The linear formula was Y=3. 682? 107X+ 1700, The average recovery and recision were 99. 49% , and RSD=0. 12% ( n=5) . CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, specific and can be used to the quality control of the preparation.
4.Progress of thrombelastography in hemorrhagic disorders and thrombophilia in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):44-47
Thrombelastography(TEG) is a convenient, rapid test of coagulation. It records the continuous profiles of whole blood coagulation by measureing the viscoelastic changes of blood clot.Compared with conventional test of coagulation,TEG reflects the function of platelet, coagulation factors and fibrinolysis more comprehensively and dynamically. The small volume of blood required and less time-consuming make it more suitble for children. This review focuses on the clinical value of TEG in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic disorders as well as the individualized treatment of cogulation disorders, disseminated intravascular coagulation and antiplatelet drugs.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To explore the immunosuppressive effect of XGD 1 and its mechanism. Methods Different concentrations of XGD 1 were added to PHA or ConA induced human peripheral blood T lymphocyte.Seventy two hours later modified MTT assay was employed to test the effect of XGD 1 on T cell proliferation. Flowcytometry was used to examine the effect of XGD 1 on the expression of IL 2 receptor(IL 2R) on the surface of T cells individually at 48 h and 72 h.And the effects of XGD 1 combined with cyclosporine A(CsA) on the proliferation of T lymphocytes and the expression of IL 2R were also investigated. Results In the concentration range of 0.2~25 ?g/ml,XGD 1 exerted marked inhibitory effect on PHA or ConA induced T cell proliferation, which was proportional to dose. Flowcytometry showed that XGD 1 inhibited the expression of IL 2R,and the percentage of IL 2R? positive cells after stimulation of PHA decreased from 47.67% to 25.03% in the presence of XGD 1 (1 ?g/ml).XGD 1 and CsA had synergism in inhibition of T cell proliferation and IL 2R expression. Conclusion The study suggests that XGD 1 has immunosuppressive effect. The suppressive effect of XGD 1 on T cell proliferation is most probably mediated by decreasing IL 2R expression.
6.Thinking of nuclear disaster caused by earthquake and tsunami in Fukushima
China Medical Equipment 2013;(9):48-51
On March 11, 2011 eastern Japan was struck by magnitude 9.0 earthquake and an enormous tsunami which together killed over 20,500 people and resulted in the evacuation of over 320,000 people from the devastated areas. This paper introduces the damage sustained by the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear power plant during this major natural disaster, as well as the protection of the public protection measures;nuclear accident in Fukushima is worth pondering for future energy development planning and response in Japan and around the world.

8.Comparison between the effect of SOX regimen and FOLFOX4 regimen for advanced gastric cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(1):42-44,51
Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of SOX and FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Total of 32 patients with advanced gastric cancer proved pathologically were randomly divided into 2 groups:16 patients received SOX regimen [oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 as a 2-hour infusion on day 1,S-1 capsules 80 mg/(m-2·d) twice a day per oral from day 1 to day 14 every 3 weeks],the other 16 patients received FOLFOX4 regimen [oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 as a 2-hour infusion on day 1 and a 2-hour infusion of LV 200/(m2· d) followed by a 5-Fu bolus 400/(m2· d) and 22-hour infusion 600/(m2· d) for 2 consecutive days every 2 weeks].Efficacy was evaluated at least 2 cycles. Results The response rates of SOX group and FOLFOX4 group were 56.25 % (9/16) and 43.57 % (7/16),the disease control rates were 81.25 % (13/16) and 75.00 % (12/16).The median progress free survival times were 7.2 months and 5.6 months, the median overall survival times were 9.4 months and 7.9 months. The main toxicity in the two groups was hematological toxicity,nausea/vomiting,and peripheral neuropathy. The main grade 3 hematologic toxicity was neutropenia, with no significant difference between them [12.50 % (2/16) vs 31.25 % (5/16),P =0.394].Conclusions Both SOX and FOLFOX4 regimens are effective for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Compared with FOLFOX4 regimen,SOX regimen is better tolerated for advanced gastric cancer with longer progress free survival and overall survival.
9.Recent progress in molecular genetics and therapy for X-linked juvenile retinoschisis
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2012;30(1):94-96
Juvenile retinoschisis (RS or XLRS,MIM#312700)is a rare X-linked inherited disorder, mainly affects bilateral retina, and is characterized by cartwheel-like changes of the macular region of the retina and schisis or splitting within the inner retinal layers, leading to visual deterioration. The electroretinogram is beneficial in the diagnosis of juvenile retinoschisis. The a-wave can be of normal or nearly normal amplitude in this disorder, whereas the amplitude of the b-wave is appreciably reduced, giving a decrease in the proportion of b/a.The responsible gene,XLRSl,maps to Xp22 and was identified by positional cloning. This paper makes a brief review about the latest XLRS research of pathogenesis, animal experiments, clinical therapy, and 25 references are cited.
