Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy(RLUL) for impacted ureteral calculi after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit.Methods 5 patients with unilateral impacted ureteral calculi after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit received RLUL were selected,and a retrospective study was performed for manner,duration of surgery,complications and length of stay and other indicators,and the treatment effect was evaluated.Results All procedures were successful and the mean operation time was (82.0±27.7)min,the extubation time was (5.4±1.1)d,hospitalization time was (10.0±2.9)d.Postoperative follow up for 6-48 months,there were no obvious complications.Conclusion The RLUL showed satisfactory availability and security for management ureteral calculi after radical cystectomy and ileal conduit.

Objective To discuss the role of endothelicyte activation in the development of pulmonary hypertension (PH) and vascular remodeling. Methods A total of 10 patients with simple ventricular septal defect(VSD)of congenital heart disease(CHD)were choosen as controls, and 30 patients with different degree of PH were studied. Plasma levels of interleukin-1(IL-1), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) which represented the degree of endothelicyte activation were measured by radioimmunoassay and commercial available kit. The specimens taken from right lung before cardiopulmonary bypass were fixed by formaldehyde solution. The percentage of vascular wall thickness/vascular external diameter (WT/D) and the percentage of vascular area/total vascular area (WA/A) which represented vascular remodeling, were measured by QTM970 analysator. Results Compared with patients of simple VSD, the plasma levels of IL-1, ET-1/NO and WA/A, WT/D increased in patients with PH. Conclusion The activation of endothelicytes and imbalance of ET/NO play an important role in the development of PH and vascular remodeling. Objective:To explore the inhibition of microRNA (miRNA, miR)-5590-3p on the expression of transforming growth factor beta typeⅡreceptor (TGFBR2) gene and its effect on the invasion and proliferation of gastric cancer cell line HS-746T.Methods:The gastric cancer cell line was cultured in vitro. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to analyze the expression of miR-5590-3p in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines. The miR-NC and miR-5590-3p mimic were transfected into gastric cancer cell line HS-746T by lipofection, and named as miR-NC group and miR-5590-3p group, respectively. qRT-PCR was used to measure transfection effects. Transwell assay and cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay were used to detect cell invasion and proliferation after transfection. The bioinformatics software predicts and the dual luciferase reporter gene system validates the target gene of miR-5590-3p. qRT-PCR and western blot were used to measure the expression of TGFBR2 and its downstream proteins in the transfected cells. Results:The expression of miR-5590-3p in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues ( P<0.01). The expression of miR-5590-3p in gastric cancer cell lines was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosal epithelial cells ( P<0.05), and lowest in HS-746T cells ( P<0.01). After transfection, the expression of miR-5590-3p in miR-5590-3p group (11.76±0.21) was significantly higher than that in miR-NC group (1.06±0.21), with statistically significant difference ( P<0.01). The number of invasive cells in miR-NC group and miR-5590-3p group were (101.20±15.47) and (26.53±6.53), respectively, and the invasion ability of miR-5590-3p group was significantly decreased ( P<0.01). Compared with the miR-NC group, the cell proliferation ability of the miR-5590-3p group was significantly decreased ( P<0.05). Bioinformatics software showed that the target gene for miR-5590-3p is TGFBR2. The dual luciferase reporter gene system confirmed that miR-5590-3p can target the TGFBR2 gene ( P<0.01). Western blot results showed that compared with miR-NC group, the expression of TGFBR2 in HS-746T cells in miR-5590-3p group was significantly decreased ( P<0.01), the expression of ZEB-1 and ZEB-2, and the expression of CDK1 and cyclin B proteins were decreased as well. Conclusions:miR-5590-3p can inhibit the invasion and proliferation of gastric cancer cell HS-746T by targeting and regulating the expression of TGFBR2 gene.

