2.Intervention effect of compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain on endothelium dependent dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of the compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain on endothelium dependent dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:Twenty-four patients with both confirmed diagnosis of coronary artery disease(diagnosed by coronary arteriography) and endothelium dependent dilation(EDD) [expressed by flow mediated dilation(FMD) examined through high-resolution ultrasound] were enrolled into this investigation. They were divided into Group CAD,and Group HZ at random. Each group consisted of 12 patients.Group HZ,was administered the compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain 10 grams per time, three times a day for 14 consecutive days.EDD0 and EDD14 were examined before and after the administration of the compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain for 14 days.Group of normal control(Group NC) consisted of 12 age-and sex-matched healthy people.Results:EDD0 and EDD14 were(11.76?0.95)% and(11.83?0.70)% in Group NC,(5.37?1.15)% and(5.50?1.01)% in Group CAD which had significant difference compared with Group NC,(5.62?1.22)% and(9.84?1.83)% in Group HZ which were significantly different from those in Group NC.In GroupHZ,EDD14 was higher than EDD0 and had no significant difference compared with Group NC.Conclusion:The compound polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc.grain can improve endothelium-dependent dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease.
3.The compilation of the VMI and its supplement test norms for children in Xi'an city
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2001;22(2):159-161
Objective To provide an effective instrument assessed the ability of children's visual-motor integration in China. Methods 1*!798 children aged 3 to 18 years old were randomly sampled from Xi'an city and were tested with VMI-4R test. The reliability and validity were then analyzed. Results The norms of aged-equivalent,percentile,and standard scores were established.Split-half reliability, coefficient KR20,test-rerest reliability, and interscorer reliability ranged from 0.90 to 0.96(P<0.01).There are moderately-highly correlation between VMI-4R with WISC-R,WPPSI-R,CRT,FQS,Drawing-A-Man test respectively. Conclusion VMI-4R has good reliability and stable construction. It can effectively reflect the level of visual-motor integration. It is worth while to use widely as instrument for intelligence screenging and development assessing.
4.A follow-up investigation on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in medical staff at a hospital during 2006-2008
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2010;9(6):430-432
A retrospective survey wag performed among medical staff in a hospital during 2006-2008 with physical examinations and reviews of medical records.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)related factors were compared and analyzed for them.Overall detection rate of NAFLD was 13.9%(230/1655)in 2006 and 18.9%(344/1817)in 2008,with statistically significant difference(χ2=15.549,P<0. 01 ). Among people surveyed over 30 years old, detection rate of NAFLD was 9.4%, 17. 8% and 21.7% for those aged 30 -39, 40 -49 and 50 years and over, respectively in 2006, while 14. 4%, 28. 2% and 30. 5% , respectively in 2008. Detection rate presented a increasing trend in those of younger age. Relative risk for fatty liver was 1. 859 for those with obesity and overweight. Prevalence of NAFLD in medical staff increases year by year. Medical staff should attend for their own health and take measures to prevent them from its potential risk factors and pay more attention to behavioral intervention for NAFLD.
5.A research about the influence of nursing intervention on the dysphoric mood of family members of children who have undergone the scoliosis orthomorphia
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(11):-
Objective To explore the reason and the degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with scoliosis, and then make out some countermeasures to ameliorate these dysphoric mood. Methods Divided 64 family members of children with scoliosis into the observation group and the control group randomly. Using nursing intervention in the observation group and none in the control group. Evaluated the mood of 2 groups by the end of research by using the Zung Self-judged scale and the questionnaire. Results Different causes have induced different degree of dysphoric mood of family members of children with scoliosis. After using the nursing intervention, there were significant difference between the 2 groups in dysphoric mood, P
6.Effect of scalp acupunction on children with cerebral palsy
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(5):302-303
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the scalp acupunction on children with cerebral palsy.Methods56 cases with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups: the treating group(scalp acupuncture and modern rehabilitation) and the control group(modern rehabilitation only) with 28 cases each. The ADL and the motion function were compared. ResultsThere is a significant defference between the two groups on the ADL, while no significant defference was observed on motor function between the two groups. Conclusions Scalp acupuncture is effective on improvment of ADL of the children with cerebral palsy.
7.The laboratory and clinical diagnosis strategy in MYH9 disorders
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(5):475-478
Myosin heavy chain 9 (MYH9)disorders are a group of ihherited thrombocytopenias resulted from the mutation of MYH9 gene, including May-Hegglin anomaly,Epstein syndrome,Fechtner syndrome and Sebastian syndrome.MYH9 disorders are very often misdiagnosed as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).For better understanding of MYH9 of clinical and laboratory and getting enough attention in clinical practice, this review will focus on the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and differential diagnosis.
8.Bacterial monitoring on ICU bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice before and after comprehensive intervention
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2015;(12):843-845
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention measures on reducing the bacterial colonization of the intensive care unit (ICU)bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice. Methods According to bacterial contamination of ICU bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice, comprehensive intervention meas-ures were taken (including wiping computer keyboards and mice with alcohol twice a day, intensifying hand hy-giene,and monitoring hand-washing compliance),specimens of keyboards and mice were taken, bacterial detection results were analyzed. Results Before intervention, bacterial counts of keyboards and mice of 8 specimens were all>5 CFU/cm2 ,detection rate of Bacillus subtilis was 64.71 %,Micrococcus ,coagulase negative staphylococcus, Acinetobacter baumannii ,and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 17.65%-58.82%,Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus were both 5.88%.After comprehensive intervention measures were taken, bacterial counts of only two specimens of keyboards and mice were >5 CFU/cm2 ,the qualified rate of monitoring result after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention (88.24% vs 52.94%;χ2 =5.10,P <0.05).Conclusion Compre-hensive intervention measures can significantly reduce bacterial count on ICU bedside notebook computer keyboards and mice, and decrease the occurrence of healthcare-associated infection.
