Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(02):-
The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was studied in 50 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin using immunohistochemistry and PCNA cyclin monoclonal antibody. PCNA staining was found in the nuclei of tumour cells, two types of staining were seen, a granular pattern and a more diffuse nuclear staining. The expression of PCNA showed a significant positive correlation with degrees of differentiation of the carcinoma cells and lymph node metastasis (P
2.Expression of p53, PCNA and Stroma Macrophage in Relation to the Degree of Differentiation in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Skin
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
The expressions of p53 protein, PCNA and macrophage count in 50 cases of skin squamous cell carcinoma were studied by LSAB immunostaining of monoclonal antibodies (PC-10, CD68 and Do-7). The relationship between the proliferation of cancer cell and the count of stroma macrophage to the degree of differentiation was studied and observed in situ. The results showed that the positive rates of expression of both p53 protein and PCNA in the squamous cell carcinoma were 56% and 100%, respectively. The distribution and strength of the expression of p53 protein and PCNA were positively correlated to the degree of cell differentiation. Macrophoge regularly located in the margin of cancer nest. The macrophage count was reversely correlated to the degree of differentiation. It is concluded that the degree of differentiation is parallel to the expression of p53 protein and PCNA, whereas, the macrophages in the stroma to some extent inhibits the cancer cell proliferation.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(11):77-80
Objective To investigate the immune protective effect of recombinant growth hormone on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) patients with typeⅡin respiratory failure during the application of ventilator. Methods 52 patients with COPD with respiratory failure in Taizhou City Hospital from July 2014 to November 2015 in this study who were treated with ventilator therapy were divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment, and the treatment group received more with recombinant growth hormone 8 U/d subcutaneous injected. Before and after treatment 14 days, determination of nutritional indicators, immune function, inflammatory markers and indicators of oxidative stress. Results Compared with before treatment, levels of total protein, albumin, transferrin and fibronectin in 2 groups after treatment increased, levels of IgM,IgG,CD4 +,CD8 +and CD4 +/CD8 +increased, levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and CRP decreased, levels of MDA,GSH and TAO decreased, levels of SOD increased(P<0.05), compared with the control group, levels of total protein, albumin, transferrin and fibronectin in the treatment group were higher, levels of IgM,IgG,CD4 +, CD8 +and CD4 +/CD8 +were higher, levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and CRP were lower, levels of MDA,GSH and TAO were lower, levels of SOD were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant growth hormone has immune function protective effect on the COPD patients with type II respiratory failure in the process of breathing machine, which can improve the nutritional index and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
7.Expression of LMP-1,NET-1,and VEGF in non-keratin nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2006;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the expression of latent membrane protein-1(LMP-1),NET-1,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in non-keratin nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NK-NPC)and its clinical significance. Methods :Sixty biopsy specimens from pathologically-confirmed NK-NPC patients, who were treated in the Affilitated Hospital of Nantong University from May 1999 to May 2003,were included in the present study.Using immunohistochemical techniques (Envison two-step),we examined the expression of LMP-1,NET-1 and VEGF protein in the specimens. The relationship between their expression and elnicopathological parameters and the prognosis was anayzed.Ten specimens of chronic nasopharyngitis served as control.Results:(1)The positive rates of LMP-1,NET-1 and VEGF in NK-NPC were significantly higher than those in the chronic nasopharyngitis(P0.05).(3)NET-1 and VEGF expression in NK-NPC specimens were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P
8.Application value of Doppler ultrasound in early active axial spondyloarthropathy
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(8):1256-1259
Objective s To investigate the value of Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing active sacroiliitis of axial spondyloarthropathy (axSpA) patients. Methods The Doppler ultrasound and MRI data of 51 patients with early axSpA was retrospectively analyzed.According to MRI results,axSpA patients were divided into active sacroiliitis (active group) and inactive sacroiliitis (inactive group). The color flow display and blood flow resistance index (RI) were compared.Considering MRI as the diagnostic standard,ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of RI in detecting active sacroiliitis. Results There were 32 cases wth 58 joints (6 cases were single active sacroiliitis) in activity group and 19 cases with 38 joints in inactivity group. The flow signals demonstration rate of sacroiliac joint in activity group (51/58,87.93%) was higher than that in inactive group (26/38,68.42%;x2 =5.505,P=0.019).There was no statistical difference of the indegree of blood flow between the two groups (Z=-1.93,P=0.053).RI in active group (0.59±0.08) was lower than that in inactive group (0.71±0.09;t=-6.04;P<0.001).Taking RI=0.64 for diagnosis of active sacoriliitis in axSpA patients, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate were 80.8%,74.5% and 78.7%,respectively.Conclusion Through observing abnormal blood flow signals around and internal the sacroiliac joints, ultrasonography can response active sacroiliitis in axSpA patients with higher accuracy.
