoptosis in lung tissues. The effect of propofol attenuating acute lung injury induced by LPS in rats may be attributed to the inhibition of nuclear translocation of NF-KB P65and ceil apoptosis in lung tissues.
