Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Interpersonal Stress-Coping Inventory for Undergraduates(ISI).Methods:Totally 421 college students of 1~3 grades in two colleges of Anhui province were selected. They were asked to complete the ISI and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)at the same time to test the reliability and validity of ISI.Two weeks later,52 of them were retested to test the re-test reliability. Results:Cronbach α of the Chinese version of ISI was 0.79,re-test reliability was 0.87.ISI Scores were correlated with SCSQ scores(r=0.69).Exploratory factor analysis was applied to the data, and three subscales were derived:positive coping, negative coping, and dilution coping. The factor loadinps were 0.41~0.68.The explained variances were 14.82,14.10,and 7.06 respectively. Conclusion:The Chinese version of Interpersonal Stress-Coping Inventory has good psychometric quality and can be used in Chinese undergraduates of interpersonal stress coping research.

Objective:To study the changes of testicular steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR), 17?-hydroxys-teroid dehydrogenase (17?-HSD) and aromatase (P450arom) in elder SD rats, exploring the effects of aging on testicular steroidogenic function. Methods:The young male rats and old male rats were treated with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) for 3 times and then rat serum testosterone(T) and estradiol(E2) levels were determined by chemiluminescentenzyme immunoassay(CLIA) and the mRNA levels of StAR, 17?-HSD Ⅲ and P450arom were determined by RT-PCR. Results: (1) The levels of serum T and 17?-HSD Ⅲ mRNA of old SD rats were significantly lower than those of young rats before and after hCG stimulation (P

Aim To study the protective effects of pharmacological preconditioning induced by sodiumferulate(SF)on isolated rat heart and its machanisms. Methods Isolated SD rat hearts were divided randomly into 5 groups : Control group (hearts were perfused by oxygenated perfusate for 100 minutes); Ischemia/Reperfusion(I/R) group (hearts suffered from 40 min global ischemia/30 min reperfusion after oxygenated perfusate for 30 minutes); Ischemia preconditioning group(hearts were preconditioned by 3 periods of 5-minute global ischemia/5-minute reperfusion before it suffered from I/R); SF group (previously hearts were perfused with oxygenated perfusate administered with 1.69 mmol?L-1 SF then subjected to I/R); Glibenclamide group (previously hearts were perfused with oxygenated perfusate administered with 1.69 mmol?L-1SF and 30 ?mol?L-1 Glibenclamide before it suffered from I/R). Results Compared with I/R group, 1.69 mmol?L-1 SF precondition improved significantly heart function, reduced the incidence and severity of ventricular arrhythmias, alleviated calcium overload in myocardial cell; furthered activities of Na+,K-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in myocardium. These effects were attenuated by 30 ?mol?L-1 Glibenclamide. Conclusions SF precondition can improve heart function and resist arrhythmia and Ca2+-overload. The cardioprotective effects of SF precondition maybe related with the opening of ATP-sensitive potassium (KATP) channels.

Objective To investigate the intervention ways of endoscopes in the treatment of esophagus stenosis due to carcinoma of esophagus and improvement of quality. Method 11 cases of advanced carcinoma of esophagus were included in this study. Operation and chemical therapy were unavailable for these patients. Memory trestle with membrane and made of alloy of Nickel- titanium was inserted under intervention of endoscope. Trestle was posed in stenosis part of esophagus under direction of X- ray. Trestle could be dilated 3- 7 days after operation due to its reaction characteristics to temperature. So, redilated therapy was unnecessary. Trestle could reconstruct swallowing tract and made feeding through mouth become available during limited survival time. Results All trestles were successfully inserted.Half- fluid feeding was available after operation. Obstruction was removed in all patients(100% ).Conclusion Method described in this study was safe and effective .Effective swallowing tracts were reconstructed in all patients after trestle was planted and quality of life and survival time were both improved.

BackgroundOur previous study determined that tetrandrine (Tet) has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human Tenon capsule fibroblasts ( TCFs ) in vitro, but its mechanism is poorly understood.ObjectiveThis study was to investigate the effect mechanism of Tet on human TCFs.MethodsHuman TCFs were isolated and cultured from scleral tissue of donor using explant technique. The cells were identified by vimentin antibody staining and morphology. The third generation of cells were seeded in the culture plate at the density of 1 × 105 cells/ml.Twenty-four hours after inoculation, the Tet of 1 × 10-5 mol/L was added in the well of culture plate, and the cells cultured only in 1640 medium served as the control group. The apoptosis of the cells was assessed by TUNEL,and the expressions of bax,bel-2,transforming growth factor-β2 (TGF-β2 ) in TCFs were detected using immunochemistry. Results The cultured cells showed the features of the fibroblasts in shape with the positive response for vimentin.A number of TUNEL positive cells were seen in Tet group and no TUNEL positive response was found in control group. The expression levels (A value) of bax,bcl-2 and TGF-~ protein in TCFs were 0.577 ± 0.009,0.430±0.012 and 0.341 ±0.017 in Tet group, and those in control group were 0.320±0.015,0.819±0.021 and 0.624±0.014 respectively, showing statistically significant differences between two groups( t =33.277,-35.356,-28.093,P<0.01 ).Conclusions Tet suppresses the proliferation of human TCFs through up-regulating the expression of bax and down-regulating the expressions of bcl-2 and TGF-β2 in vitro.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(6):425-431
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the balance function of injured lower limb by dynamic posturography.
METHODS:
Using the dynamic posturography instrument, the postural evoked responses of sixty-two normal people and two hundred and fifty-eight people with injured lower limb bones and joints were detected. The test was included sensory organization test (SOT) and adaption test (ADT). The results of two groups were compared by t test.
RESULTS:
Compared with the normal people, the impaired people had significant statistical differences in balance scores of SOT3-SOT6 and proportion score of dynamic proprioception (P < 0.05). There was no obvious decrease in ADT.
CONCLUSION
The balance function of injured lower limb significantly decreases.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of tensile stress on human heel skin fibroblast proliferation in vitro, providing a theoretical basis for preventing the wound edge skin necrosis and nonunion after calcaneal fracture surgery.
METHODSFibroblast cells were taken from lateral heel skin of a 40 year-old-man, then cultured and subcultured in vitro. After that, they were divided into three groups: 0 hours group, 6 hours group and 24 hours group and were tested by tensile stress testing. The levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6 in nutrient fluid were measured. Transmission electron microscope and light microscope was applied for observe mitochondria and nucleus.
RESULTSUnder 10% of the tensile stress, mitochondria decreased, the levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6 in nutrient fluid were decreased and cell proliferation was inhibited gradually with time increasing.
CONCLUSIONThe human lateral heel skin in a long-time tensile stress state is an important cause of wound edge skin necrosis and nonunion after calcaneus fracture surgery.