Objective To establish a stable orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT)model with hepatic artery reconstruction in mice.Methods Of the 66 OLT mice,33 recipient mice underwent conventional 'two cuff' technique without hepatic artery reconstruction(control group),33 with hepatic artery reconstruction using 'stent' technology(experimental group).Results The 2 week posttransplant survival rate was 84.85%(28/33)and 81.82%(27/33)in the arterialized and nonarterialized groups respectively.Serum γ-GT and ALP level of arterialized recipient were much lower than those of nonarterialized animals.The pathology of the donor liver showed that rearterialization helps to relieve bile duct injury of liver allograft.Conclusions The hepatic artery supply plays a central role in preventing bile duct injury after transplantation.This mouse OLT model may meet the need for the study of problems associated with liver transplantation.

Clinic expert information provides important references for residents in need of hospital care. Usually, such information is hidden in the deep web and cannot be directly indexed by search engines. To extract clinic expert information from the deep web, the first challenge is to make a judgment on forms. This paper proposes a novel method based on a domain model, which is a tree structure constructed by the attributes of search interfaces. With this model, search interfaces can be classified to a domain and filled in with domain keywords. Another challenge is to extract information from the returned web pages indexed by search interfaces. To filter the noise information on a web page, a block importance model is proposed. The experiment results indicated that the domain model yielded a precision 10.83% higher than that of the rule-based method, whereas the block importance model yielded an F₁ measure 10.5% higher than that of the XPath method.

BACKGROUND:Fibrin glue introduced into calcium phosphate cement has not been confirmed whether this way could overcome the compressive limits and the low degradation of calcium phosphate cement and to modify the biological properties of calcium phosphate cement. OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanical and biological properties of calcium phosphate cement/fibrin glue at different powder/liquid ratio for bone regeneration in vitro. METHODS:Calcium phosphate cement and fibrin glue were mixed at ratios of 1:1, 3:1, 5:1 (mL/g), and the pure calcium phosphate cement served as controls. Setting time, scanning electron microscope and the biomechanical test were used to analyze the composite scaffold structure, physical performance and the mechanical properties. Passage 3 osteoblasts were respectively inoculated on the material surface of the four groups, and pure cells served as blank controls. celladhesion, proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The initial and final setting time of calcium phosphate cement/fibrin glue at 1:1 and 3:1 (mL/g) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the initial and final setting time of calcium phosphate cement/fibrin glue at 5:1 (mL/g) was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Scanning electron microscope showed smoother and denser surface of composite scaffolds compared with the pure calcium phosphate cement. The aperture of the composite scaffolds was decreased with the increasing concentration of fibrin glue. The compressive strength of composite scaffolds at 3:1 and 5:1 was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while the modulus of the composite scaffolds at 1:1, 3:1, 5:1 was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). celladhesion, proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity showed no difference among the three composite scaffold and control groups, but al higher than the blank control group (P<0.05). These findings indicate that fibrin glue introduced into calcium phosphate cement can overcome the low-strength limits of calcium phosphate cement, and maintain the good biological properties of calcium phosphate cement for bone regeneration.

ObjectiveTo explore the childhood trauma experience and its relation to the eye emotion recognition ability in patients with schizophrenia.MethodsSeventy-one schizophrenic patients and fifty-two healthy subjects were assessed with the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ) and the Eye Basic Emotion Discrimination Task (EBEDT).ResultsThe CTQ total score in the patients group was significantly higher than those in the control group (47.86 ± 13.26 vs 34.27 ± 7.27,P ＜ 0.01 ).The subscores in emotional abuse,physical abuse,sexual abuse,emotional neglect and physical neglect of CTQ in the patients group were also significantly higher than those in the control group.(all P＜ 0.01 ).Compared with controls,the patients had significantly lower total accuracy( (86.74 ± 6.16vs73.42 ± 11.86) ％,P ＜ 0.01 ) and longer total reaction time ( (2776.75 ± 703.42 vs 4321.40 ± 1956.83 )ms,P ＜ 0.01 )of EBEDT.The significant difference were also found on the accuracy and reaction time of the EBEDT six basic emotion between the two groups ( all P ＜ 0.01 ).Correlation analysis indicated that CTQ total score were negatively correlated with the EBEDT total accuracy ( r=-0.390,P＜0.01 ),and its sub-accuracy of happiness,surprise,sadness,and anger ( respectively r =- 0.419,r =- 0.451,r =- 0.391,r =- 0.344,P ＜ 0.01 ) in the patients group.The correlation between CTQ total score and EBEDT total accuracy was also found in the control group.ConclusionChildhood trauma is related to eye basic emotion recognition in schizophrenia patients,suggesting that the trauma during childhood can affect the social recognition ability.

