Digitalization of ancient medical documents has become an important platform for the development and protection of medical literature and digitalization of ancient medical documents based on ancient medical documents themselves will lead to a series of intellectual property rights. After the relationship between ancient medical docu-ments and protection of intellectual property rights was analyzed, the major intellectual property rights involved in current digitalization of ancient medical documents were pointed out with their solutions elaborated from the reasona-bleness, rationality, legality and normality.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the weight-bearing of affected side and the functional mobility in stroke patients.Methods36 hemiparetic stroke patients participated in this study. They were asked to measure the ration of the weight-bearing of affected side on the undisturbed and maximum situations, as well as the time for Timed "Up and Go" Test (TUGT) and Sit-to-Stand Test. The correlation between the ration of the weight-bearing of affected side on maximum situations and the time for the TUGT and Sit-to-Stand Test were analysed statistically with Spearman's correlation in those stroke patients whose ration of the weight-bearing of affected side on undisturbed situations was less than 50%.ResultsThere were correlation between the ration of the weight-baring of affected side on maximum situations and the time for the TUGT (r=-0.605, P<0.01) and the time for the Sit-to-Stand Test (r=-0.456, P<0.05).ConclusionA good relationship exists between the weight-bearing of affected side and the functional mobility in stroke patients.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of GFR, microalbuminuria (mAlb), serum β2-microglobulin (MG) and cystatin C (CysC) for the evaluation of renal function in patients with DN.Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 DM diagnosed by WHO standard (1999) from December 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Thirty-three kidney transplantation donors during the same time were chosen as the control group.The urine mAlb, Cr, albumin/Cr ratio(ACR) and SCr, serum β2-MG, CysC, urea, uric acid(UA), fasting blood glucose (FBG), hemoglobin A lc (HbA1c) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured.99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging was performed.The Gates method was used to calculate GFR, and the modification of diet in renal disease (MDRD) method was used to calculate the estimated GFR (eGFR).The relative equation between GFR and eGFR was studied.The clinical stages of renal function in type 2 DM patients were evaluated by Mogenesen standard method.Two-sample t test was used for data analysis.ROC curve analysis was performed to study the diagnostic value of GFR in DN.Results The patients were divided into merely type 2 DM group, early stage DN (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ), and clinical DN(Ⅳ) groups by Mogenesen standard method.GFR and eGFR in the DNⅠstage were higher than those of the merely type 2 DM group (t values:-7.502,-3.629, both P<0.01), and GFR and eGFR decreased with the increased stage of DN.However, serum UA, CRP, FBG and HbA1c, SCr, urea, β2-MG, CysC, mAlb and ACR increased when the stage of DN was higher.GFR and eGFR showed a linear correlation, with the regression equation of y=0.957x+6.823.AUC of ROC in patients with DN Ⅰ was 0.989.With the cutoff value of 125.09 ml/min, the sensitivity and specificity was 96.2%(25/26) and 98.4%(122/124) respectively in diagnosis of DNⅠ.Between high UA and normal UA groups, FBG and HbA1c were not significantly different (t values:-1.010,-1.034, both P>0.05), but the renal function indicators were different (t values:-5.090-2.209, all P<0.01).Compared with the normal CRP group, the FBG, HbA1c and renal function indicators were statistically different in high CRP group (t values:-6.114-7.386, all P<0.01).Conclusions GFR and eGFR show a linear relationship in type 2 DM.GFR is a sensitive, specific diagnostic index in DN Ⅰ period.β2-MG, CysC, mAlb and ACR are conducive to the early diagnosis of DN.High UA is an independent risk factor for the onset of DN, and high CRP is an inflammatory damage factor in DN.

The main purposes of translational Medicine is to break the barrier among the basic medicine,clinical medicine and drug R&D in order to establish direct and close connection and cooperation between them.However,so far almost in the world wide,translational medicine is still at the exploration stage and far away from the real transformation.This article reviewed the difficult position of translational medicine cooperation from the three aspects of cooperative resources,sponsor and domestic culture,and then suggested to promote clinical medicine research,set up new assessment systems which focus on classified evaluation and representative work,as well as create the culture of cooperation.

Objective To study the effect of Tibet medicine of Herba Lamiophlomis rotata on promoting hemostasis and blood coagulation and to explore its mechanism. Methods High dose(2 g/kg),middle dose(1 g/kg) and low dose (0.5 g/kg) of the aqueous extract from Herba Lamiophlomis rotata(HLRE)were given to mice by gastric gavage for 3 days,and then bleeding time (BT),clotting time(CT) and platelet count(PLC)were determined. Different doses of HLRE(3,1.5,0.75 g/kg)were administered by gastric gavage to rats for 14 days,and then blood samples were collected from common carotid artery for the determination of prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),hepatic function and blood lipid indexes. Results Compared to the blank control group,the bleeding time and clotting time were obviously shortened in 2g/kg HLRE and 1g/kg HLRE groups and positive control group,but the difference of PLC was insignificant. PT and APTT values in all of the treatment groups did not differ from those in the blank control group. However, TT values were obviously shortened in 3 g/kg HLRE group,FIB and Albumen(Alb)values increased,the aminotransferase and blood lipid values tended to decrease. Conclusion The aqueous extract from Herba Lamiophlomis rotata has an effect on promoting hemostasis and blood coagulation ,and its mechanisms may be related to the increase of FIB and Alb contents and the shortening of TT value.

