Tg gene polymorphism, HLA and iodine interaction with Tg may be involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease.Moreover, thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), an important symbol of autoimmune thyroid disease, is also closely related to the development of autoimmune thyroid disease.In addition, the differences of TgAb IgG isoforms expression level also have broad application prospects in the classification and diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease.By researching on Tg, we review the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease and provided the evidence for its diagnosis and clinical treatment.

Objective To investigate the plasma total tau(T-tau)and phosphorylated protein tau(P-tau)protein in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods 22 352 medical patients aged over 60 years in Beichen Area Community Service Center were involved in this survey.Random sampling principle was used for screening.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and activities of daily living assessment form(ADL)were conducted for the cognitive function and ability of daily score firstly.When the score below the standard,the Hamilton depression scale and Hachinski ischemic scale were re-used for diagnostic score.Related laboratory tests were conducted to exclude other central nervous system and other systems and material causes of dementia patients.Ultimately,105 cases of AD,diagnosed by the neurologist,and 42 cases of non central nervous system disease,non dementia non nervous system disease patients as the normal control group were involved.T-tau and P-tau levels in the two groups were determined by ELISA.Results the T-tau concentration in AD group(15.93+6.59)ng/L was higher than control group(14.10±6.32)ng/L,no significant difference was found (P ＞ 0.05).However,compared with control group (0.69 ± 0.24) ng/L,P-tau protein in AD group (1.26 ± 0.75)ng/L increased significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion Plasma levels of phosphorylated tau protein might have diagnostic value for AD patients.

AIM: To explore the effects of mindfulness- based stress reduction ( MBSR ) on anxiety, compliance and visual function in primary open angle glaucoma( POAG) patients. ·METHODS:Totally 64 patients, who were treated with topical medication and were diagnosed with POAG in the department of ophthalmology at Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital, were randomly divided into the intervention group ( n=32 ) and the control group ( n=32 ) . Both groups received conventional mental health education while the intervention group was complemented with MBSR intervention. The patient's anxiety status, compliance rates and MD before and after the intervention were evaluated. ·RESULTS:After the MBSR intervention, the scores of HAMA of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0. 01). The compliance of patients in intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P<0. 01). ·CONCLUSION:The MBSR intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the compliance in primary open angle glaucoma patients. It can be promoted and put into clinical application.

Objective: Under the background of pension combined with medical service, for the elders to reasonably, effectively and fully utilize the medical resources, it is of vital significance to establish good medical con-sumptive behavior and consumption intention, to promote healthy old age and improve elders' health and happiness to help them cultivate a fine habit in their practical life. Methods: Based on the micro-survey data of investigation in Nanjing, this paper systematically analyzed the factors influencing elders' medical consumption behavior by using the theory of planned behavior and structural equation model. Results:Different factors were classified into behavioral at-titudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control, and significant variables were found out through behavior model as well as though measuring their relative effects. Conclusion: There is no significant casual relationship be-tween the perceived behavior control and medical consumption behavioral intention. The elders' medical consumption behavior intention is affected by various social network relationships. The belief strength, normative belief, behavioral attitudes and subject norms can affect elders' medical consumption behavior.

Objective To explore the procedure selection of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 187 patients with tubal pregnancy was treated either by laparoscopic salpingectomy(102 patients,Group Ⅰ) or by laparoscopic oviduct fenestration(85 patients,Group Ⅱ). Results The surgical time was 40.4?9.9 min in the Group Ⅰ and 88.8?10.3 min in the Group Ⅱ.The intraoperative blood loss was 17.7?5.4 ml in the Group Ⅰ and 80.6?4.4 ml in the Group Ⅱ.The postoperative hospital stay was 3.8?0.5 d in the Group Ⅰ and 7.4?0.9 d in the Group Ⅱ.The postoperative time to normal serum ?-hCG levels was 7~14 d in the Group Ⅰ and 10~33 d in the Group Ⅱ.A follow-up was carried out in 116 patients.No recurrence of ectopic pregnancy happened in the Group Ⅰ(60 patients).In the Group Ⅱ(56 patients),hydrotubation or salpingography revealed patent oviduct in 37 patients,intrauterine pregnancy in 25 patients,and recurrence of tubal pregnancy at the same side in 2 patients. Conclusions Salpingectomy should be the first choice in the treatment of tubal pregnancy because of its short surgical time,short hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,and low complication incidence.Oviduct fenestration should be conducted only for patients with child-bearing demands,but we must be on our guard against the possibility of persistent ectopic pregnancy,and a salpingectomy or a conversion to open surgery should be performed immediately once the bleeding can not be stopped effectively during the operation.

