Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(5):11-13
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative health education by both doctors and nurses on parturition? Methods One hundred and sixty primiparas at uterogestation undergoing analgesic parturition were assigned equally into the control and observation groups according to their admission sequence? The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group the collaborative health education by both doctors and nurses? The two groups were compared in terms of analgesic effect, vaginal delivery and post-partum hemorrhage? Result The rates of analgesic delivery and vaginal delivery in the observation group were significantly higher and the volume of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly smaller than those of the control group(all P < 0?05)?Conclusion The collaborative health education may be effective in alleviating mental stress of the preimiparas, enhancing the analgesic effect, increasing the rate of vaginal delivery and decreasing the volume of postpartum hemorrhage?

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(24):1876-1878
Objective To investigate the effect of complication and treatment compliance on PDCA nursing pathway in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 126 children with bronchial pneumonia were divided into two groups by random number table. There were 67 children in observation group with PDCA nursing pathway and 59 children in control group with normal nursing pathway. The effects of nursing in two groups were observed, including complications, length of hospital stay, cost, nursing compliance and satisfaction of nursing. Results The total occurrence rate of complication in observation group was 4.5%(3/67), while in control group was 18.6%(11/59). There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2=6.375, P<0.05). Compliance rate of children in observation group was 62.7%(42/67) which was significantly higher than 44.1% (26/59) of control group (χ2=4.738, P < 0.05). Hospitalization time in observation group was (5.9±2.1) d and cost was (1 703±390) yuan, while those in control group were (6.9 ± 2.8) d and (2 012 ± 501) yuan respectively. Both in observation group were obviously lower than in control group, and the difference was significant (χ2=2.161, 3.668, P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursery in observation group was significantly higher than the control group, which were 82.1% (55/67) and 61.0% (36/59) respectively. The difference was significantly different (χ2=6.944,P <0.05). Conclusions PDCA nursing pathway could decrease complication and improve treatment compliance as well as satisfaction of patients, it′s worth popularizing.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
Objective:To study the protective e ect of Sini decoction on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods:The model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline and sublingual venous injection of pituitrin. The changes of ECG,serum activity of creatine phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured. Results:Sini decoction signi cantly improved the extents of abnormal rising and lowering of ST segment(P

Objective To study the diagnostic value of TREM-1,PCT and CD64 in children with sepsis disease and its effect on the application of low dose hormone. Methods 80 cases children with septic disease who received therapy from September 2014 to September 2016 in the third affiliated hospital of wenzhou medical university,28 cases of severe sepsis disease,52 cases of general sepsis disease, and selected 40 cases of healthy children in our hospital during the same period, the levels of TREM-1,PCT,CD64 of three groups were compared. And through the random number table method, those 80 cases children with sepsis disease were divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40),the control group was treated with routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with hydroprednisone on the basis of the control group, after treatment for seven days, the levels of TREM-1,PCT,CD64 of two groups were compared. Results The levels of TREM-1, PCT and CD64 in the severe sepsis disease group and general sepsis disease group were higher than the healthy group(P<0.05),and the levels of TREM-1, PCT and CD64 in severe sepsis disease group were significantly higher than the general sepsis disease group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TREM-1,PCT and CD64 were improved in two groups of patients with sepsis disease(P<0.05),after treatment of one day and seven days, the levels of TREM-1,PCT and CD64 in observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TREM-1,PCT,CD64 levels can be used as early detection in children with sepsis disease, low dose glucocorticoid can effectively reduce the expression of TREM-1,PCT and CD64 levels in children with sepsis,it's conducive to the disease control.

9.Effect of Relevant Training on Understanding of Plant Reproduction in Preschoolers Aged 5 to 6
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(09):-
Objective:To explore effect of relevant training on understanding of theory of naive biology for plant reproduction in 5- and 6-years old,and to attempt to provide demonstration for a debate of different views between domain universality and domain specificity cognitive development.Methods:48 preschoolers who did not comprehend concept of plant reproduction screened from 64 preschoolers ages 5 to 6 were surveyed by clinical method.Half of the 48 children were assigned to intervention group, the other to control group. The effects of intervention were compared by the experimental before-after design. Results:Relevant biological knowledge might widely accelerate 5- and 6-year-olds' understandings for plant reproduction, and 6-year-olds had more enhancement than 5-year-olds.Pass rates of intervention group were more 29.2% than control group in 5 year olds, and more 54.1% in 6 year olds. Conclusion:Acquiring specific knowledge will generally improve preschoolers' cognition on plant reproduction.Children' cognitive development is influenced jointly by both domain-specific and domain-general thinking.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(11):59-61
Objective To raise the awareness of the glandularis ureteritis. Methods Five cases with glandularis ureteritis confirmed by pathological examination from Jan 2001 to Jun 2012 were reviewed. The diagnosis was assessed on histopathologic studies in all. The clinical manifestations, the diagnosis and treatment were discussed. Results Resections of the affected ureter and ureteroplasty were undertaken for 2 patients. Ureteronephrectomy was performed for 2 patients because of serious hydronephrosis due to obstruction. Electrofulguration via-ureteroscopy was carried out for another patient. All patients have been well and without recurrence on following up for 15 to 152 months, with an average of 86.6 months. Conclusion Glandularis ureteritis is not frequently seen and the etiopathogenesis is not yet clear. Biopsy is very important for suspected neoplasm of ureter before performing nephrectomy.
