Totally 80 rats were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, low, middle and high dose (25, 50, 100 mg x kg(-1)) scutellarin( SC) groups and the colchicine ( Col) group. Apart from the blank group, all of the remaining groups were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 mL pig serum twice every week for consecutively 13 weeks and orally administered with the corresponding drugs since the 9th week. The blank group and the model group were orally given equal volume of normal saline once every for consecutively four weeks. After the experiment, efforts were made to detect the contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspertate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), total bilirubin (TBIL), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and collagen type IV (CIV), collect liver tissues of fixed positions, observe the pathological changes through hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, conduct the pathological grading for liver fibrosis, determine the expressions of hepatic collagen type I and III (C I, C III) and calculate their color rendering index. Compared with the model group, low, middle and high dose (25, 50, 100 mg x kg(-1)) SC groups could decrease the contents of ALT, AST, TBIL, HA, LN, CIV, increase the contents of ALB, TP in serum and reduce the contents of C I, C III in liver tissues. In conclusion, scutellarin has a certain therapeutic effect on immune liver fibrosis in rats induced by pig serum.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsA total of 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with conventional therapy and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.The experimental data of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the changes of knee joint pain score, joint effusion and joint mobility in the observation group is better than those in the control group.The change of knee function score in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group (95.6%) is better than that of the control group (75.6%);There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients receiving treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is good, which is worthy of clinical application.

Neuronal α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) are the most widespread subtypes in central nervous system, α4β2 nAChRs mainly exist in procerebrum, parietal lobe cortex, temporal lobe cortex, hippocampus, basal ganglion and cerebellum. Researches on gene knock-out mice have demonstrated that α4β2 receptors participate in the development, aging, neuron survival, pain, and learning and memory, and are also involved in gamma-aminobutyric acid release and dopaminergic function. Studies have disclosed that α4β2 nAChRs relate to the development of variety of neurological diseases, including pain, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

Objective To investigate the impacts of γ-ray radiation on gene expressions of peripheral blood lymphocytes in SD rats,and to screen differential expression genes and biological pathways closely related to radiation injury.Methods The differential gene expression of peripheral blood lymphocytes in SD rats was selected by microarray at 6 h after 2 Gy 60Co γ-ray exposure in vitro and in vivo.Bioinformatics analysis of the differentially expressed genes was performed by using Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) databases.Real-time quantitative PCR was applied to verify the screen results of the microarray.Results Fifty-five genes with three times over-expressed level were screened out from the radiation groups both in vitro and in vivo and they were involved in 6 signaling pathways.There were two differentially expressed genes of microarray assay were verified by PCR assay.Conclusions Differential expressed genes in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of SD rats could be induced by γ-ray radiation and they cooperatively contributed to a variety of biological processes.

Purpose To investigate the adverse reactions and management in the process of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (3D-HyCoSy).Materials and Methods A total of 976 patients with infertility accepting 3D-HyCoSy in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from December 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The pain degree was evaluated using visual analog scale (VAS).Adverse reactions,including contrast countercurrent,vomiting,syncope and allergies,were recorded.The relationship between adverse reactions and ultrasound imaging signs was explored.Results There were 66 cases (6.76％) of VAS grade 0,346 cases of mild pain (35.45％),374 cases of moderate pain (38.32％) and 190 cases (19.47％) of severe pain.With the increase in the degree of tubal obstruction,the degree of pain gradually increased.Pain was the most common adverse reaction among patients,followed by vomiting (15 cases,1.54％),syncope (1 case,0.10％),and allergies (1 case,0.10％).The incidence of contrast countercurrent was 12.30％ (120 cases).The adverse reaction incidence of patients with abnormal ultrasound imaging signs was significantly higher than that of patients with normal signs (x2=29.02,P＜0.01).Conclusion With the extensive use of 3D-HyCoSy examination,its clinical application value has attracted a lot of attention,meanwhile,the understanding of its safety and related adverse reactions should also be improved.The state of patients should be closely observed before,during and after 3D-HyCoSy.Medical personnel should watch out for syncope and allergic reactions,and prepare for emergency management.

Objective:To investigate whether topical hypothermia circumstance has the protective effects to the blood-ocular barriers during intraocular operations.Methods:Twenty New Zealand albino rabbits accepted vitrectomy in both eyes,useing hypothermal(4-10℃) intraocular irrigating solution in left eye(hypothermal intraocular irrigating solution group),and useing room temperature(25℃) intraocular irrigating solution in right eye(room temperature intraocular irrigating solution group)during the vitrectomy.Twenty-four hours after the operation,the retina of both eyes were checked;each eye accepted cavum vitreum perforation,and 0.5 ml of intraocular fluid were aspirsted for biochemical detection as well;as well as the retinas cut off for transmission electron microscopical(TEM) observations. Results:Inflammatory reaction of anterior ocular and the uvea in left eyes were generally slighter than the right eyes;dioptric media clarity of left eyes were also better than that in left eyes;average total protein concentration of the intraocular fluid was obviously lower than that in left eye(P
