Objective To observe the serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) level and to analysis the relations between the serum cTnI level and prognosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and Cardiac Dysfunction.Methods Serum cardiac cTnI level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay. Results The serum cTnI level in DCM patients with class IV cardiac function (0.53 ?0.31) ?g/L was significantly higher than in DCM patients with class Ⅲ cardiac function (0.45?0.27) ?g/L.There was significantly difference in serum cTnI levels between DCM patients with class Ⅲ cardiac function and DCM patients with class Ⅱ cardiac function(0.29?0.27) ?g/L.Conclusion The higher serum cTnI level is correlated with the severity of cardiac function and may be useful for evaluating prognosis in patients with DCM.

Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was performed on isolated rat DRG neurons to investigate the modulation of DA onGABA-activated membrane currents. It was found that majority of the examined neurons(40/47) were sensitive to GABA, 10-6～ 103mol/L GABA activated a dose-dependent inward current which had an obvious desensitization. In 26 of 40 neurons sensitiveto GABA DA induced a little outward current which had no desentization at all. Others showed no effect obviously. When theneurons were treated with DA 10-7～10-4 mol/L prior to the application of GABA for 30 s, 68% (27/40) GABA-activated mem-brane currents were inhibited, whereas DA10-5 inhibited markedly(33.3%) (x±s).

Objective To investigate the incidence of candidal colonization and to analyze its risk factors in patients with connective tissue diseases (CTDs). Methods Throat swabs, midstream urine and anal swabs from 153 patients with CTDs and 63 healthy volunteers were collected for fungus culture. The logistic regression was completed via the software package SPSS 11.0. Results The incidence rate of candidal colonization was higher in the patients than that in the healthy controls (35.29% vs 7.59%). Of all the isolated fungus strains, the proportion of Candida albicans was the highest. The logistic regression analysis revealed that decrease of blood erythrocytes, increase of urine protein, decrease of complements such as CH50, C3 and C4 in serum, high daily dosage of corticosteroids and broad-spectrum antibiotic administration all significantly increased the risk of candidal colonization (all P 0.05). Conclusions The incidence rate of candidal colonization in patients with CTDs is higher than that in healthy controls. Avoiding the risk factors will help to decrease the incidence of candidal colonization in CTDs.

Objective To establish the determination of luteolin and 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone in Herbal Gentianopsis paludosa. Method The RP-HPLC with ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) comlum was used. Mobile phase was methanol (A)-0.4% H3PO4 (B) Gradient elution was used, 0～15 min, A∶B=50∶50, 15～60 min, A∶B=55∶45. Detection wavelengh was 260 nm. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Temperature of column was 30 ℃. Result The linear relationship of 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone and luteolin were showed at the range of 0.084～0.84 ?g and 0.184～1.84 ?g (r=0.999 4 and r =0.999 7). [Objective]To investigate etiopathogenisis,modus operandi and rehabilitation in treatment of bone nonunion and residual deformity (cubitus valgus) after humeral lateral condyle fractures in children. [Method]The author retrospective summarized a total of 27 patients diagnosed with humeral lateral condyle fracture follow with bone nonunion and/or cubitus valgus consecutive enrolled in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2001 to 2006,including 19 cases of male,8 cases of female,16 cases of right humeral lateral condyle fracture and 11 cases of left. The mean age at injured for all the patients (n =27) was 5.6 yr (range 3-10 yr).The mean age at suigical operation for all the patients (n =27) was 9 yr (range 5-14 yr).The average time from injury to operation was 2.8 yr (range 8mon-10 yr).There were three modus operations including direct normal position internal fixation of 7 cases,open reduction following os illium bone graft internal fixation of 11 cases,distant humerus varus wedge shape cut orthopaedic for 9 cases.[Result]Thirteen patients were followed up ranging from 6 month to 2 years,and 14 patients over 2 years. All the patients were achieved union for 8 to 16 weeks after surgery. Elbow deformity had been corrected and function of elbow joint had been recoverd satisfactorily. All of them,excellent rerult were found in 13 cases,good in 11 cases,and poor in 3 cases,the excellent and good rates was 88.9%. None of the cases happened with osteonecrosis,traumatic arthritis and myositis ossificans.[Conclusion]It is common that delay treatment of humeral lateral condyle fractures in children can result in bone nonunion and residual deformity (cubitus valgus) and it is difficult for treatment. Corresponding surgical treatment with different condition and early exercise can improve the appearance and function of elbow joint.

Objective To study the possibility of the exist of specific antibody against platelet in tumor patients and to evaluate the value of MAIPA in measure of specific antibody against platelet in malignant tumor patients with nonimmune thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods Anti- GPⅡb/Ⅲa and anti- GPⅠb/Ⅸ autoantibodies were detected by a modified monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigens assay(modified MAIPA). Results The positive rate of the platelet antibody in nonimmune thrombocytopenic purpura is very low with MAIPA. Conclusions The platelet GP- specific autoantibody detection is considerably important in discriminating immune from nonimmune thrombocytopenia.

Objective To investigate the effect of Dl-3-n-butylphthalide on acute cerebral infarction.Methods In Department of Neurology in the Fifth Hospital of Wuhan from March 2013 to June 2014,100 cases of patients with first onset of acute cerebral infarction were recruited.The participants were divided into 2 groups (control group and treatment group) randomly,with 50 participants in each group.Besides general treatment,the patients of treatment group received intravenous injection of Dl-3-n-butylphthalide in acute phase and orally took soft capsule of Dl-3-n-butylphthalide in recovery phase.All the patients were followed up for 24 weeks.Neurological function and general cognition were assessed separately by national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS),and mini mental state examination (MMSE) was applied to assess overall cognitive function.Results NHISS score was gradually decreased and MMSE score was increased in both groups.As compared with the control group,NIHSS score and MMSE score were changed significantly in the treatment group.From first onset to 24 weeks after treatment,NHISS score was decreased by 30％ in the control group and 44％ in the treatment group;MMSE score was increased by 17％ in the control group and 32％ in the treatment group.Conclusion Sequential therapy with Dl-3-n-butylphthalide improves neurological function and general cognition faster and more significant for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