Objective To express Schistosoma japonicum Mago nashi(SjMago)gene,and prepare its specific polyclonal antibody.Methods SjMago gene was amplified by PCR from Schistosomulum cDNA library and subcloned into pET28a(+)vector,its recombinant proteins were expressed with IPTG.Rabbits were immunized with the polyacrylamide gel particles containing the recombinant proteins for polyclonal antibody preparation,the sera were detected for antibody specificity by Western blot and titer by ELISA assay.Results SjMago prokaryotic expression plasmid was successfully recombined and the target proteins was induced by IPTG in a molecular weight of 17 X 103，the high titer(1∶40 960)polyclonal antibody was isolated from the immunized rabbit，specific rotein band was detected by Western blot.Conclusion SjMago protein has been successfully expressed and its specific polyantibody is prepared,which lays the foundation for further study.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the recombinant protein Sj_Ts4 in immunodiagnosis of Schistosomiasis japonica.Methods Seventy-four blood samples of schistosomiasis japonica patients(acute, chronic and advanced)were used for evaluating the sensitivity.Blood samples from 24 Clonorchiasis patients,8 patients with hookworm infections and 30 normal persons from the areas without Schistosomiasis were used ror patients.Results The positivity rates were 97.1%(33/34),100.0%(16/16),87.5%(21/24)in rSj-Ts4-ELISA and 100%(34/34),100.0%(16/16),75.0%(18/24)in SjAWA-ELISA in acute,chmnic and advanced Schistosomiasis. respectively.Statistical analysis revealed no significant difference in sensitivity(X2=1.23,P＞0.05)between both recombinant and crude antigens.The false positive reaction was found to be 6.7%(2/30)in rSj-Ts4-ELISA and 3.3%(1/30)in SjAWA-ELISA when detected in 30 cases of normal control sera.but no statisticallv significant difference was noted(x2=0.35,P＞0.05).Twelve point five percent(3/24),20.8%(5/24)and 12.5%(1/8),37.5% (3/8),of cross-reactions were observed between rSj-Ts4-ELISA and SjAWA-ELISA for detecting the sera of patients with clonorehiasis and hookworms.There was no significant difference of cross-reaction in two parasitic infections (x2=0.60,1.33,P＞0.05)with the two tests.Conclusions The rSj-Ts4 antigen shows higher sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of Schistosomiasis japonica,which is helpful in the serological diagnosis of Schistosomiasis japonica in endemic areas.

BACKGROUND: Long-term radioactive ray accumulation leads to surrounding tissues fibrosis accompanied by limitation of mouth-opening, which seriously affects life quality of tumor patients. OBJECTIVE: To observe pathological change of soft tissues in rats with radiation masseter injury and the level of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) mRNA expression in vivo.METHODS: A total of 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (n=10) and radiated group (n=20). Radiated group were radiated with linear accelerator at a dose of 40 Gy. The pathological changes of vessels were observed under light microscope and electron microscope and expression of TGF-β1 was detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The microvessel density of radiated group was obviously decreased than that of the control group (P < 0.01), but the mRNA expression of was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01). It suggests that radiated injury can induce fibrosis to repair the radiated injury.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of hypoxia improvement in Hep-2 cell on cisplatin-induced apoptosis. METHOD: Human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Hep-2 cells and HIF-1α-RNAi-Hep-2 cells were cultured in normoxic, hypoxic and reoxygenation condition. The inhibition of cisplatin on cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT assay. The influence of cisplatin on cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. RESULT: The inhibition of cisplatin on cell proliferation was reduced by hypoxia. After HIF-1α gene was silenced, the inhibition of cisplatin on Hep-2 cell proliferation was increased apparently, but was still interfered partly by hypoxia. Hypoxia could induce cell apoptosis decreased and enhance chemotherapeutic resistance. After reoxygenation, cell apoptosis induced by cisplatin was increased significantly (P < 0.05). HIF-1α-RNAi-Hep-2 cells under hypoxia also showed certain resistance to apoptosis but the sensitivity to cisplatin was higher than that of Hep-2 cells. When cells were returned from hypoxic condition to normoxic condition for some time, the apoptosis induced by cisplatin was increased significantly (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The improvement of hypoxic microenvironment with HIF-1α gene knockout could increase the sensitivity of Hep-2 cells to chemotherapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of superficial needling therapy for nape myofascitis. Method Seventy patients were randomly allocated to superficial needling and Western medicine groups, 35 cases each. The superficial needling group received superficial needling therapy once every other day, three times a week, two weeks as a course. The Western medicine group took celecoxib (Celebrex) 200 mg twice daily, two weeks as a course. The Pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, the tenderness score and the Neck Disability Index (NDI) score were recorded in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Result The VAS score, the tenderness score and the NDI score decreased in the two groups of patients after treatment compared with before (P<0.05, P<0.01) and decreased more in the superficial needling group than in the Western medicine group (P<0.05). The cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 57.1%and 94.3%, respectively, in the superficial needling group, which were higher than 31.4%and 77.1%in the Western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Superficial needling therapy can better relieve the symptoms and is more effective than oral celecoxib in treating nape myofascitis.
