Objective To develop an analytical method by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) for the determination of organic chloride pesticides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in prophyra Methods The samples were extracted by an acetone-hexane(7∶3,V/V) mixture first, then were purified by C18 solid-phase extraction(SPE),and then were determined with GC-MS.Results The linear range was 0.01-5.0 ?g/ml,the limits of detection were 0.05-0.32 ng/g(dry weight) and 0.25-0.56 ng/g(dry weight)for organic chloride pesticides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons respectively. The recovery rates and relative standard deviation for organic chloride pesticides were 74.27%-121.49% and 3.19 %-17.31% relatively;the recovery rates and relative standard deviation for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were 65.10%-119.26% and 2.75%-14.11% relatively.Organic chloride pesticides were partly detected, but the detection rate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was higher.Fifteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were detected in all samples but dibenz(a,h)-anthracene.Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of organic chloride pesticides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in prophyra.
2.Formation mechanism of high-energy metabolism along meridians.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(11):1119-1121
According to the analysis and integration on prior research results regarding meridian essence, it is believed that high-energy metabolism is one of the main characteristics of along-meridian specificity. With discussion on the formation mechanism of along-meridians high-energy metabolism as entry point, it is found out that proteins of voltage-gated calcium channel along the meridians are likely to play an essential role of starting and coupling during the along-meridians functional activity. Thus, the hypothesis "proteins coupling in the meridians" is modified to the hypothesis "calcium channels proteins coupling in the meridians", which opens new path to reveal material basis and action mechanism of meridians.

3.Etiological factor and treatment of abnormal blinking in children
International Eye Science 2015;(4):639-642
Abnormal eye blinking in children is a disease of frequent eye blinking in children, more than 15 times per minute, without facial spasms and neurological diseases, with relatively independent clinical symptoms. If combining with organic or neurological disease, we consider it as children eye blinking syndrome. It's a common and frequently encountered disease in pediatric ophthalmology. The etiologies include body and psychological disorders, such as refractive errors, ocular surface and ocular adnexal disease, bad habits, lead pollution, tic disorders and so on. We think that most of abnormal eye blinking in children firstly caused by oculopathy, neurological disorders and psychological illness are the important factors for increasing or making it repeatedly happen. Recognizing and identifying the etiologies of abnormal eye blinking in children, so as to take a targeted theray and avoid misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.

6.Preliminary study of the acoustic radiation force impulse imaging in diagnosis and treatment of IgA nephropathy
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2013;22(11):965-969
Objective To investigate the value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) on evaluating the renal tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis of IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Methods 117 patients diagnosed with IgAN,and 80 normal cases were examined with conventional ultrasonography and ARFI,recording the shear wave velocities(SWV),the hemodynamics and the renal biopsy results to quantify the elastic changes of renal cortex, with the aim of assessing AFRI's advantages on early diagnosing the impair of kidney. Results The SWV value of renal cortex, renal medulla of IgAN group were smaller than that of normal group (P <0.05),while the collective system SWV value had no difference(P >0.05).According to the ROC curve, the cut-off value of SWV in renal cortex was 2.7 cm/s.The accuracy of the diagnosis was 71 %,which was better than RI (61.9%).The SWV value of the renal cortex decreased with the different stage of 1,2,3,4,but stage 5 was larger than stage 4.The degree of renal tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis(T) can be classified by the SWV of renal cortex, and the SWV of T2 was larger than T1 (P <0.05).Conclusions By quantifying the elastic change of kidney,ARFI technology is able to distinguish the degree of renal tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis, diagnose renal impairment early and judge the clinical stages.Furthermore the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of it are superior to hemodynamic.

International Eye Science 2010;10(2):215-217
AIM: To know the psychological conditions of various cataract patients in pre- and post-operative periods.METHODS: From June 2008 to June 2009, 278 cataract patients had been asked to complete a questionnaire anonymously of their self-evaluation of symptoms scale (SCL) before and after operation. In their pre-operative and post-operative surveys, the results were compared with the norms respectively. Patients were divided into two groups. Group A were age-related cataract patients; while Group B were cataract patients with glaucoma, trauma or metabolic disease.RESULTS: When cataract patients' masculine scores of somatization, depression, anxiety and fear factors before and after the operation rank higher than the norms, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05), especially the somatization factor(P<0.01).While cataract patients with diseases such as glaucoma, trauma or diabetes got higher marks than age-related cataract patients in the aspects of anxiety, somatization, depression (P<0.05), and fear factors, the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Cataract patients both in pre- and post- and operative periods have somatization behaviors and emotions of depression, anxiety and fear. Cataract patients with glaucoma, trauma or diabetes especially anxiety have more obvious symptoms than age-related cataract patients.
8. Prognostic factors related to simple lung metastases in 90 patients with primary colorectal cancer
Tumor 2013;33(2):190-196
Objective: To investigate the prognostic factors related to overall survival and prognosis of patients with simple lung metastases from primary colorectal cancer. Methods: The clinical data from 90 patients with simple lung metastases from primary colorectal cancer were retrospectively reviewed. Of these 90 patients, 34 received R0 resection of lung metastases, and 56 received systemic chemotherapy. The survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method. The log-rank test was used for univariate analysis and the COX proportional hazards model for multivariate analysis of prognosis. Results: The 1-, 2- and 3-year cumulative survival rates between the patients receiving R0 resection of lung metastases and systemic chemotherapy were significantly different (97.1% vs 82.1%, P < 0.05; 88.2% vs 55.3%, P < 0.05; 74.9% vs 31.4%, P < 0.05). The 1-, 2- and 3-year disease-free survival rates of patients receiving R0 resection of lung metastases were 64.7%, 43.9% and 33.8%, respectively. The univariate analysis revealed that in patients receiving R0 resection of lung metastases, the factors of hilar or mediastinal lymph node metastases (P = 0.003), the maximum tumor size of pulmonary metastases (P = 0.007) and preoperative serum carcinoembryonic antigen level (P = 0.029) were significantly correlated with the 3-year overall survival, and the factors of lymph node metastases after curative resection of colorectal cancer (P = 0.005), the maximum diameter of pulmonary metastases more than or equal to 4 cm (P = 0.006) and preoperative serum carcinoembryonic antigen level more than or equal to 5 ng/mL (P = 0.010) were significantly correlated with the recurrence after R0 resection of lung metastases, while in patients receiving systemic chemotherapy, the factor of use of all three cytotoxic agents including fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and irinotecan (P = 0.004) was significantly correlated with the 3-year overall survival. The mulitivariate analysis revealed that in patients receiving R0 resection of lung metastases, the factor of maximum diameter of pulmonary metastases more than or equal to 4 cm (P = 0.032) was an independent prognostic factor related to the 3-year overall survival, while the factors of positive lymph node metastases after curative resection of the primary colorectal cancer (P = 0.030) and the maximum diameter of pulmonary metastases more than or equal to 4 cm (P = 0.049) were independent prognostic factors related to the recurrence after R0 resection of lung metastases. Conclusion: The overall survival of patients receiving R0 resection of lung metastases from primary colorectal cancer especially for the patients with the maximum diameter of pulmonary metastases less than 4 cm can be significantly improved. The overall survival of patients receiving systemic chemotherapy using all three cytotoxic agents including fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and irinotecan can also be significantly prolonged.
