2.EFFECTS OF SAPONNINS OF ZIZYPHUS JUJUBA NILL SEEDS ( ZS ) ON PLASMA LIPIDS AND LIPOPROTEINCHOLESTERINS OF RATS
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
The effects of ZS on plasma lipids and lipoprotein-cholesterins of rats fed on normal diet and rats fed on rich-fat diet were studied. It was found that ZS at 64 mg/kg?d-1 ip for 20 d could reduce the levels of TC and LDL-c, increase HDL-c and HDL 2 -c of rats fed on normal diet. ZS at same dosage could reduce TG, and increase HDL2-c of rats fed on rich-fat diet. It was demonstrated by this study that ZS could be of great advantage to protection from as in rats.

As the diagnosis and treatment levels increased, the cure rate and lifetime of the patients with breast cancer improved. In China, surgery and drug treatment received more attention, but the overall rehabilitation was ignored. This article summarized the status of breast cancer patients's rehabilitation in lymphoedema, upper limb dysfunction, psychological problem, sexual dysfunction, childbirth trouble, dystrophy, follow-up visit and family-society support, and so on.

In order to promote the Shenqifuzheng injection (SQFZ) clinical medication safety, this study reevaluate on SQFZ post marketing safety study systematically. Including multi center large sample registration type safety monitoring research, the analysis based on national spontaneous reporting system data, the analysis based on the 20 national hospital information system data and literature research. Above the analysis, it suggests that SQFZ has good security. The more adverse drug reaction (ADR) as allergic reactions, mainly involved in the damage of skin, appendages and its systemic damage, serious person can appear allergic shock. ADR/E is more common in the elderly, may be related to medication (tumor) populations. Early warning analysis based on SRS data and literature research are of the view that "phlebitis" has a strong association with SQFZ used.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2017;37(5):635-641
Current treatments for cancer and the central nervous system diseases are limited, partly due to the difficulties posed by the insolubility, poor distribution of drugs among cells and lack of selectivity of drugs, the inability of drugs to cross cellular barriers and blood brain barrier (BBB).Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) possess many distinct properties including good electronic properiies, remarkably penetrating capability on the cell membrane, high drug-loading and pH-dependent therapeutic unloading capacities, thermal properties, large surface area and easy modification with molecules, which render them as a suitable candidate to deliver drugs to cancer and brain.CNTs as a drug delivery could achieve a high efficacy, enhance specificity and diminish side effects.Whereas CNTs have been primarily employed in cancer treatment,a few studies have focused on the treatment and diagnosis of the central nervous system diseases using CNTs.Here,we review the current progress of in vitro and in vivo researches of CNTs-based drug delivery to cancer involving CNTs-based tumor-targeted drug delivery systems (DDS),photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT).Meanwhile,we also review the current progress of in vitro and in vivo researches of CNTs-based drug delivery to brain.

Virologica Sinica 2008;23(4):279-286
The amino acid sequences of the NP,P, M, F,HN and L proteins of the paramyxovirus Tianjin strain were analyzed by using the bioinformatics methods. Phylogenetic analysis based on 6 structural proteins among the Tianjin strain and 25 paramyxoviruses showed that the Tianjin strain belonged to the genus Respirovirus, in the subfamily Paramyxovirinae, and was most closely related to Sendal virus (SeV). Phylogenetic analysis with 14 known SeVs showed that Tianjin strain represented a new evolutionary lineage. Similarities comparisons indicated that Tianjin strain P protein was poorly conserved, sharing only 78.7%-91.9% amino acid identity with the known SeVs, while the L protein was the most conserved, having 96.0%-98.0% amino acid identity with the known SeVs. Alignments of amino acid sequences of 6 structural proteins clearly showed that Tianjin strain possessed many unique amino acid substitutions in their protein sequences, 15 in NP, 29 in P, 6 in M, 13 in F, 18 in HN, and 29 in L. These results revealed that Tianjin strain was most likely a new genotype of SeV. The presence of unique amino acid substitutions suggests that Tianjin strain maybe has a significant difference in biological, pathological, immunological, or epidemiological characteristics from the known SeVs.

Objective:To study the influence of vitamin C ( VC) on dendritic cells ( DC) ,and detect DC maturation,to provide a feasible method and thought for quickly preparating DC vaccines. Methods:Collected the peripheral blood (about 50 ml) from healthy volunteers, and isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells with lymphocyte separation medium and obtain DC.With stimulating with different concentrations of VC for (24 h),then washed with PBS,and set up blank control group (V0).The expression of DC surface co-stimulating molecules CD80/86 and HLA-DR, CD40 was detected by flow cytometry.By setting the concentration gradient and time gradient, exciting optimal concentration and stimulating time of VC on DC, and analyzed the reasons of VC promoting DC maturation. Results:VC could effectively stimulate DC,CD80/86 expression had significantly increased contrast to the blank control group (V0).And the experiments show that VC’s best stimulating concentration was 1 mmol/L,and on the third day,the CD80/86 expression rate of VC group was (78.6±4.6) %,and blank control group V0 was (34.1±5.7) %.DC surface HLA-DR expression:VC (56.8± 4.4) %,blank control group V0 (25.4 ±4.7) %,the difference between two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.CD40 and CD40L expression and results show that VC 2.5 mmol/L group of CD40 expression rate up to (59.3±3.7) %,while V0 group was only (11.1 ±2.4) %,that illustrate VC could significantly regulate CD40 expression on DC surface, but CD40L not reflect.Fluorescence mi-croscope results showed that DC’ s antigen catching ability was also significantly promoted. Conclusion:VC can significantly regulate DC maturity, and may up regulate CD40,thus promoting the express of CD80/86 and HLA-DR.When the concentration is 1 mmol/L,VC expresses the strongest regulation function on DC.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):68-70
Objective To screen the optimal parameters of rectal probe electrostimulation (RPES) to release spasticity after spinal cord injury. Methods 10 patients with muscular tension more than 2 level of the modified Ashworth scale after spinal cord injury received the RPES in 9 parameters combinations from orthogonal array, every patient underwent a combination per day. Their muscular tension, clonus and reflex were recorded before and after each treatment. The varieties were analyzed with orthogonal design variance analysis. Results The optimal parameter for muscular tension was 10 mA, 3 /min, 15 min; for reflex: 10 mA, 4 /min, 10 min; for clonus: 40 mA, 2 /min, 15 min; spasm score: 10 mA, 2 /min, 15 min. Conclusion The stimulus intensity most affects the muscular tension, reflex and spasm score, and the frequency of stimulation most affects the clonus. The parameter components were separately for muscular tension, reflex, clonus and spasm score.
