Objective To explore the extent of information needs and influencing factors among breast cancer patients.Methods Choose patients by random with a questionnaire for malignant breast cancer patients(Chinese edition),and analyze the influencing factors in a multiple linear regression.Results The total extent of information needs among the patients is 65.615±20.854,with much stronger needs among those with younger age,higher income and/or suitable for surgery.Conclusion Information needs of the patients were found to depend on their various social attributes.Based on this founding,recommendations were made in terms of contents of information needs,care for vulnerable groups,and channels of information communication.

To cement the 5 years’ staged achievement of new medical reform so as finally achieve the objective of medical reform, public hospital would become the aim of reform in the following stage. On one hand , canceling “using drug to supple health care” in public hospitals has came into the crucial stage; on the other hand, the government needed to increase financial input and ensure the implementation of security fund. What was the relation between these two reforms? Therefore , based on the survey of county-level public hospitals in G Province, relationship among government compensation method, hospital public profit operation mechanism and profit-driven operation mechanism were analyzed; besides, different financial insurance mode had different operation efficiency. Because the construction of hospital expense under public profit operation mechanism was more reasonable , the required government insurance fund was less, which only accounted 32.9%of the required fund under the profit-driven operation mechanism. Therefore, the policy suggestions that government need to “buy the mechanism” and “be brave to implement ‘subtraction reform’” were proposed.

ObjectiveTo introduce a new procedure of penile lengthening which yields satisfactory outcomes and avoids persistent postoperative hydrophallus with the results of fresh body researches.MethodsIndirect intralymphatic injection and routine H-E staining were used to investigate the ramification of lymphatics of penis on fresh bodies.We found that the lymphatic return of penis was primarily mediated by dorsal and bilateral superficial lymph vessels,which converged dorsally at the root of penis and then ramified into the superior region of pubic symphysis and bilateral inguinal grooves.However,most previous incisions were done at the converging region of lymph vessels at the dorsal root of penis.It blocked most lymphatic return.Our modified method avoided interruption of lymph vessels in the converging region.Based on the results of the above investigations,the operative incision at the root of penis was shifted upward by 1.5 cm,and then the lengthened cavernous body of penis was covered by scrotal flap.ResultsEighty patients who accepted the new method achieved satisfactory outcomes.Postoperative hydrophallous decreased gradually from the 3rd day and vanished basically on the 6-7 day.ConclusionsOur modified procedure of penile lengthening reduces the damage of these vessels.Consequently,postoperative hydrophallus resolves fast and the new procedure yields high success rates,sound appearance and sensation of penis.Therefore,the new procedure is an ideal option for surgenons in clinical practice.

AIM: To identify the changes in microRNA ( miRNA ) profile of human lens epithelium ( HLE) induced by H2 O2 and the role of miRNA in oxidative stress induced apoptosis.
METHODS: HLE cell line HLE - B3 was treated by 100μmol/L H2 O2 for 24h and the total RNA were isolated by Trizol reagent. miRNA profile was generated by miRCURYTM LNA microRNA Array. The target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs were predicted by bioinformatics software.
RESULTS:Twenty-eight miRNAs showed significantly differential expression after H2 O2 treatment, 18 miRNAs upregulated and 10 miRNAs downregulated. The differentially expressed miRNAs may involve in apoptosis of lens epithetium and development of cataract through targeting BCL2L2 and MIP.
CONCLUSION: H2 O2 can induce dramatically changes in miRNA profile of HLE, which may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and development of cataract.

Objective To observe the effects of flunarizine on the intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) of Wistar rats at different time points. Methods An ICH rat model was established by collagenase. The concentrations of intracellular free Ca 2+ at different time points after ICH were determined by the fluorescence detector with an indicator, Fura 2/AM. The effects of flunarizine on the concentrations at different time points were also observed. Results The concentration of intracellular free Ca 2+ began to increase at 0.5 h, increased significantly at 6 h, and peaked at 24 h (about 4 folds as high as that before hemorrhage), but began to decrease at 72 h after acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Objective To explore the ultrasonographic, clinical and histopathological characteristics features of primary uterus lymphoma. Methods The clinical, sonographic and histopathological characteristics of nine patients who were pathologically comfirmed as primary uterus lymphoma were analyzed. Results Among the nine cases of primary uterus lymphoma, three lesions were found in the uterine bodys and 6 were found in the cervixes. Two patients with uterine body lymphoma had painless pelvic masses and six patients with cervix lymphoma had contact bleeding, including irregular vaginal bleeding in four patients. In sonograms, six lesions showed remarkable hypoechogenicity with homogeneous internal echogenicity;the margins of most lesions were circumcribed;all lesions had posterior enhancement. In color Doppler lfow imaging, abundant vascularities were detected in eight lesions. In the cases of uterine body lymphoma, all of the uterine bodys showed diffuse symmetrical enlargement without disruption of the endometria, while in ifve cases of cervix lymphoma, the tumors showed the shape of lobule. The pathological examination showed that all tumors were diffuse B-cell type non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Conclusions Primary uterus lymphoma has some clinical and ultrasonic features, including contact bleeding or irrgular vaginal bleeding, diffuse symmetrical enlargement of uterine body, complete endometria, remarkable hypoechogenicity, homogeneous echogenicity and posterior enhancement. Final diagnosis depends on the histopathology.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of routine dose of calcitriol and large dose impulsion therapy on hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT). Methods 48 uremic hemodialysis patients were divided into group A(routine group, n = 22) and group B(control group, n = 21 ). In group A,22 pa-tients were administered with calcitriol for 6 months at the dosage of 0.25～0.5μg/d,adding calcium agents simul-taneously;the patients in group B were not given calcitriol for economic reason. In group C,21 patients were given calcitriol twice a week at the dosage of 2μg/time after hemodialysis for 3 months. Results Comparing to group B,serum PTH,AKP in group A had no significant difference,but serum hypocalcium and hyperphasphate were partly corrected,symptoms of bone pain, muscular convulsion and akin pruriter were improved. Comparing to group A,serum hypocalcium and hyperphasphate in group C were corrected, serum PTH, AKP were significantly decreased( t=2.031,P<0.05;t =3.317,P<0.001),and no hypercalcium oecurred. Conelosion Routine dose of calcitriol can not control uremic-SHirr,while impulsion therapy with lower dose oral calcitriol is effective and safe.

Although globally recommended standardized stratification treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) effectively improves its therapeutic effects and prognosis,due to unknown personalized differences of tumorous biology,most of the patients eventually develop to therapy failure,relapse,and even death.Additionally,a number of patients are naturally resistant to current used combined chemotherapy and with extremely poor prognosis,This review presents definitions of refractory and relapsed AML,then describes their pathogenetic mechanism and lastly summarizes three aspects of therapeutic principle,clinical drugs and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).To review advances in relapsed and refractory AML diagnosis and treatment will be helpful to master disease characteristics and to guide clinical treatment.
