With the deeper understanding of tumor , more and more evidence indicates that the occurrence and development of tumors are closely related to the body′s immune function .More and more researches focus on tumor immunology to find an effective way of enhancing anti-tumor immunity . Radiotherapy has played an important role in anti-tumor immunity recently though it was believed as a traditional treatment for cancer before .Radiotherapy could convert a cold tumor into a hot tumor, which might ameliorate immune suppressive microenvironment , improve tumor immunogenicity and activate the cellular immune response .However, the abscopal effectof single radiotherapy is very rare . Immunotherapy is capable of enhancing the immune response produced by radiotherapy .In this paper , the basic theory and clinical practice of radiotherapy and immunotherapy were reviewed and the related clinical strategies were summarized .

Objective To investigate the protective effect and the possible mechanism of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) preconditioning on ischemia/reperfusion injury of rat graft liver. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups(n=30 in each group): sham operation group(Sham group),orthotopic liver transplantation group(OLT group) and LPS preconditioning group(LPS group).Only dissecting hepatoduodenal ligament was perfomed in Sham group. On day one,0.1 mg/kg LPS and on day 2,3,4,5,0.5 mg/kg LPS for LPS rats and 0.5 ml PBS pathogen-free solution for OLT rats was injected through caudal vein before OLT was performed by two-cuff method in the two group rats on day 8.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),ALT, AST in inferior caval vein blood and the activities of NF-?B in hepatic tissue were detected at 0,60,180 min after dissecting hepatoduodenal ligament in Sham group and after portal vein reperfusion in OLT group and LPS group. The morphological changes of hepatic tissue were observed through light microscope and electron microscope at different time points. Results As compared with Sham group at the different time points respectively, the activities of NF-?B and the levels of TNF-? were higher in OLT group and LPS group(P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
In recent years, the importance of tyrosine phosphorylation in the nervous system of mammalian is gaining recognition. Tyros ine protein kinases exert important modulatory effect on the proliferation, diff erentiation, migration and metabolism-related singal transduction pathways in c ells. In this paper we reviewed the signal cascade process of three different ty rosine protein kinase families, including Trk, Src and Eph tyrosine protein kina se families. Furthermore, we discussed important role and possible mechanisms of these tyrosine protein kinases on the neuron synapse plasticity and learning an d memory process.

China Pharmacy 2015;26(36):5126-5128
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of dextran70 in Compound dextran70 eye drop. METHODS:HPLC-RID was performed on the column of Phenomenex PolySep-GFC-P 4000 with the mobile phase of 0.7% Na2SO4 solution. The flow rate was 0.5 ml/min,column temperature was 35 ℃ and injection volume was 50 μl,and the inner temperature of refrac-tive index detector was 40 ℃. RESULTS:The linear range of dextran70 was 0.1-5.0 mg/ml(r=0.999 5);RSDs of precision,sta-bility and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;average recovery was 97.45%-101.76%(RSD=0.57%,n=9). CONCLU-SIONS:The method is simple, fast and reliable with high separation and short analysis time, and can be used for the content deter-mination of dextran70 in Compound dextran70 eye drop.

Objective:To explore the cause and treatment of hemorrhage in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 112 cases of LC were analyzed to summarize the causes and treatment of hemorrhage. Results:The causes of hemorrhage in LC included subjective and objective elements. All of them were successfully hemostatic in different ways including reclamping, coagulation, suturing, packing hemostasis and suspension of falciform ligament of liver. Conclusion:Hemorrhage is the serious and most common complication in LC,but it can be avoided through an immediate and effective process.

Objective To study the effect of the combination of pathidine hydrochloride and anisodamine on the intraoperative effiacy of transhepatic biliary drainage and stent implantation done on the patient with advanced malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods 100 cases of percutaneous transhepatic catheterizde drainage (PTCD) and percutaneous transhepatic biliary stenting (PTBS) done for advanced malignant obstructive jaundice were divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group. In experimental group,100 mg pethidine hydrochloride and 10 mg anisodamine were injected intramuscularly 30 min before operation, while in control group,no analgesic or antispasmodic were used before and during operation. The blood pressure and heart rate were observed, the incidence rate of biliary-cardiac reflex and operating time were recorded, while the scale of pain felt by patient was evaluated with visual analogue scale. Results Compared to the control group, the patients in experimental group have more stable vital signs, feel more comfortable, suffering shorter operative time, less incidence rate of biliary cardiac reflex and less pain by using pethidine hydrochloride and anisodamine. Conclusion Application of pathidine hydrochloride and anisodamine during the transhepatic biliary drainage and stent implantation done on the patient with advanced malignant obstructive jaundice may release pain, reduce operating time.It is safe,at lower cost and can be used as routine medicine before PTCD or PTBS.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2011;32(2):112-114
Objective To estimate the application of ultrasound measurement of detrusor wall thickness (DWT) in the assessment of curative effect after operation. Methods Detrusor thickness was measured by linear ultrasound (7. 5 MHz) either at a filling volume of 50% of cystometric capacity or at 250 ml filling in 86 patients, who were diagnosed equivocal BOO, during a pressure-flow study. All patients accepted transurethral resection of the prostate. At 3 months post-surgery, the patients were divided into two groups according to curative effect after operation. The volume of the prostate, age and DWT were compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference in either age or volume of the prostate between the two groups. DWT was significantly higher (P<0.01) in the more curative effect group (37 cases, DWT 2. 5±0.3 mm) compared to the less curative effect group (49 cases, 2.2±0. 3 mm). As a predictor of curative effect, DWT of 2. 8 mm or greater had a positive predictive value of 100%, a negative predictive value of 62%, specificity of 100% and sensitivity of 19%. Receiver operating characteristic analysis (ROC) revealed that DWT had a high predictive value for curative effect post-surgery with an AUC of 0. 84±0. 04. Conclusions In patients with equivocal BOO, ultrasonographically assessed detrusor thickness may have a predictive value for curative effect post-surgery. However, this cutoff value needs to be validated in a larger study population.

To discuss the situation of country doctors' training in Honghe State of Yunnan Province and to search the more useful training methods, the 171 trainees were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire. It appeared that most students improved knowledge and clinical skills obviously and they wanted more knowledge and case analysis and training of clinic skills.
