Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(10):614-615
ObjectiveTo observe effects of Fentanyl Transdermal System and Sanlitong on pain of hemorrhoids patients after operation of micro wave heating among tissue.Methods60 hemorrhoids patient whom were treated by micro wave heating among tissue were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients of group A had Fentanyl Transdermal System affixed on navel position. Patients of group B taken Sanlitong. Effects of two groups were estimated with McGill Questionnaire.ResultsThere was a significant difference between pain scores of two groups in one or two weeks after hemorrhoids operation. The ease pain effect of Fentanyl Transdermal System was better than that of Sanlitong tablet within two weeks after operation.ConclusionThe Fentanyl Transdermal System is a safe, simple and better effect medicament type for ease the pain when treating hemorrhoids with method of micro wave heating among tissue.
2.Effects of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 on the expression of urinary nephrin in diabetic nephropathy patients
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(30):4002-4004
Objective To investigate the effects of 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 on the expression of urinary Nephrin in patients with diabetic nephropathy .Methods According to albumin excretion rate ,40 type-2 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into 2 groups ,10 healthy volunteers served as control .The treatment groups received 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 0 .25 μg/d for 12 weeks .The levels of blood calcium ,phosphorus ,serum creatinine ,24-hour urinary protein excretion were detected .Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect urinary Nephrin in different groups .Results The expressions of urinary Nephrin were sta-tistically different among NC group ,DN1 group and DN2 group .1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 treatment significantly decreased the ex-pression of urinary Nephrin in DN1 patients ,whereas no statistically changes were observed in DN2 group .Conclusion In diabetic nephropathy patients ,urinary Nephrin is supposed to be effective an marker of disease progression .1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 may be effective to prevent podocyte injury in early-stage diabetic nephropathy .

Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with nutritional intervention on cognitive function recovery and prognosis of patients with severe cranial traumatic brain injury in ICU. Methods A total of 100 patients with severe cranial traumatic brain injury from February 20, 2016 to December 30, 2016 in our hospital ICU were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were given nutrition intervention, the experimental group combined with dexmedetomidine and nutritional intervention. Results The difference of PACHE Ⅱscore, GCS score, mechanical ventilation time, and hospitalization timebetween the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The recovery of cognitive function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The value of dexmedetomidine and nutritional intervention in patients with severe cranial traumatic brain injury in ICU is higher.
4. Hepatic gene expression profile early after 60Co-γ irradiation in mice
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2006;27(4):386-390
Objective: To study the hepatic gene expression profile early after 60Co-γ irradiaiton in mice with cDNA microarray, in an attempt to understand the molecular mechanism of irradiation damage to liver in mice. Methods: Total RNA was extracted from mice liver 2 days after irradiation with 60Co-γ ray and from normal mice liver. Hepatic gene expression patterns of irradiated and normal mice were compared with cDNA microarray(4 096 genes). RT-PCR was performed to validate the cDNA microarray results. Results: Compared with normal group, 124 genes showed a differential expression in irradiation group, with 46 genes upregulated(maily cell cycle and transcription regulation related proteins) and 78 down-regulated(mainly cytoskeletal genes). Of the 124 genes, 57 had identified functions and could be divided into 6 groups: DNA repair and stress response, cytoskeleton, hydronium channel/transport protein, signaling transduction, intermediary metabolism, and immune related proteins. RT-PCR analysis indicated that the expression of heat shock 70kD protein 5 (Hspa5), RAS p21 protein activator 3 (Rasa3), and NAD(P) H dehydrogenase, quinone 1 (Nqo1) were consistent with cDNA microarray data. Conclusion: Irradiation-induced hepatic injury is of multi-target and multi-pathway.

Objective:To develop an experimental three-dimensional model by ECV304 cells(human umbilical vein endothelial cell line) for investigating the mechanisms of angiogenesis in vitro.Methods:ECV304 cells were seeded onto three-dimensional collagen gels made of rat-tail collagen. When the endothelial cells were cultured and grown to near confluence, treated with bFGF for 3 to 12 days, and then assessed with inverted phase contrast microscope. Results:The endothelial cells migrated into the gels, formed complex networks by cell cords at different levels through the bottom view, and sprouted capillary-like structures through the side view.Conclusion:ECV304 cells are capable of expressing some early events of angiogenesis in the three-dimensional collagen gels:proliferating, migrating and sprouting and so on.It should be useful for studying angiogenesis in vitro.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine 2008;28(5):333-335
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristic of regional cerebral glucose metabolism in patients with Wilson's disease (WD) using 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET.Methods Thirteen WD patients and 12 normal controls were studied by brain 18F-FDG PET, and the data were analyzed by visual analysis, semi-quantification and statistical parametric mapping (SPM). The radioactivity ratios of lenticular nuclei, caudate, thalamus and cerebellum to cerebral cortex and the ratio of lenticular nuclei to caudate were calculated, respectively. SPSS 11.0 software for statistics was also used to analyze the data. Results In WD patients, radioactivity of lenticular nuclei and candate was significantly decreased compared with controls. The radioactivity ratios of lenticular nuclei and caudate to cerebral cortex in WD patients were both significantly lower than that in normal controls (0.95±0.05 vs 1.26±0.05, t =15, P < 0.05 ; 1.02±0.06 vs 1.17±0.05, t = 8, P < 0.05), and the ratio of lenticular nuclei to caudate in WD patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (0.93±0.06 vs 1.09±0.06, t =9, P< 0.05). Conclusion As compared with normal controls, patients with WD had significantly decreased glucose utilization in the basal ganglia, especially in the lenticullar nuclei.
