Objective: Using system dynamics to provide prospective and simulation of double exponential smoothing on Basic Medical Insurance Fund and related indexes from 2013-2022 in Liaoning. Methods: Using the post testing to select the best value of αand projecting the whole procedure of forecast into the software of system dynamics to get the prospective result. Results: In ending of simulation, the increase of fund and other objects will reach about 2 times as much as those in 2013 , and out-of-pocket in total expenditure on health will be declined greatly. Conclusion: The economy of province is developing fast while Basic Medical Insurance is in relatively lower level.

BACKGROUND: Isoflavone isolated from Trifolium pratense L. has been found to be able to effectively inhibit bone resorption, reduce bone turnover rate, improve osteocyte activity and bone mineral density by enhancing the effect of estrogen, which is helpful for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Trifolium pratense L. extracts on the bone resorption and differentiation of osteoclasts.METHODS: Rat bone marrow cells were extracted, isolated by lymphocyte separation and cultured for 5 hours; then, the non-adherent cells were selected followed by induced by 30 μg/L macrophage colony stimulating factor and 75 μg/L RANKL (control groups), or different concentrations of Trifolium pratense L. extracts (0.3, 0.6 and 1.2 g/L) to observe their effect on the osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption. The levels of osteoclast differentiation-associated proteins c-fos and NFATcl were determined by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the control group, different concentrations of Trifolium pratense L. extracts could suppress osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption to different degrees. Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase staining showed that Trifolium pratense L. extracts could significantly reduce the number of osteoclasts. Western blot assay results suggest that Trifolium pratense L. extracts significantly inhibited the expression levels of c-fos and NFATcl. These results reveal that Trifolium pratense L. extracts can inhibit osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption.

Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of D-polymannuronicate after single and successive administrations for 7 days by means of intravenous injection and intragastric administration.Methods Bioanalysis for the determination of D-polymannuronicate plasma concentration was applied in rats,and parameters of pharmacokinetics were calculated by DAS2.1.1 software.Results The well linearity(r=0.9991) in 0.05～150mg?L~(-1) of plasma concentrations.The recovery rate was between 94.72%～103.21%,the derivations withinday and between-days were less than 15%.Zata were 0.89,1.06,0.93,0.85 h~(-1) and t_(1/2z) were 0.78,0.69,0.75,0.87h corresponding with the four methods of administration.The bioavailabilities were 3%～5%.Conclusion The bioavailability was low.The ends of the elimination of two means of intravenous injection and intragastric administration were same. There was no significant difference in pharmacokinetic parameters of single and successive administrations.

RT-PCR, Western blot, and immunofluorescence were used to examine secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine(SPARC)mRNA and protein expression in adipose tissue of rats. The results showed that the expression levels of SPARC mRNA and protein in adipose tissue of insulin resistant rats were higher than those of the normal ones(all P＜0.01). SPARC may play a role in the negative feedback regulation duning the development of insulin resistance.

The pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has caused a serious impact on global public health and the economy. SARS-CoV-2 infiltrates host cells via its surface spike protein, which binds to angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 on the host cell membrane. As a result, small molecules targeting spike protein have emerged as a hotspot in anti-SARS-CoV-2 drug research. Activity screening is an important step in seeking small molecule drugs. Therefore, this article aims to review the biological activity evaluation methods of small molecule inhibitors targeting SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, with the goal of laying the foundation for the discovery of new anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs.

OBJECTIVETo explore the rehabilitation effect of SHI's Bian stone comprehensive therapy on the patient after induced abortion.

METHODSThirty cases of induced abortion were treated with SHI's Bian stone comprehensive therapy in peri-operative period. Before the operation, scraping therapy was given at the parts of The Urinary Bladder Channel and The Governor Vessel on the back and 30 min after the operation, the patient took a rest in a horizontal position on a mild heat Bian stone blanket and hot compress with a Bian stone plate was given at the lower abdomen. They received thrice return visits respectively on 1, 2, 3 weeks after the operation and SHI's Bian stone comprehensive therapy, including warm massage on The Governor Vessel, scraping the channel, patting Baliao (BL 31, BL 32, BL 33, BL 34), penetration needling Sanyinjiao (SP 6), oblique needling Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3), Zigong (EX-CA 1), and the Bian stone plate was placed on the needle hand for warm compress. Colporrhagia, menstrual return, soreness of waist and other symptoms after the operation were observed.

RESULTSAfter SHI's Bian stone comprehensive therapy, in the patient of induced abortion the colporrhagia volume was less within 3 days after the operation and the colporrhagia stopped more early; of the 30 cases, only 2 has soreness of waist, abdominal pain, fearing cool and other symptoms, and only one case had obviously delayed mestrual cycle.

CONCLUSIONSHI's Bian stone comprehensive therapy used in peri-operative period of induced abortion has a good promoting action on post operative rehabilitation.
