Lung cancer is the most common cause of cancer death worldwide.To separate and identify the proteins expression in tissue or serum in lung cancer patients which have significance meanings in nosogenesis, early diagnosis, metastasis and treatment. Hepatocyte growth factor is a muhifunctional factor,and with a number of biological activities in tumor. In this review, we summarize the effects and perspectives of hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor c-Met in lung cancer.

Intrabeam,a newly developed intraoperative radiotherapy in recent years,has many advantages such as accurate positioning,small size,easy to move and requiring a lower of protection.It is widely used in the treatment of breast cancer,colorectal cancer,lung cancer,bone metastases tumors and other malignancies.Intrabeam as a new way of intraoperative radiotherapy,is expected to provide more options for the treatment of a variety of neoplasms.

BACKGROUND:Titanium-niobium al oy holds high biomechanical strength and low elastic modulus that is close to the human cortical bone, so it has been extensively used as implant materials of dental, orthopedics and artificial hip joints. OBJECTIVE:To observe the biomechanical strength and cytocompatibility of porous titanium-niobium al oys with different porosities. METHODS:Porous titanium-niobium al oys with the porosity of 40%and 70%were prepared using powder metal urgy technology. Afterwards, the pore size, elasticity modulus and compressive strength of the two al oys were detected. Then the rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s were seeded onto the 40%and 70%porous titanium-niobium al oys, and cel adhesion and proliferation were observed at 3, 24 and 72 hours after inoculation, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Pore size of porous titanium-niobium al oys with rough surface was 200-500μm, and both main pore size was 350 and 400μm, and there was three-dimensional connectivity between the pores;in the 70%group, honeycombed pores were partly fractured, and connected mutual y;pores distributed unevenly and there was little communication between the pores in the 40%group. In addition, both groups had high compressive strength and low elastic modulus, but there was no difference between the two groups. Furthermore, both two al oys promoted cel adhesion, and the number of cel adhesion in the 70%group was significantly higher than that in the 40%group (P<0.05), and extracel ular matrix could be found in the 70%group. These results show that porous titanium-niobium al oy with the porosity of 70%is significantly conducive to cel adhesion.

OBJECTIVETo compare the accuracy of mesiodistal tooth angulation measurements by using traditional panoramic radiographs and cone beam CT (CBCT) panoramic images.

METHODSPlaster models of 15 volunteers with individual normal occlusions were collected. The functional occlusal plane and tooth long axis on the plaster models were marked from the right first molar to the left first molar in the upper and lower dental arches. A radiographic stent, which contains radiopaque markers near the functional occlusal plane and approximating the root axis, was fabricated for each model. Traditional panoramic radiographs and CBCT scan images were obtained from each patient, with the radiographic stent seated on the dentition. A panoramic image reconstruction was made from the CBCT volumetric data by using related software. The CBCT panoramic image data were oriented parallel to the maxillary or mandibular functional occlusal plane containing all the radiopaque markers when measuring the maxillary or mandibular teeth, respectively. The mesiodistal tooth angulations of the plaster model, traditional panoramic radiographs, and CBCT panoramic images were measured and compared. Multivariate analysis of variance and Dunnett-t test were performed to compare the differences among the three methods.

RESULTSThe difference among the three methods was statistically significant (P = 0.00). Significant differences compared with the model measurement were found in two teeth (upper second premolar and lower second premolar) among twelve teeth (P = 0.00) in traditional panoramic measurement. CBCT panoramic measurement was not significantly different to model measurement.

CONCLUSIONTraditional panoramic radiographs do not provide a more reliable measure of mesiodistal tooth angulation, whereas CBCT panoramic image is an tool for evaluating mesiodistal tooth angulation.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dendritic cell-cytokine-induced killer cell (DC-CIK) combined with interleukin (IL)-2 in treatment of renal cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty cases in treatment group were given DC-CIK cells combined with IL-2 treatment.Thirty cases in control group were treated with IL-2 treatment.The immune function,quality of life,survival rate and adverse reactions were analyzed in two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the percentages of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and CD16+CD56+ increased and CD8+ decreased significantly in treatment group(P ＜ 0.05).In control group,there was no significant change before and after treatment in the percentages of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ ratio,CD16+ CD56+ and CD8+(P ＞ 0.05).Quality of life of 83.3％(25/30)patients in treatment group was improved,56.7％(17/30) patients in control group was improved,there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The 1-year survival rate in treatment group and control group were 93.3％ (28/30),83.3％ (25/30),and the 1-year recurrence rate in two groups were 6.7％ (2/30)and 13.3％ (4/30),there were no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant statistically in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion DC-CIK cells combined with IL-2 in treatment of renal cell carcinoma after radical nepbrectomy can improve patients' immune function and quality of life.

Objective:To develop a novel method for the determination of the related substances in plerixafor. Methods: A re-versed-phase ion-paired HPLC method was applied in the qualitative and quantitative determination of plerixafor by an external standard method. The method was performed on a Waters Xbridge C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt buffer (pH 2. 0) and acetonitrile with the ratio of 80 ∶20 (v/v), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 35℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The degrada-tion products were well separated from the main peak, the LOQ (limits of quantitative) of the related substance 1, 2 and 3 respectively was 21 ng, 35 ng and 26 ng with good linearity within respective linear range(r≥0.999 0) , the average recovery was 99.7%, 100. 3% and 101. 2%, and RSD was 1. 1%, 0. 8% and 1. 7%, respectively(n=9). Conclusion:The method is specific and accu-rate, which can be used for the quality control of plerixafor.

膀胱癌是泌尿系统器官中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其病因及发病机制尚不十分清楚，且其具有发病率高、恶性程度高 以及术后易复发等特点，因此对其病因、发生发展的具体分子机制的研究及阐明，将有力地促进膀胱癌的诊断及治疗。长链非编 码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）是细胞中一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA分子， 占RNA总量的98%。 lncRNA具有与mRNA相似的结构，经过转录后加工，也具有polyA尾巴和启动子结构，但是由于序列中缺少开放阅读框，而不参 与或很少参与蛋白质编码。近年来，随着二代测序技术的广泛应用，越来越多的研究发现lncRNA在多个层面上参与细胞分化和 个体发育等重要生命活动过程的调控，并与人类的重大疾病尤其是肿瘤密切相关。相关的研究表明，lncRNA参与靶基因的表达 调控，在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文对lncRNA在膀胱癌方面的最新研究进展进行了文献综述。

Objective To observe the alteration of duodenogastric reflux after cholecystectomy so as to explore the basis for diagnosis and therapy. Methods Intragastric bile reflux during 24 hours was assessed using ambulatory bilirubin monitoring and 24-hour pH monitoring techniques in 20 cholecystectomy patients, 10 cholelithiasis patients and 15 healthy volunteers. Results Bile reflux and alkaline reflux of cholecystectomy patients did not increase compared with those of cholelithiasis and the control. Conclusion Duodenogastric reflux of patients receiving postcholecystectomy patients does not increase.
