3.Characteristics of approach and avoidance behaviors among subthreshold depressed adolescents
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(3):251-254
Objective To explore the characteristics of approach and avoidance behaviors among subthreshold depressed adolescents. Methods 27 subthreshold depressed adolescents and 29 healthy con?trol teenagers completed the approach?avoidance task, and the reaction time at approach and avoidance task of the two groups was compared. At the same time, their differences were analyzed between the two groups on the Behavioral Inhibition/Activation System Scale scores. Results ( 1 ) Subthreshold depression group (1208.18±338.92)ms) had significantly longer reaction time than those in healthy control group((1058.40 ±204.22)ms) when approaching happy expression ( t=2.02, P<0.05). (2) Subthreshold depression group (37.33±4.46) had significantly lower behavioral activation system scale scores than those in healthy control group ((39.76±3.75), t=-2.21, P<0.05); and the score of reward responsiveness was marginally signifi?cant lower in subthreshold depression group (12.63±1.67) than that in healthy control group ((13.41± 1.30), t=-1.97, P=0.054). Conclusion To activate the approach behaviors of subthreshold depression adolescents may be helpful for reducing the symptoms of depression.
4.Neurological dysfunction after coronary artery bypass grafting in elderly patients
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(05):-
60 yr ( n = 225) and group Ⅱ 0.05 ) . Conclusions The results suggest that the higher incidence of postoperative neurological complication in elderly patients is associated with higher rate of cerebral desaturation during operation and preoperative cerebrovascular diseases, but is not related to the number of microemboli passing through MCA during CABG.
5.Diagnosis and Treatment of Closed Pancreatic Injury
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To discuss the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of closed pancreatic injury. Methods Clinical data of 35 cases of closed pancreatic injury in recent 22 years were reviewed. All cases underwent surgical treatment. Results Of the 35 cases,33(94 3%)were cured ,19(54 3%)developed into surgical complications including 8 cases of pancreatic fistulas ,4 cases of abdominal abscesses and 4 cases of pancreatic pseudocysts Two cases died and the mortality was 5 7%.Conclusions Early diagnosis for pancreatic trauma is difficult. Exploratory is the most simple and effective method for early diagnosis.Whether the operation in time and rational could be a key factor of the prognosis.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:120 cases of FD were divided into four syndrome types:deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach, stagnation of the liver-qi,insufficiency of stomach-yin and accumulation of damp-heat,and they were treated for 4 weeks. The treatment group(n=80) were treated with Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction, and the control group(n=40) with Motilium. Results:The total effective rate for the clinical symptoms was 90% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups(P
8.Research progress on the relationship between FAK and cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;(2):116-119
Focal adhesion kinase (FAK), a type of protein tyrosine kinase in the cytoplasm, is highly expressed in many types of malignant tumors. FAK is named as such because of its close relationship with the cell adhesion function. Recent studies show that FAK is expressed in many tumor cells and has a definite relationship with cancer progress, metastasis, and prognosis. Accordingly, FAK has become one of the new tumor therapeutic targets that will bring new methods for tumor therapy.

10.Cementation of polyethylene liner into a retained stable cup in the acetabular revision
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(13):1866-1872
BACKGROUND:Although cementation of polyethylene liner into a wel-fixed metal shel during the revision surgery has several advantages compared to total acetabular revision, there are some disputes about its clinical outcomes, especialy regarding the re-revision rate and the prosthetic survivorship. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical outcomes and safety of cementation of polyethylene liner into a wel-fixed acetabular cup in the revision after total hip arthroplasty with retained stable cup. METHODS:Between March 2012 and November 2014, nine patients underwent revision after total hip arthroplasty with cementation of polyethylene liner into a wel-fixed acetabular cup. There were 1 male and 8 females, aged 43.7 years on average. The time was 9.4 years on average from the primary total hip arthroplasty to revision. Harris Hip Score and prosthesis X-ray films were compared after revision. The effects and safety of cementation of polyethylene liner into a wel-fixed acetabular cup were further evaluated. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Nine patients were folowed up for 8-37 months. The Harris hip scores before revision was (49.54±18.28) points previously, and (84.82±10.59) points during final folow-up (t=6.377, P < 0.05). One patient had re-revision surgery because of recurrent dislocation. There were not complications in other patients, resulting in failure rate of 11%. These results indicated that polyethylene liner cementation technique is safe and effective when the wel-positioned and wel-fixed acetabular cup retained.
