1.Effectiveness analysis on hysteroscopy combined with Chinese traditional medicine treating obstructive fallopian tube infertility
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(z2):50-52
Objective To discuss the effect of treating tubal obstruction infertility through hydrotubation by hysteroscopy combined with Chinese traditional medicine. Methods Chose 308 patients with tubal obstruction infertility from October 2001 to December 2008 and used the hysteroseopy under which making tubal cannulation, then injected methylene blue and clear liquid to record cases of tubal patency. After the operation the patients would be given Chinese traditional medicine and followed up the case of pregnancy. Result The recanalization rate in 308 patients was 90.9% (280/308), and the rate ofre-pregnancy was 55.5%(161/290). Conclusion The effect of treatment through hysteroscopy to make tubal cannulation and have patients take medicine after operation is very satisfactory and it is worth promoting.

3.Advanced diagnostic platforms reform the diagnosis of infections diseases
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;40(1):11-13
The development of diagnostic techniques played an important role in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. The traditional diagnostic techniques , such as gram stain , microscopy , culture, antigen/antibody detection and polymerase chain reaction , were widely used in the clinical diagnosis. But they couldn′t meet the demands of clinic and infectious diseases surveillance. Therefore, the point of care testing and multiplex testing based on advanced diagnostic platforms were developing rapidly , which might have the potential to change infectious diseases diagnostics.
4.Early nutritional programming and later obesity
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(1):52-55
Epidemiological studies indicate that obesity is associated with metabolic disorders, such as type 2 diabetes hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Early nutrition, especially during pregnancy and lactation can lead to the permanent programming of system by some adaptive effects in physiological, cellular and molecular levels. These adaptive effects persistently changed the metabolic throughout life, hence resulted in increased risk of obesity and metabolic related disease. This review focuses upon the influence of nutrition in early life on adulthood obesity and researches on their pathophysiological mechanism .
5.Fluorescein Mercury Combined with Optical Sensing Micro Sequential Injection Lab_on_Valve for Determination of H2 S in Intestinal Perfusate
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(1):132-136
A fluorescence quenching method was established for the determination of H2 S in intestinal perfusate by optical fiber sensing technology combined with micro sequential injection lab_on_valve (μSIA_lov). In the experiment, 100 μL of 0. 1 mol/L NaOH was used as the carrier, and 50 μL of 5. 0×10-5 mol/L fluorescein mercury and 50 μL of sample were selected for the determination. The detection flow rate at the flowcell was 25 μL/s. According to H2 S quenching fluorescence at 521 nm, the concentration of H2 S in the sample was determined. The detected concentration range of H2S was 5. 0×10-6-8. 0×10-5 mol/L, and the detection limit was 5. 4×10-7 mol/L. Detection result of H2S in intestinal perfusion was 3. 8×10-5 mol/L with 3. 1% RSD (n=3). This method can be used for the determination of H2S effectively in the samples, which lay the foundation for real_time online measurement of H2 S in biological samples.
6.Frost-like powder processing of Semen Euphorbiae
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(08):-
AIM: To optimize the best technique of making Semen Euphorbiae into frost-like powder. METHODS: Machine was developed equipped with temperature and pressure control. Pretreatment of Semen Euphorbiae, heating temperature and time were selected as factors, fat oil content, euphorbiasteroid and lathyrol diadetate benzozte as main levels,to evaluate the processing. RESULTS: The experiment showed that seeds of Semen Euphorbia were directly broken into powder and heated at 55 ?C for 30 min. The oil productivity ranged from 51% to 53% . CONCLUSION: The heating temperature has an influence on fat oil and laxative constitutents' content, whereas pretreatment of seed and heating time lack the relationship to.
7.Studies on the Influencial Factors Affecting the Efficiency of Chinese Materia Medica Extraction
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Factors which influence the extraction of Chinese materia Medica were comprehensively studied,by ex-tracting each single herb component in the compounded preparation Sinitang as the sample, and determiningthe extraction rate as well as the content of main active principle in each extract as the evaluation criteria. Thegeneral ru1e for the extraction of single herb material was then investigated. The results indicated that it isbetter to desigm the experiment in accordance with it's characteristic object with selection of proper evalua-tion criteria to obtain an optimum process for the extraction of Chinese traditional drugs.
8.Seed cells and its culture methods in cartilage tissue engineering
Wenhui LI ; Xiaokui HOU ;
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(03):-
Acute cartilage injury is one of the most common disorders in orthopaedic clinics.Articular cartilage is known to have a limited capacity to repair or regenerate itself. The disorder is difficult to be dealt with, usually affects the function of joint and may induce the onset of osteoarthrosis. This will result in great economic burdens on the patients and their family and greatly degrade the patient s quality of life. The recent progress in researches on seed cells, culture methods, biological material has provided a new method to repair the acute injury of articular cartilage and thus may solve many problems. The article introduces new advances in seed cells and their culture methods in cartilage tissue engineering.
9.The application of life science by atomic force microscopy
Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2000;17(4):235-236
The atomic force microscope (AFM), an indispensable tool on the field of scientific research of life, has been uesd to study the biomacromolecule rescently. The new progress on hyaluronic acid (HA) and tubular myelin (TM) through the tool vas obvious. Thestudy on super-elementary units of chromatin in the nanometer (nm) scale is a base step for the higher level. AFM provided the possibility of killing viras in physical method, with studying on the effect of the mechanical resonances on living cells. As far as the medicine concerned, basic condition of test in clinic pathodogy has been formed in some fields.
10.Reduction of the component ratio of the drag income and analysis of related medical economy in our hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
The overuse of drugs and the irrational increase in medical expenses are currently hot social issues. Standards need to be set in a strict way so as to reasonably contain the cost of medical and health care and die prices of drugs and to lower the expenses of medical services. Analyses conducted in our hospital indicate that the component ratio of the drug income fell from 48.1% in January through June, 2001 to 38.7% one year later; the hospital's overall income in January through June, 2002 dropped 5.3% as compared with the same period of 2001, with the drug income dropping 23.7% and the medical treatment income rising 11.8%; the average expenses bom by emergency outpatients and discharged patients in January through June, 2002 both lowered as compared with the same period of 2001. The authors hold that the component ratio of the drug income ought to be a key index in assessing the integrated management Wei of a hospital; the proportion of the drug income in the overall income of a hospital ought to be restricted to 40% or so; and when general plans are being made for a hospital as a whole with regard to the proportion of the drug income, different standards ought to be set for various specialties.
