1.Progress of mechanism of improving follicles and the receptivity of endometrium of the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer patients
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(1):75-77
In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) technology is one of the important means to treat infertility in recent years, although it had made remarkable progress in the field of reproductive medicine, but IVF-ET pregnancy success rate is not very ideal, the reasons that influent the success of IVF-ET include both parents donor of various unfavorable factors and stimulate ovulation itself produces all sorts of malpractices, its influence factors are complicated. In recent years, how to reduce the adverse factors affecting IVF-ET,to improve the success rate of pregnancy of IVF-ET has become the hot topics in the study of domestic clinical intervention in IVF-ET,and the domestic research shown that the quality of the follicle and endometrial environment is the key to determine the success of IVF-ET.
2.Evaluation of Estrogenic Activity of DDE by MCF-7 Cell Proliferation Bioassay
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the estrogen activity of DDE by using MCF-7 cell proliferation bioassay. Methods The estrogen activity of DDE was tested by using the MCF-7 cell multiplication experiment in vitro and the mechanism was explored preliminarily through growth curve analysis. Results DDE showed an obvious estrogenic activity in the MCF-7 cell proliferation and the cell cycle analysis indicated that cell proliferation index in DDE group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion DDE has the estrogenic activity and the mechanism may be the same as that of E2,that is,binding with the estrogen receptor is the first step of the following biological effects.
4.Resistance Analysis of Streptococcus Pneumoniae in Children with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Wenzhou Area between 2004 and 2007
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
95%).Strains of PNSP were significantly more common than those PSSP(72.56% vs 22.72%),and strains of Sp resistant to erythromycin were significantly more common than susceptible to erythromycin too(94.42% vs 0.88%).Conclusions The antimicrobial resistance of Sp from children with lower respiratory tract infection in Wenzhou area has became a severe problem.Multi-drug resistance of Sp has been observed to chlorodeoxylincomycin, erythromycin, tetracycline and so on.The results will provide some important information for the therapy and the choice of antibiotics of Sp infection.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of interactive intramedullary intertlocking nail on the elongation of lower extremity long bone. Methods The clinical data of 39 patients underwent the elongatin of femur and tibia using interactive intramedullary interlocking nail were retrospectively analyzed. Results The follow-up time was 8~34 months (average 14 months) after operation. The bone lengthening was 5~8cm(average 7 2cm), the consolidation index was 35d/cm, and lengthening rate was 33%. 2 cases had 5? deformity. There were not the complications of osteomyelitis and neurologic deficit, and secondary fracture did not occur in all patients. Conclusion The interactive intramedullary intertlocking nail is an effective device of bone lengthening, which is more suitable for femur and tibia elongation because of asking simpler skill and less operation time.

Objective To assess the influence of tube current and tube voltage on the CT attenuation, radiation dose, and image quality. Methods A total of 113 saline solutions with decreasing dilution of contrast medium (370 mg I/ml) was produced.MDCT scan was performed with 15 series of different settings of tube current and tube voltage.CT attenuations with 15 series of different settings were all measured, and influence of tube current and tube voltage on CT attenuations was analyzed.CT dose index (CTDIvol) was recorded. The CT attenuations with different tube voltage and current were compared with one-way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test. The correlation of CT attenuation with different tube voltage and the influence of tube voltage and current on radiation dose and image quality were tested by correlation analysis. Results Tube current (250,200,150,100,and 50 mA) had no significant effect on CT attenuation (F =0.001,0.008,0.075,P > 0.05),while tube voltage (120,100,and 80 kV) had significant effect (H =17.906,17.906,13.527,20.124,23.563,P < 0.05).The correlation between CT attenuation and tube voltage was determined with equation:CT attenuatio N100 kV =1.561 × CT attenuatio N120kv + 4.0818,CT attenuatio N80kV =1.2131 × CT attenuatio N120kv + 0.9283.The influence of tube voltage on radiation dose and image quality was also analyzed, and equations were also obtained:N120 kV =-5.9771Ln(D120 kV) + 25.412,N100 kV =--10.544Ln (D100 kV) + 36.262,N80 kV =-25.326Ln(D80kv) +62.816.According to the results of relationship among CT attenuation, radiation dose, and image quality, lower tube voltage with higher tube current can reduce the radiation dose. Conclusions Lower tube voltage can reduce the radiation dose. However,CT attenuation was influenced, and correction should be done with the equations.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(03):-
[Objeetive] To compare the expression level of CD44V6,?-catenin in osteosarcoma cells with controls, and to investigate the correlation with invasion of osteosarcoma cells.[Methods]Expression of CD44V6 and ?-catenin was examined by immunohistochemistry SP method in 35 specimens of human osteosarcoma tissue. The control group was 15 samples of normal bone tissue and 15 samples of osteochondroma.[Results]The expression of CD44V6 and ?-catenin was correlated significantly with clinical stage, neoplasm metastasis(P0.05).In osteosarcoma,CD44V6 was positively correlated with the expression of ?-catenin(u=3.77,P

Aim To explore the effects of cannabinoid (WIN55,212-2) on mRNA and protein expressions of PKAC-β,c-fos and BDNF in cerebral cortex after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)in rats. Methods ICH model of rats were made by Ⅶ Collagenase, which were injected by the intraperitoneal route, thirty minutes after the operations. The rats were killed for brain tissue as specimens with 24 hours. The localizations of PKAC-β,c-fos and BDNF were assessed by immunohistochemistry; The expressions of PKAC-β,c-fos and BDNF mRNA were detected by RT-PCR;The expressions of PKAC-β and BDNF protein were revealed by Western blot. Results WIN55,212-2 increased not only the levels of BDNF mRNA and protein, but also c-fos mRNA in ipsilateral cerebral cortex. However,it decreased the levels of PKAC-β mRNA and protein.PKAC-β,c-fos,and BDNF proteins were expressed on membrane of neurons, nucleus of neurons or the cytoplasm of glial cells respectively. Conclusion WIN55,212-2 induces the expression of BDNF in the cerebral cortex, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
