1.Nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the causes, predilection sites and treatment of nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy.METHODS The clinical data of 7 cases with nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy diagnosed and treated in our Department from Jan.1998 to Aug.2007 were retrospectively studied.RESULTS The mucoceles were located at ethmoid sinus in 2 cases, frontal sinus in 2 cases, frontal and ethmoid sinuses in 3 cases. All of the 7 cases underwent mucocelectomy under nasal endoscope or a combined endoscopic intranasal and extra-nasal approach. No recurrence was found after follow up for 1 to 3 years.CONCLUSION The causes of nasal sinus mucoceles after hypophysectomy are the change of the anatomic structure of nasal cavity after surgery. The stenosis, adhesion of middle nasal meatus or obstruction of the sinus ostium are found in all the patients.Intranasal endoscopic surgery or combined with extra-nasal approach is the first choice for nasal sinus mucoceles.

3.Matrix metalloproteinase-9 and blood-brain barrier damage and neurovascular remodeling after cerebral ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;22(8):629-632
Matrix metalloproteinase-9 plays an important role in the blood-brain barrier disruption.Blood-brain barrier disruption may directly influence the neurovascuiar unit repair after cerebral ischemia. An in-depth study of matrix metalloproteinase-9-mediated ischemic brain damage and neurovascular remodeling is expected to open up a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral ischemia in clinical practice.
4.Hematopoietic stem cell senescence
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Lifelong blood cell production is achieved by the capacity of hematopoietic stem cell(HSC) to differentiate and self-renew.A growing body of evidence suggest that DNA damage induced HSC senescence may be the principal mechanism of aging and HSC exhaustion in response to the stress exposure.Understanding the mechanisms of HSC senescence will help to find new therapeutics that can ameliorate HSC injury induced by chemo-and radiotherapy, elucidate the molecular mechanisms whereby leukemia/cancer stem cell arise and evade cancer therapy by escaping senescence, and identify the novel molecular targets for intervention.
6.The application of bioelectrical impedance measurement of body composition in patients with liver diseases
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
The status of bioelectrical impedance measurement especially the multifrequency segmental bioelectrical impedance measurement of liver diseases is introduced. The multifrequency segmental bioelectrical impedance can well rule out the impact from the change of body weight caused by edema and ascites, and can evaluate the volume of ascites.Compared with single frequency bioelectrical impedance, the multi frequency bioelectrical impedance measurements probably display good prospect. It helps to produce objective judgement on nutrition status and energy metabolism for patients with liver diseases. The effect, however, needs further clinical research.
7.Malnutrition and nutrition support in patients of hepatocirrhosis
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
The rate of malnutrition occurrence in patients of hepatocirrhosis is high, and the most of them is the protein-energy malnutrition.Nutrition support is important in the therapy. The following aspects are introduced in the article, including the causation of malnutrition of hepatocirrhosis, appropriate rate of nitrogen and energy, nutritional route and the doctor′s recognition of malnutrition in patients of cirrhosis.
8.Causes and management of complications of transurethral electrvaporization of prostate
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(10):-
Objective To discuss the causes and management of the complications of the transurethral electrovaporization of prostate(TVP) to improve the effect. Methods All 820 cases took TVP.3~6 months follow-up was taken to investigate the complications and their disposal. Results No patient died,6 cases had massive haemorrhage during operation,6 cases had presymptom of TUR syndrome,5 cases had perforation of juncture of bladder and prostate,6 cases had acute pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE) after TVP,32 cases had spasm of bladder,18 cases had urethral stricture,3 caess had postoperative bleed,11 cases had retrograde ejaculation,13 cases had temporary incontinence,24 cases had infection of urinary tract. Conclusion Pre-operational precautions are essential, the complications of TVP may be decreased by accurate operation and reliable management of infection.
9.INQUIRY ON THE APPRAISABLE STANDARD OF THE FAT OF CHILDREN AND JUVENILE
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Based on the state of the development of the body and the subcutaneous fat of 4314 students (includidg boys and girls) at four middle schools in Zibo City, the fat was appraised and analyzed by the body-block indexand the thickness of the subcutaneous fat. The stand-ard-proposal value was also put forward by using y+1.645 Sy.x as the dividing-line value of the groups of different ages and the fat of both sexes. The comparison with foreign standards concerned showed that tally rate of the musculus triceps brachii and the shoulder-blade region of the fat sufferers was 76.87% and 51.7%. The tally rate of the sum of the above two terms reached 100% among the male and the female groups, from 15 to 18 years old. According to the current appraisable standard, the rate of fat children and juvenile for male was 2.86%, while for female, 4.0%. It was obvious that the rate of occurrence for female is higher than that for male(P
10.A study on the expressions of survivin and bcl-2 and their relationships in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder
Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the expressions of survivin and bcl-2 and their relationships in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Methods The expressions of survivin and bcl-2 in 40 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder were detected with streptavidin-biotin peroxidase(SP) method, with 15 cases of normal bladder specimens as controls. Results Survivin was expressed in 25 of 40(58.149%) cases of bladder carcinoma tissues, and normal bladder specimens did not express survivin(P