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of calcium sodium phosphosilicate desensitizer for the treatment of root-dentin hypersensitivity.Methods This was a randomized,single-blind,placebo controlled pilot study.135 subjects,a total of 215 teeth with a confirmed diagnosis of root-dentin hypersensitivity were randomly divided into three groups:group 1 (patients treated with 100％ calcium sodium phosphosilicate powder with 7％ calcium sodium phosphosilicate toothpaste),group 2 (patients treated with a placebo powder with 7 ％ calcium sodium phosphosilicate toothpaste),group 3 (patients treated with a placebo powder vith 0.11％ NaF toothpaste).Two standard test stimuli,cool air and cold water,were applied to sensitive root surfaces.Subjects recorded the intensity of sensitivity in response to each stimulus on a visual analogue scale (VAS) at baseline,immediately after powder application and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of twice-daily product use.Results The VAS values stimulated by cool air immediately,and 2,4 and 6 weeks after the treatment were [[(4.87±1.98),(3.85±1.09),(2.03±1.16),(0.59±0.51),respectivly] in Group 1; [(6.35±1.84),(4.83±0.75),(3.17±1.12),(1.45±0.91),respectively] in Group 2; [(6.83±0.78),(6.73±1.54),(5.441.58),(4.18±0.98),respectively] in Group 3.The VAS values stimulated by cold water immediately,and after 2,4 and 6 of treatment were [(6.43±1.01),(4.95±1.21),(3.06±0.86),(1.38±0.92),respectively] in Group 1; [(7.72±0.56),(5.65±0.69),(3.81±0.41),(2.17±0.58),respectively] inGroup2; [(8.380.89),(8.17±1.02),(7.99±0.74),(6.46±0.77),respectively] in Group 3.Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in VAS values stimulated by the two tests at all time points in Group 1,and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment in Group 2 (all P ＜0.05).Group 3 had significant differences in VAS values stimulated by cool air after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,and had a significant difference in VAS values stimulated by cold water after 6 weeks of treatment (all P＜0.05).There were significant differences between group 1 and group 2 in the hypersensitivity reduction over baseline by two stimuli at all time point.Conclusions The 7％ calcium sodium phosphosilicate toothpaste shows a good performance in relieving the root dentin hypersensitivity.Moreover,the 100％ calcium sodium phosphosilicate powder can enhance the effectiveness of the 7％ calcium sodium phosphosilicate toothpaste.

Objective To investigate the effect of N-methyl-N-nitrosourea (MNU) on expressions of interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding protein (IRBP) and recoverin in rat retinal.Methods Thirty female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into five groups,including normal control group,and MNU treatment one day,three days,seven days and 10 days groups,each group had six rats.Rats in MNU-treatment groups received a single intraperitoneal injection of 40 mg /kg MNU,while rats in the normal control group received intraperitoneal injection of saline 5 ml/kg.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunofluorescence were used to detect the retinal expression of IRBP and recoverin.Results RT-PCR results indicated that retinal IRBP levels decreased after MNU injection compared with normal control (P＜0.01),while recoverin levels increased (one day:P＞0.05; three days:P＜0.05; seven days:P＜0.5; 10 days:P＜0.05).Immunofluorescence assays demonstrated that normally IRBP protein is mainly in the inner and outer segments of photoreceptors.After MNU treatment,IRBP protein was detected in all retinal layers but much faint.Recoverin was expressed in the inner nuclear layer,inner plexiform layer and ganglion cell layer,and its expression was increased after MNU injection.Conclusion MNU suppresses IRBP expression and promotes recoverin expression in rat retina.

Objective To find out the material base of the induction and aggravation of psoriasis by psycological factors such as stress and depression etc. Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to determine the effect of sera from 49 psoriatic patients and 34 healthy controls on the suppression of the lymphocyte transformation of normal mouse lymphocytes. Results The lymphocyte transformation rate of mouse lymphocytes treated with the sera of psoriatic patients was 41.55%, and that of controls was 68.09%. Objective To analysis the correlation of the anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 antibodies in female infertility and threatened a-bortion.Methods Selected 547 patients with female infertility,229 patietns with threatened abortion,229 patietns with ir-regular menses and 31 normal female between August 2013 to January 2014.All the anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 antibodies (Ig-G/Ig-M)were detected by ELISA.Detected the anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 antibodies (Ig-G/Ig-M)of 114 patients who treated with aspirin and prednisone combined with gamma globulin.Results The positive rate of anti-β2GP1 antibodies (Ig-G/Ig-M)of female infertility,threatened abortion,irregular menses and normal female were 0.36%,0.43%,1.6%,0% and 20.29%, 19.21%,8.3% and 3.2%,respectively.The positive rate of aβ2GP1-IgM of female infertility,threatened abortion,irregular menses were higher than normal female.The anti-β2GP1-IgM of the treated female infertility were 47.14± 34.85 RU/ml and 31.14±27.64 RU/ml,respectively.The anti-β2GP1-IgM of the treated threatened abortion were 37.75±31.20 RU/ml and 24.34±24.48 RU/ml,respectively.The levels of anti-β2GP1-IgM of the treated patietns were significantly lower than before.Conclusion There was a close relationship between anti-β2GP1-IgM antibodies and female infertility and threatened abortion,anti-β2GP1-IgM antibodies maybe one of the immune factors for female infertility and threatened abortion.
