Objective To explore the reason and the degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with scoliosis, and then make out some countermeasures to ameliorate these dysphoric mood. Methods Divided 64 family members of children with scoliosis into the observation group and the control group randomly. Using nursing intervention in the observation group and none in the control group. Evaluated the mood of 2 groups by the end of research by using the Zung Self-judged scale and the questionnaire. Results Different causes have induced different degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with scoliosis. Objective To survey the faculty doctors in psychiatric specialist training basement of Sichuan Province so as to provide a foundation for improving the faculty's ability and to promote the psychiatric specialist doctors training project.Methods To survey the 90 psychiatric specialist training faculty doctors by giving out a self-made questionnaire.Factor analysis were done by adopting SPSS 13.0.Results There were 90 self-made questionnaires given and 90 received.The effeetual questionnaires were 84.The results showed as follows:the average age of faculty doctors was 38.56±8.04,the average teaching time Was 14.32±8.44,faculty doctors with bachelor degree and more were 80.95%,the ratio of full-time teachers was 5.95%,the ratio of primary titles was 27.40%,the ratio of middle tides was 22.60%,the ratio of vice-senior titles was 33.30%,the ratio of senior titles was 16.70%;the ratio of the faculty doctors who enrolled in system training program was 28.57%,the ratio of the training time less than half year was 71.43%,the ratio of wanted to take part in system training was 95.24%.Conclusion The constitute of the faculty doctors'age.degrees and title were reasonable.But the teachingtime Was short and there were short age of full-time teachers.The time of system training was rather short.The faculty doctors demanded to take part in system training program.
4.Effect of rosiglitazone combined with all-trans retinoic acid on anti-angiogenesis of transplanted gastric cancer in nude mice

Objective To investigate the effect of rosiglitazone (ROS),a peroxisome poliferator- activated receptor (PPAR)?ligand,combined with all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on anti-angiogenesis of transplanted gastric cancer in nude mice,and to explore the mechanism of anti-angiogenesis prelimina- rily.Methods The model of xenograft tumor in nude mice were established by inoculating human gastric cancer cells line MGC803 (lower differentiated) into the back of nude mice subcutaneously.The cancer- bearing nude mice were divided randomly into 5 groups:group 1 (n=6) with no treatment;ROS treat- ment (group 2,n=6),ROS combined ATRA treatment including:low dose treatment (group 3,n= 6),moderate dose treatment (group 4,n=6) and high dose treatment (group 5,n=6).After treated for forty days,the volume change of tumor and tumor inhibition rates were observed.The expression of CD34,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in grafts were detected by immunohistochemical and calculated the difference of MVD.The mRNA expression levels of VEGF,HIF-l?were detected by RT- PCR assay accordingly.Results①The volume of tumor was significantly decreased in ROS treatment group compared with group 1 (P<0.01).The tumor inhibition rates of group 2 were similar to group 3 (P>0.05).With the increasing of the dose of ROS the tumor inhibition rates were increased.They were dose-dependent in specified dose-range.②ROS could inhibit angiogenesis of xenograft tumor and depress expression of mRNA of VEGF and HIF-l?.When ROS combined with ATRA,the increasing of dose of ROS,inhibiting angiogenesis of tumor and depressing expression of mRNA of VEGF and HIF-l?were found (P<0.05).Conclusion ROS (25 mg?kg?2 d~(-1)) can inhibit the growth of tumor,and ROS combined with ATRA can further inhibit the growth of tumor,which may be through the path of PTEN by inhibiting the angiogenesis of tumor
5.Effect of benidipine on NO and ET-1 of patients with coronary heart diease

Objective To search for the effect of benidipine,a kind of Ca2+ blocker,on NO and ET-1 of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Benidipine(2~4 mg/d)were given to the patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed definitely for 8 weeks.Forty healthy candidates were enrolled in the control group,and their morning fasting blood were tested for NO and ET-1 levels at the 4th,8th week in order to compare with the control group.Results Blood NO level of CHD patients was lower and blood ET-1 level was higher than the control group remarkably.After treatment NO level was increased and ET-1 level was decreased separately.Conclusion Benidipine can increase NO level and decrease ET-1 level,which demonstrated the protective effect of benidipine for endothelia.
6.Senescence Accelerated Mouse Prone 8 for Study of Alzheimer's Disease (review)

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by memory loss and cognitive decline. The pathological eatures of Alzheimer's disease are abnormal deposition of amyloid beta-peptides (Aβ), neurofibrillary tangles, cholinergic deficits, and loss of synaptic processes and dendritic spines. Senescence accelerated mouse prone 8 exhibits age-related deficits of learning and memory from an early age, tau protein phosphorylation, neurotransmitter changes, synaptic structure and function disorders, circadian rhythm disorders,as well as gene expression and many other characteristic changes, which are consistent with Alzheimer's disease pathological changes,and can be used as an ideal animal model for Alzheimer's disease prevention drugs development.
7.Comparation of gastrointestinal absorption studies of specnuezhenide with salidroside in rats.

The experiment was designed to study the mechanism of increasing efficiency of Ligustrum lucidum steamed with wine. Rats in vivo with gastrointestinal perfusion model were used. The contents of salidroside and specnuezhenide in the fluid of gastrointestinal perfusion of rats were measured by HPLC at different time points after dosing. Then the K(a) and absorption percentage were calculated. Specnuezhenide could be detected in the fluid of gastrointestinal perfusion of specnuezhenide. The K(a) of the specnuezhenide and salidroside in the fetal intestines are 0.055 3 and 0.144 2 h(-1) respectively and the total absorptivity are 24.46% and 60.14% respectively after 4 hours. The K(a) in the stomach are 5.70 and 8.26 h(-1) respectively and the total absorptivity are 34.21% and 47.23% respectively after 4 hours. The experiment proved that specnuezhenide can be metabolized into salidroside which is more beneficial for gastrointestinal absorption. The experiment proved that specnuezhenide can be metabolized into salidroside both in the rat's stomach and the fetal intestine and compared with the specnuezhenide salidroside is more conducive to gastrointestinal absorption. The results suggested that the increasing efficiency on liver and kidney of L. lucidum steamed with wine has business with the fact that Specnuezhe nide is more conducive to the body after it is changed into salidroside.

9.An Evaluation of Excellent Nurses

Objective:With the development of the medical model, huge changes have also occurred in current nursing practice. This study focused on the evaluation of "excellent nurses" working in hospital. Also, the study also aimed to examine differences among doctors, nurses and patients in their ratings. Methods: 630 doctors, 660 nurses, 552 patients completed an evaluation questionnaire for rating excellent nurses. Results: The questionnaire contained items reflecting important characteristics pertaining excellent nurses. Conclusion:There were significant differences between doctors, nurses, and patients in their ratings of excellent nurses.
10.Content of corilagin in Phyllanthus urinaria from different regions and different harvest time

Object To compare the content in corilagin of Phyllanthus urinaria L. harvested from ten different regions of China in different months. Methods The content of corilagin was determined by UV spectrophotometry, detective wavelength is 270 nm. Results The content of corilagin in P. urinaria from Hainan and Guizhou province was the lowest, 0 58%. The highest content was given by the plant from Xi'an zone, Shanxi province, 1 78%. The best harvest time is in August and September, content of corilagin is 1 24%. Conclusion The difference of the corilagin contents in P urinaria . harvested from different regions and in different harvest time in the same region is great.
