Objective To investigate the effects of silenced Racl on invasion and migration in LOVo cells. Methods The expression of Racl mRNA and protein in colorectal cancer cells(including LoVo SW480.SW620.SW1116,HT29)were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. The changes of cytoskeleton were observed in LoVO cells after transfected with Racl-shRNA.then invasion and migration were recorded respectively in LoVo cells after transfected with Racl-N17 and Racl-L61.Results Racl mRNA and protein were overexpressed in all selected colorectal cancer cells.Deletion of Racl decreased the cross-linked actin network and pseudopodia, and inhibited the invasion and migration in LoVo cells. The migration experiment showed that the migrated cells were higher in Racl-shRNA[(75±5)cells].Racl-N17 [(93±5)cells]and Racl-L61[(267±7)cells]groups compared with control group[(214±8)cells,P<0.01,<O.01 and<0.05,resprectively].The invasion experimental study revealed that the migrated cells were higher in Racl-shRNA[(35±5)cells],Racl-N17[(42±5)cells]and Racl-L61[(86±7)cells] groups compared with control group[(73±6)cells,P<0.01,<0.01 and<0.05,resprectively].Condusion Deletoin of Racl can inhibit the invasion and migration in LDVo cells.

OBJECTIVETo explore the diagnostic value of the radiologic characteristics of osteoporotic Kummell's disease.
METHODSTotal 16 patients with pathologically confirmed osteoporotic Kummell's diseases were reviewed from May 2010 to May 2012, including 4 males and 12 females with the mean age of 73.4 years (ranged, 67 to 83 years old). Radiologic imagings of all patients, including X-ray, CT and MRI, were analyzed retrospectively.
RESULTSIntravertebral linear clefts could be seen on the AP and lateral X-ray films of vertebrae. Sagittal and axial CT scans demonstrated the vacuum cleft phenomenon with liquid and air was identified within the vertebral body. Sagittal MRI showed the callapsed vertebral segment and the area of fluid signal with clear and intact border within the vertebral body. The fluid signal was low on T1-weighted images and high on T2-weighted images and stir images, which was corresponding to an intravertebral vacuum cleft.
CONCLUSIONThe radiologic characteristics of Kurmmell's diseases can provide valuable evidences for the early diagnosis.

OBJECTIVE:
To analysis clinical effects of open reduction and internal fixation in treating Gustilo type I and II patients with open distal humeral fracture.
METHODS:
From 2013 May to 2017 June, 24 patient with Gustilo grade I and II open distal humeral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, including 20 males and 4 females, aged from 14 to 65 years old with an average of (41.3±13.1) years old. According to Gustilo classification, 16 patients were type I, 8 patients were typeII. Range of motion, complications and secondary surgery were recorded; elbow function were evaluated with VAS (visual analogue scale), MEPS (Mayo elbow performance score) and QuickDASH (quick disabilities of the arm, shoulder, and hand) at 12 months after operation.
RESULTS:
All patients were followed up from 15 to 60 years with an average of (34.1±11.9) months. VAS score was 0(0, 2); flexion and extension ranged from 50 °to 145° with an average of (115.2±26.1)°; the range of rotation ranged from 100° to 160° with an average of (147.7±17.0)°. MEPS score was for 75 to 90 (90.0±9.1), and 14 patients got excellent result, 10 patients moderate. Quick DASH score was 4.6(0, 14.8). There were 22 patients occurred complications, such as ulnar nerve symptom and internal fixation irritation, and 10 patients accepted the second operation.
CONCLUSIONS
Open reduction and internal fixation is a safe and efficient method in treating Gustilo type I and II patients with open distal humeral fractures, which has an advantages of good range of movement and function score.
