Prostate cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the urinary system and mostly found in elderly men. Like most tumors, prostate cancer involves a variety of molecules in its occurrence and progression. More studies on the development of prostate cancer focus on the tumor markers, DNA damage repair related genes, and tumor invasion and metastasis related factors. This article presents an overview on the research progress in these three aspects.

International Eye Science 2014;(8):1473-1475
AIM: To evaluate the relationship between axial length ( AL ) , corneal and lens refractive power, and the refractive error in children.
METHODS:Totally 44 children 88 eyes with refractive error who underwent retinoscopy with cycloplegia, to be measured spherical equivalent refractive error. Axial length was measured by a noncontact optical biometry ( ZEISS IOL-Master) , and corneal K and anterior chamber depth ( ACD) were also measured by the same machine. The refractive power of the lens was calculated by using the SRK formula. The patients were divided into 3 groups, myopia (SE<0), hyperopia (SE>+0. 50D) and emmetropia ( 0 to + 0. 50D ). Linear Correlation and Regression were used to evaluate the correlation among the optical parameters.
RESULTS:Totally 44 subjects, 88 eyes, average 9. 04±2.39 years, spherical equivalent (SE) -3. 50D to +8. 75D. Hyperopic AL was shorter than the other two groups ( P<0.05), same trend in lens power. No significant differences among the 3 groups in corneal K and ACD. There was a negative correlation between age and SE, SE and AL, SE and lens refractive power, and there was a positive correlation between age and AL, age and lens power.
CONCLUSION:As the children's growing up, SE trends to myopia, and AL becomes longer, and lens power is stronger.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(36):8-11
Objective To find out some ways to solve the problems which are dealing with the clinical application of intrafix. Methods From February to May 2013,324 patients with back blood using intrafix in emergency department were randomly assigned to the experimental group A and the control group A,with 162 patients in each group. The experimental group A used the method of pressing pipe while pulling out the needles when transfusion was over, while the control group A used traditional ways.206 patients who occurred bubbles in the intrafix among the above two groups were divided into the experimental group B and the control group B.The experimental group B got rid of the bubbles using top-down method, the control group B used traditional ways. The effect of withdrawing the needles and exhaustion of bubbles were compared. The least flushing time of remaining liquid using transfusion pipe flushing method was calculated. Results The experimental group A and the experimental group B were better in withdrawing the needles and exhaustion of bubbles compared with those of the control group A and the control group B.Using the method of drop coefficient to calculate the least flushing time can ensure the drug to be transfused into the body thoroughly. Conclusions When transfusion is over, pressing intrafix pipe will have a better result than the traditional way when pulling out the pipe.Top-down method can clearly settle the problem of intrafix pipe, which can not get rid of bubble via traditional way.Flushing pipe and press pipe method can apparently decrease drug waste.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(17):3383-3386
As a node between the skull and the spine, atlantoaxial joint plays a pivotal role in the maintenance of head and neck activities, as well as the connection between the brains and the spine. The biomechanical characteristics of stlantoaxial joint, together with traumatic factors, contribute to determine the site, type and character of atlantoaxial joint fracture and dislocation, they also affect the treatment of atlantoaxial joint injury. With the materials technique development and accumulated experience of clinical operations, various types of new implants are increasing and used for clinical practice, accordingly the surgical approach and therapy regimen of atlantoaxial disease have been greatly enriched. At present, the use of implant mainly aims to promote the atlantoaxial fusion or enhance the connection and fixation between atlantoaxial joints. However, the head and neck activities are also limited simultaneously while the implant enhances the atlantoaxial joint stability. Further studies require to handle the correlation between joint stability and joint flexibility and to maximize the physiological function recovery of atlantoaxial joints when ensuring the atlantoaxial joint stability.
