China Pharmacy 2017;28(20):2840-2842
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Bushen huoxue cupailuan decoction on clinical effects and related index-es of infertility induced by polycystic ovary syndrome. METHODS:A total of 120 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney de-ficiency and blood stasis selected from our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random num-ber table, with 60 cases in each group. From the 5th day of menstruation, control group was given Clomiphene citrate capsules 50 mg,qd;observation group was given 200 mL of Bushen huoxue cupailuan decoction, morning and night. Atreatment course lasted for 3 menstrnal cycle, both groups were treated for 1-2 courses. The number of follicles, endometrial thickness, ovarian volume and serum hormone levels (INS,LH,FSH,PRL,T,E2) were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. The pregnancy rate were compared between 2 groups after treatment. RESULTS:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the num-ber of follicles, endometrial thickness, ovarian volume or serum hormone levels between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the number of follicles, endometrial thickness and ovarian volume in 2 groups were all increased;the improvement of observation group was better than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH and E2 in 2 groups were increased significantly;the level of serum hormone in observation group was significantly better than control group, with sta-tistical significance(P<0.05). The pregnancy rate of observation group was 63.33%,which was significantly higher than 46.67%of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Bushen huoxue cupailuan decoction can effectively im-prove serum hormone lever, ovary condition and pregnancy rate in the infertility patients induced by polycystic ovary syndrome.
2.EFFECTS OF L-TETRAHYDROPALMATINE ON ISOLATED GUINEA PIG ATRIA
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
L-tetrahydropalmatine (THP) & verapamil ( Ver ) antagonized CaCl2-induced positive chronotropic response in spontaneously beating right atria of guinea pig, and noncompetitively antagonized CaCl2 -& isoprenaline ( Iso ) -induced positive inotropic effects of the left atria electrically driven at 1.5 Hz & Iso-induced positive chronotro-pic effects of the right atria. THP & Ver had dose-dependent & frequency-dependent inhibitory effects on contraction of the left atria, and inversed the frequency-contraction curve from positive staircase into negative staircase, but had only slight inhibitory effects on postrest potentiation. The results suggest that THP, similar to Ver, has inhibitory effects on isolated guinea pig atria, which might be related to antagonizing Ca2+ via blockade of Ca2+ influx.

Objective To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the kidney tissues of chronic interstitial nephritis(CIN).Methods Expression of bFGF was assayed in 30 patients with CIN and 5 normal persons by SP method of immunohistochemical technique. The average gray value and average optical density of the bFGF positive parts and its ratio with the whole visual field had been measured with video analysis system. Results The expression of bFGF in the kidney tissues of CIN was significantly stronger than that in normal tissues. The average gray value, average optical density and the positive areas were significantly high compared with that of normal cases. Conclusion The bFGF can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and monocytes in renal interstitial patients and lead to renal interstitial fibrosis in the end.
6.Application of antigen-antibody joint detection in increasing detection rate of HCV infection in patients with hemodialysis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(7):920-922
Objective To invetigate the application value of antigen‐antibody joint detection in increasing the detection rate of hepatitis C infection in the patients with hemodialysis .Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of hemodialysis were collected .Hep‐atitis C virus(HCV) core antigen ,HCV antibody and HCV‐RNA were detected by adopting ELISA ,Chemiluminescence and RT‐PCR respectively .The positive expression situation of each detection item in the same specimen was performed statistics .The detec‐tion rates of RNA positive specimen were compared among the single antigen detection ,single antibody detection and joint detection schemes ;at the same time the antigen level of antigen positive specimens ant its RNA copy number were performed the correlation analysis .The antibody levels in the positive antibody specimens were compared between the RNA positive group and the RNA neg‐ative group .Results The single antigen or single antibody detection could cause the missed detection of HCV infection in hemodial‐ysis patients .For the specimens of positive RNA ,the joint detection had the highest detection rate (P<0 .05) ,the antigen level in the antigen positive specimens was positively correlated with the RNA copy number in the corresponding specimens (r=0 .85 ,P<0 .05) ,while the antibody level in the antibody positive specimens had no statistical difference between the RNA positive group and the RNA negative group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The joint detection of HCV antigen antibody can effectively increase the detection rate of hepatitis C infection in hemodialysis patients .At the same time the HCV core antigen detection also can be used as one of monitoring indicators for the HCV re -infection in the patients with antibody positive .

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(47):8288-8293
BACKGROUND:Poly-L-lactide sternal coaptation pins have been gradual y used in clinic, but there are stil few reports about the clinical effects of poly-L-lactide sternal coaptation pins in sternal fractures and sternal fixation after heart surgery.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the clinical effects of poly-L-lactide sternal coaptation pins in coronary artery bypass grafting.
METHODS:Total y 150 patients who had received coronary artery bypass graft were enrol ed. Ninety-five out of 150 patients received sternal fixation using steel wires as control group, and the other 55 patients underwent sternal fixation using steel wires and poly-L-lactide sternal coaptation pins as test group. Pethidine dosage, incidence rates of pulmonary complications and wound infection, postoperative hospitalization days and hospital costs were compared between the two groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:During the fol ow-up period (3-8 years), there was no sternal infection and nonunion in the two groups. In the test group, pethidine dosage and hospitalization days were fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05). No significant differences were found in the incidence rates of complications and wound infection and hospital costs between the two groups (P>0.05). These findings indicate that poly-L-lactide sternal coaptation pins are feasible in the coronary artery bypass grafting.
