2.Local Angiogenesis and Neurological Functional Recovery After Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral ischemia activates endogenous angiogenic factors, and increase microvessel density and form new capillaries in ischemic brain tissues.Exogenous angiogenic factors can more effectively promote angiogenesis and the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic regions and peripherial tissues, improving local blood supply and reducing infarct size. The further study of the mechanisms and methods in promoting regional angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia will contribute to improve neurologic deficit.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(8):1049-1052
Objective:To study the positive expression rate of M2 subtype of macrophage cell surface molecules and the inflammatory factors of PPS in IL-4-induced M2 macrophage. Methods:The experiment was divided into 5 groups:blank control group, Model group,PPS groups(50 μg/ml,100 μg/ml and 200 μg/ml).The expression of CD206 and CD23 was used as bio-maker to confirm IL-4 induced macrophages by treating RAW264.7 with 20ng/ml of IL-4.IL-4 induced RAW264.7 cells were treated with PPS of 50μg/ml,100μg/ml and 200μg/ml for 24 h.Then the expression of CD206,CD16/32 and CD40 were analyzed by flow cytometry, and the mRNA expression of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-10 and iNOS were detect by qRT-PCR.Results: After treated with IL-4,the positive rate of CD206 of RAW264.7 were high. After treated with PPS ,the rate of CD16/32 and CD40 in IL-4 induced RAW264.7 cells were high ,the expression of CD206 decreased, and the mRNA level of IL-1βand TNF-αincreased.Conclusion:RAW264.7 cells can be polarlized to M2 subtype macrophage by using 20 ng/ml IL-4.PPS enhances the mRNA of IL-1β,TNF-αand the expression of CD40, CD16/32 in IL-4-induced RAW264.7 cells .These results indicate that PPS can induce the M2 subtype to become M1 macrophages, can improve immune function of macrophages.

Microbiology 2008;0(11):-
The effect of carbon source, nitrogen source, temperature, moisture,pH and light on the fungal growth, conidia production and conidia germination of Paecilomyces cicadae LB were studied. For the fun-gal growth and conidia production, the optimum carbon sources were soluble starch and glucose, while the optimum nitrogen source was peptone. For the fungal growth and spore germination of P.cicadae, the opti-mum temperature was 25?C~27?C,for the conidia production, the optimum temperature was 25?C.Conidia geminated at RH 90%~100%,but did not below 90%.When RH reaches to 100% or the conidia were in wa-ter,the germination rate was the highest. The range of pH for the fungal growth, conidia production and co-nidial germination was 4~10,while the optimum pH for the fungal growth was 6 and 6~7 for the conidia production and conidial germination. The light treatment significantly influenced fungal conidia production. The lethal temperature for the fungal conidia was 55?C remaining 10 minutes. The present results suggest the isolate LB can adapt to nutrition and environment more widely, and has greater potential as biological control factor against of pest.
