1.Mental disorder of patients receiving intravascular stent Implantation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(48):9499-9502
Patients who have received coronary artery interventional therapy exhibit visible anxiety and depression, which is closely related to prognosis and life quality. Therefore, for coronary artery stent patients, exception of anticoagulation and antihyperlipedemic drugs, psychological support, cognition therapy and distorted behavior rectification should be applied. The medication of anti-anxiety or depression is of great importance in ameliorate mental state, relieve mental load, as well as enhance prognosis of patients.
2.Correlation between periodontal disease and ischemic stroke and its possible mechanisms
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(8):616-619
A large number of epidemiological studies have indicated that periodontal disease and ischemic stroke have a certain correlation, which may be its independent risk factor, but the exact mechanism is not fully understood. This article reviews the epidemiological studies of periodontal disease and ischemic stroke as well as its possible mechanism of action.
4.Immunoregulatory Effects of ?-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid and Its Applications in Organ Transplantation
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the immunoregulatory effects of immunonutrient ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) and its applications in organ transplantation. Methods Relevant literatures of recent years were reviewed. Results The immunoregulatory effects of ?-3 PUFA can inhibit proliferation and activation of the immunocompetent cells including T cell and B cell, reduce cytokine production, modulate immunologic response, improve graft function, pro-long survival, reduce episodes of rejection, and lessen adverse reactions of immunosuppressor. Conclusion ?-3 PUFA should have wide applications in organ transplantation due to its immunoregulatory effects. However, this research should be further studied.
5.Sompatible Stability of Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium for Injection Mixing with Doxofylline for Injection
China Pharmacy 2007;0(35):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of doxofylline for injection with cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for Injection. METHODS:The contents of 2 constituents in the mixed solution stored at (25?1)℃ within 6 hours were determined by dual ultraviolet wavelength spectrophotometry, and the appearance and pH value of the mixture were compared with those before mixing. RESULTS:There was no significant change in the content of doxofylline after mixing, while the contents of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium showed a slight reduction. No significant change was noted for other indexes. CONCLUSION:Doxofylline injection is compatible with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection at 25℃ within 4 hours' mixing.
6.Effects of Yigu capsule on the level of cbf ?-1 mRNA in bone of ovariectomized osteoporosis rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
AIM:To analyze the regulatory effect of Yigu capsule on core binding factor alpha 1 (cbf ?-1) gene expression in bone of ovariectomized osteoporosis (OP) rats. METHODS: Thirty-six 10-month old Sprague-Dawley female rats were randomized into three groups: sham-operated group, model group and drug group. After intervention by the corresponding methods, the femurs were collected, SYBR green Ⅰ fluorescence quantitative PCR technique was applied with the internal control of GAPDH according to the relative quantitative formula (2-Ct), the differentially expressed multiples between the model group or drug group and sham-operated group were calculated. RESULTS: Quantitative formula analysis showed that the level of cbf ?-1 gene expression in bone of model groups was decreased than that in sham-operated rats [compared with sham-operated group, P0.05). CONCLUSION: The results of this study show that cbf ?-1 gene expression in bone tissue of ovariectomized OP rat is decreased, and Yigu capsule increases the level of cbf ?-1 gene expression in bone of OP, indicating that Yigu capsule induces bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts.
8.Effect of environment variable on the anxiety of military people at high altitude
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2008;17(10):924-925
Objective To understand the effect of environment variables on anxiety in the soldiers at high altitude. Methods A total of 267 soldiers at high altitude were investigated with the self-rating anxiety scale, the environmental scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire. Results Compared with norm(29.78±0.46),the soldiers at high altitude had higher sore of anxiety(37.22±6.64;t=17.92,P<0.01).One-way ANOVA and independent.samples t test showed that the anxiety(38.37±5.93,36.65±6.951,36.75±6.88)of military people at high altitude had not evidently difference in different altitude(≥3587.5m,3587.5~2767.9m,≤2767.9m).Parental culture.length of military service(F=3.25,P<0.05)and neuroticism(R=0.52,P<0.01)had evidently effect on the depression of soldiers. Conclusion The occurrence of anxiety in the soldiers at high altitude has a higher level.Parental culture.1ength of military service and neuroticism had predictive value for depression.
9.Research on the design and application of the intelligent control and multi-functional combination of rehabilitation care system in treatment of cerebral apoplexy
China Medical Equipment 2016;(2):33-35
Objective:To design a new rehabilitation system for cerebral apoplexy patients, and help patients complete rehabilitation treatment on the bed. Methods: Design the basic structure of the system through mechanical technology, make the realization of the function by using circuit and wireless control system, global-eye system was embedded in it by using the principle of the 3G to 4G intelligent technology for improving the humanized design of the system. Results:Through application in physical therapy, nursing, clinical rehabilitation, and clinical therapy in hospitals, it achieved good economic and social benefits, got the recognition of patients, clinicians and rehabilitation therapists. Conclusion: It can be used for the treatment of cerebral apoplexy, reduce medical expenditure, save amount of social resource and improve the work efficiency of medical staff.
10.Updates of bleeding control during laparoscopic hepatectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2016;15(5):523-526
Laparoscopic hepatectomy has the advantages of less trauma and pain, cosmetics and shorter duration of hospital stay, with a widespread application in all kinds of hepatectomy.Intraoperative bleeding control is the most important technology. In recent studies, effective hepatic vascular occlusion, usages of various devices for liver parenchymal transection and low-center venous pressure technology are effective to control bleeding in laparoscopic hepatectomy.