Objective To explore the relationship between methylenetetra hydrofolate reduetase (MTHFR) C677T genotypo and unstable angina pectoris(UA) in Chinese population. Methods The study consisted of 90 UA cases (UA group), and an age- and sex- matched healthy control cases (control group, n = 90). PC R-RFLP was used to analyze polymorphism of the MTHFR C677T genotypo. The relationship between MTHFR C677T genotype and UA was observed. Results MTHFR 677C→T mutation was found in 30 of 90 patients with unstable angina pectoris (33.33%) and in 15 of 90 control subjects (16.67%). This difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion MTHFR 677C→T mutation is closely related to the unstable angina poctoris.

Objective:To observe the clinicopathological features of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) cases with concurrent carcinoma. Methods:Patient data of 24 GIST cases with concurrent carcinoma were collected from the 157 GIST cases reported be-tween 2002 and 2012. The clinicopathological features of the GIST cases with concomitant carcinoma were studied. The expression of CD117, CD34, and SMA by the tumors was assayed using the immunohistochemical EliVision method. In particular, the expression of the proliferation marker Ki-67 was studied. Results:GIST cases with concurrent carcinoma accounted for 15.3%of the total GIST cas-es studied. The GIST patients with concurrent carcinoma included 14 males and 10 females. The male-female ratio of these patients was 1.4∶1. The age of the patients ranged from 41 years to 66 years, with a median age of 55 years. Lesions at the inferior segment of the esophagus were found in 7 of the 24 selected GIST cases;lesions at the gastric wall and in the intestines were observed in 15 and 2 cas-es, respectively. The diameter of the GIST cases with concurrent carcinoma ranged between 0.6 and 3.8 cm, with an average of 1.50 ± 0.85 cm. Slight dysplasia was observed in 4 of the 24 cases; no heteromorphism was present in the remaining 20 cases. The mitotic counts of GIST cases with concurrent carcinoma ranged from 0/50 HPF to 5/50 HPF, with an average of (0.79±1.83)/50 HPF. The pro-liferative index of Ki-67 in the GIST cases with concurrent carcinoma ranged between 0 and 7.72, with an average of 2.16 ± 3.26. The concurrent carcinoma cases included 5 cases with esophageal carcinoma, 2 with cardiac carcinoma, 15 with gastric cancer, and 2 with intestinal cancer. In contrast to the GIST cases with concurrent carcinoma, the GIST cases without carcinoma complications included 74 males and 59 females. The male-female ratio was 1.25∶1. The age of the patients without concurrent carcinoma ranged from 43 years to 71 years, with a median age of 54 years. Among the 133 GIST cases without cancer complications, gastric, intestinal, and esophageal lesions were found in 114, 13, and 6 cases, respectively. The diameter of GISTs without cancerous complications ranged from 2.4 cm to 15.5 cm, with an average of 6.11 ± 7.09 cm. Different degrees of dysplasia were seen in 82 of the 133 cases. The mitotic counts in the GIST cases without cancer complications ranged from 0/50 HPF to 53/50 HPF, with an average of (3.81±23.67)/50 HPF. The prolifera-tive index of Ki-67 for these cases ranged from 0 to 39.21 and averaged at 6.22 ± 16.96. The male-female ratio of the GIST cases with cancer complications was higher compared with the GIST cases without. The average diameter of GISTs with complications was small-er compared with that of GISTs without complications. The mitotic counts and the proliferative index of Ki-67 were significantly lower in the GIST cases with cancer complications than in those without (t=1.981, P<0.05 vs. t=1.993 5, P<0.05). Conclusion:Concurrent car-cinomas were found in 15.3% of the total GIST cases. No special clinical symptoms were observed in most GIST cases with cancer complications, as revealed when the carcinomas were examined. The proliferative index of Ki-67 in the GIST cases with concurrent car-cinoma is significantly lower compared with that of the GIST cases without complications.
