1.Study of Occlusal Force of Five Japanese Men at Different Vertical Dimensions
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1986;0(04):-
In order to have a better understanding of the relation between vertical dimension and occlusal force,a meter was made by means of straingauge.Five Japanese men were investi- gated for occlusal force at different vertical dimensions. The measurements showed that the maximal occlusal force of the posterior teeth occured at 8 to 15mm or the vertical dimension, the maximal occlusal forec of the anterior teeth occured at 13 to 18mm.This indicated that the occlusal force was closely related to the state of jaw closing muscle.

4.Effect of Minocycline on Negative Symptoms in Patients with Schizophrenia and its Influence on Tumor Necrosis Factor-α
Herald of Medicine 2017;36(5):529-531
Objective To explore the improvement of minocycline on negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia and its influence on tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α.Methods Patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned into two groups. One was olanzapine combined with placebo group (control group, 37 cases). The other was olanzapine combined with minocycline group (treatment group, 200 mg ·d-1,po,bid, 38 cases). Both groups were assessed by the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS), the scale for the assessment of negative symptoms (SANS), and also tested the level of TNF-α before and after 12 weeks treatments. Results After 12 weeks treatments, the scores of SANS and PANSS in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).The level of TNF-α in treatment group[(6.5±1.3) pg ·mL-1]was significantly lower than that of control group[(7.6±1.8) pg ·mL-1] (P<0.01).Conclusion Minocycline can improve negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia, and the mechanism may be related to lower the level of TNF-α.
5.Spinal cord morphology research of nursing intervention on motor function repair after spinal cord injury in rats
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(1):18-22
Objective To explore the morphology changes of spinal cord after nursing intervention on motor function repair spinal cord injuried rats. Methods 60 adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, experimental control group, and experimental group ( n=20 for each group) . Each group were divided into four time phase points, that is 1 day, 7 days, 30 days and 60 days after spinal cord injury (n=5). The model of L4 plane with full transection of spinal cord were made in the rats in experimental control group and exper-imental group. Normal control group were of untreated normal rats, experimental control group were given routine nursing such as urination and defecation after spinal cord injury, and experimental group were given passive movement practices and muscle massage training twice a day (10 min each time) besides regular nursing. HE staining and immunohistochemistry method were applied to observe the morphology changes of spinal cord. Results In experimental control group and experimental group there was no significant changes in HE staning and NF-200 and GFAP immunohistchemistry staning in spinal cord section of rat at each time phase points, but compared to the normal control group, it was of significant difference. Conclusion There is no apparent change in morphology in injured spinal area after nursing intervention.
6.Effect of nursing intervention on motor function recovery after spinal cord injury in rats
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(3):238-241
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on degree of motor function recovery after spinal cord injury in rats. Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into three groups with 20 rats in each group. Group A was the control group, group B was the rou-tine nursing group, and group C was the nursing intervention group which was given nursing intervention such as muscle pressure, joint passive movement, and skin care. The ethology was evaluated by BBB score and inclined-plane score at different time points after spinal cord injury. Myoelectricity and wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle were observed at different time points after spinal cord injury through multi-channel physiological signal acquisition system and electronic weighing scales. Results BBB score and inclined-plane score were basically the same. Compared with group B,hind limb function of group C was significantly improved, but it was obviously lower than the control group. Amplitude of gastrocnemius myoelectrical fibrillation in group C was higher than that in group B and gastrocnemius muscle wet weight decrease in group C was lower than that in group B. Conclusion Nursing intervention can delay the speed of gastrocnemius muscle atrophy, improve motor function, and promote the recovery of partial function after the spinal cord injury in rats.
7.Clinical Efficacy of Long-pulsed 1064 nm Laser Combined with Amorolfine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Patients with Onychomycosis
China Pharmacist 2016;19(10):1919-1921
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of long-pulsed 1064nm laser combined with amorolfine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with onychomycosis. Methods:Totally 106 cases of patients with onychomycosis were randomly divided into the observation group (n=53) and the control group(n=53) according to the random number table. The control group was given 5%amorolfine hydrochloride liniment, while the observation group was treated with long-pulsed 1064nm laser additionally. The course of treatment was 6 months. The clinical efficacy, length of deck in ward areas, length of deck in health zone, clearance of mycology and adverse reactions were compared between the groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(90. 57%) was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(75. 47%, P<0. 05). After the treatment, the length of deck in ward areas in both groups were significantly decreased, while the length of deck in health zone were significantly increased (P<0. 05). The length of deck in ward areas in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the length of deck in health zone was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The clearance rate of mycology in the observation group (86. 79%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (67. 92%, P<0. 05). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment course. Conclusion:Long-pulsed 1064nm laser combined with 5% amorolfine hydrochloride liniment in the treatment of patients with onychomycosis has remarkable, safe and reliable clinical effects, which shows important study value.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(2):60-62
Objective To explore the strategies for nursing the ankylosing spondylitis(AS)patients with fractures of thoracolumbar vertebra combined with kyphotic deformity treated with osteotomy and internal fixation.Method The nursing histories of 8 AS patients with fractures of thoracolumbar vertebra combined with kyphotic deformity treated with osteotomy and internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing strategies.Result All the 8 patients lived through the perioperative periods, with kyphotic derformity corrected and no complications like pulmonary or urinary system infections. Conclusion Pertinent care and effective special instructions to the patients may be clinically effective in improvement of heal rates of fractures of thoracolumbar vertebra combined with kyphotic deformity, reduction of complications and facilitation of their rehabilitation.
9.Progression of immunomodulatory molecules in the change of can-cer chemotherapy sensitivity
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(24):1597-1601
Intrinsic or acquired chemo-resistance is the main reason for chemotherapy failure, and thus finding ways to reverse chemo-resistance has become an interesting topic for research. Studies have revealed that immunomodulatory molecules are involved in cancer chemo-resistance. Hence, interventions that target immunomodulatory molecules to reverse chemo-resistance have attracted a great deal of concern from domestic and foreign scholars. Immunomodulatory molecules, such as PD-L1, B7-H3, HMGB1, TRAIL, MyD88, and Cytokines (TNF-α, IFN-α, IL-6), have been proven to take part in regulating immune function and tumor drug-resistance characteristics, thereby providing new ideas to the reversal of tumor chemo-resistance. This artide reviews the progression of immuno-modulatory molecules with the change in cancer chemotherapy sensitivity to provide a theoretical basis for the application of new thera-peutic regimen of bio-chemotherapy.
