1.Influence of Ulcer Stage on Helicobacter pylori Eradication Rate
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(4):238-240
Background: Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is associated with a variety of gastrointestinal diseases.Studies have shown that Hp eradication rate may be affected by the disease type and stage of disease progression.Aims: To investigate the influence of endoscopic ulcer stage on Hp eradication rate. Methods: A total of 423 peptic ulcer (PU) patients with Hp infection from January 2015 to July 2016 at the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled.Of them,133 were gastric ulcer (GU) and 255 were duodenal ulcer (DU).A 14-day bismuth quadruple therapy was given for Hp eradication, and the eradication rates were analyzed with the endoscopic ulcer stage.Univariate analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing the eradication rate. Results: There was no significant difference in Hp eradication rates between GU and DU groups (82.7% vs.83.9%,P>0.05).The eradication rates according to endoscopic ulcer stage were significantly different in GU group (active stage vs.inactive stage: 89.0% vs.75.0%,P<0.05);but in DU group, the eradication rate in active stage was similar to that in inactive stage (85.6% vs.83.0%,P>0.05).Univariate analysis revealed that ulcer stage was correlated with the success rate of eradication;the eradication rate in active stage was significantly higher than that in inactive stage (87.8% vs.80.3%,P<0.05).Conclusions: Endoscopic ulcer stage is correlated with the Hp eradication rate in PU,especially GU patients.Hp eradication therapy performed in patients with active PU could yield a higher eradication rate.
2.Progress in Research on Therapeutic Regimen for Helicobacter pylori Eradication
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(10):623-625
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is one of the most frequently seen pathogenic bacteria in human beings. Hp infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. Therefore, eradication of Hp is very important for the prevention and treatment of such diseases. This article reviewed the progress in research on therapeutic regimen for Hp eradication.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(01):-
Objective To establish a new method of cutting human pancreases from cadaver donors for islets transplantation, and to discuss the relationship between activity of islets and the cold ischemia preservation time after hypertonic citrate adenine solution perfused. Methods 1500-2000 ml of hypertonic citrate adenine solution was perfused into aorta. Kidey-pancreases-duodenum-spleen were cut together. Digestion of pancreases was done with collagenase P. The islets were isolated, purified and stained. The purity and activity of the islets were measured. Results There was a negative correlation between activity of islets and the cold ischemia preservation time. But there was a positive correlation between activity of islets and the ischemic index. Conclusion The activity of the islets infused with hypertonic citrate adenine solution and degested with collagenase P is high, but the cold ischemia preservation time of the pancreases preserved in hypertonic citrate adenine solution is better not more than 5-6 h.

Objective To evaluate the effects of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) combined with intraoperative cholanggiography (IOC)and intraoperative endoscopic sphincterotomy (IOEST) for the treatment of cholecystocholedocolithiasis. Methods 106 cases with cholecystocholedocolithiasis diagnosed and treated by LC combined with IOC and IOEST were reviewed retrospectively. Results 60 40%(64/106)patients diagnosed cholelithiasis pre-LC were found choledocholithisis; LC combined with IOC and IOEST was successfully performed on 99 of 106 cases(93 40%),and their CBD stones were completely cleared in 98 of 99 cases(99 00%). Six cases(6 1%) were complicated with mild acute pancreatitis, 1 case(0 01%) with duodenal perforation,1 case(0 01%) with bile leakage, and 2 cases(0 02%) with stomach stasis. Conclusions LC combined with IOC and IOEST was a safe ,effective approach to diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of cholecystocholedocholithiasis.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(13):-
Objective To investigate the TH1/TH2 patterns by calculating the percentage of TH1, TH2 cells, and the TH1/TH2 ratio of peripheral blood from patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods The percentage of TH1 and TH2 cells in peripheral blood from 15 normal pregnant controls and 20 PIH patients (including 12 moderate and 8 severe cases) were calculated using flow cytometry for the analysis of both the surface marker CD3 CD8 and intracellular cytokines, interleukin-4 (IL-4), and interferon-? (IFN-?). Results The percentage of TH1 cells and the ratio of TH1/TH2 in PIH patients were significantly higher than those in the normal third-trimester pregnant controls [(20.50?4.02)% vs (12.57?2.18)%, P

Objective To discuss the benefits of the external ultrasonic liposuction through comparing the different effects of external ultrasonic tumescent liposuction and simple negative pressure liposuction. Methods The clinical effects of ten patients were compared, in which one side of abdomen was treated with external ultrasonic tumescent liposuction, and the other side with tumescent liposuction and the aspirates were analyzed. Results The percentage of supernatant fat in the whole aspirated volume on the ultrasonic treated sides was higher than that of non ultrasonic treated sides ( P

Objective To investigate CT features of solitary fibrous tumor of the mediastinum(SFTM),and to analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of this disease. Methods CT features of 5 patients of SFTM confirmed operatively and pathologically were retrospec-tively analyzed. All patients underwent before operation but were misdiagnosed. Results 3 cases were located in right mediastinum with oval-shap,well-defined margin, and “pleural tail sign”,2 cases were located in right thoracis cavity with unwell-defined margin, and in the adjacent lung were oppressed. In all 5 patients, the mean median of tumors was 1 1.5 cm(8.6-1 5 cm),non-homogeneous density of tumors were seen on plain CT scans, and obvious non-homogeneous enhancement with“geographic pattern”on contrast-en-hanced CT.Conclusion CT can clearly reveal the size and the appearance of SFTM,adjacent architectures, the final diagnosis de-pends on histopathological and immunohistochemical findings of the tumors. To un-know is the main caused of misdiagnosis of medi-astinal SFT.

Objective To explore the effects of Sanban manipulation of spine on ankylosing spondylitis (AS) at the early-middle stage. Methods 60 AS patients at the early-middle stage were divided into drug group (n=30) and manipulation group (n=30). The drug group wastreated with sulfasalazine and the sustained-release pills of Zhengqingfengtongning, while the manipulation group were treated with Sanbanmanipulation of spine additionally. Self-developed questionnaire were used to follow up before and 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment. ResultsThe Schober index and the finger-floor distance improved more in the manipulation group than in the drug group (P<0.05) 3 months aftertreatment. All the index improved more in the manipulation group than in the drug group (P<0.05) 6 months after treatment. ConclusionSanban manipulation of spine can improve the thoracolumbar activities in the AS patients at the early-middle stage.
