Objective:To research the efficacy and safety of fluticasone propionate spray for allergic rhinitis children suffering with adenoidal hypertrophy. Methods:Totally 160 allergic rhinitis with adenoids growth children were in the observation group, in which 109 cases were diagnosed as adenoidal hypertrophy. Totally 157 adenoids growth children were in the control group, in which 114 cases were diagnosed as adenoidal hypertrophy. The two groups both received fluticasone propionate spray treatment for 3 months, and then the nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy volume, symptom score and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed. Results:Allergic rhi-nitis children suffering with adenoidal hypertrophy were mainly in the 3-6-year-old children. After the treatment, adenoids was shrinked in 88 patients (80. 73%) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group [67(58. 77%), P<0. 01]. Adenoidal hypertrophy was still in 44 patients (35. 03%) of the observation group after the treatment, which was lower than that of the control group [55(68. 13%), P <0. 05]. In addition, the integral differences of nasal congestion, snoring and mouth breathing in the observation group after the treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The efficacy of fluticasone propionate spray used in allergic rhinitis children suffering with adenoi-dal hypertrophy is more obvious than that in adenoid hypertrophy children, which can more significantly improve the symptoms of nasal congestion, snoring and mouth breathing.

ObjectiveTo investigate the value of cavity isolation method on left colorectal obstruction in the anastomosis isolation. Methods60 patients with left colorectal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups:ileostomy group and cavity isolation method group,30 patients for each. After left colon resection was completed, ileostomy anastomosis group used the traditional method for colorectal anastomosis, and protected the anastomosis by ileostomy. Cavity isolation method group protected the anastomosis by cavity isolation method. Then the indexes in the two groups,such as anastomotic height, operation time, anal exhaust time,incidence of anastomotic leakage and its complications,hospitalization time, medical cost and so on were analyzed. Results Longer postoperative hospital stay (9.3 + 4.2) d were observed in ileostomy group than those ( 15.6 + 3.3 ) d ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Earlier time of the first flatusand oral intake(87.2 ± 6.3 ) h, ( 91.2 ± 7.2 ) h were observed in ileostomy group than those ( 101.8 + 7.5 ) h,( 117.3 ± 8.6) h in cavity isolation method group ( all P ＜ 0.05 ). ConclusionThe anastomosis isolation was a safe and feasible new technology that could reduce the complications caused by anastomotic leakage, and it had the advantages of short hospital stay, low cost,less suffering ect.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging(SPECT)and multilayer spiral CT coronary artery imaging(MSCT) in the diagnosis of coronsry artery disease(CHD).Methods The clinical data of 36 patients suspected with CHD and routine inspection of SPECT and MSCT were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic effects of two methods were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and the rate of accuracy of SPECT was 89.47％,94.12％,and 91.67％,respectively,while the sensitivity,specificity and the rate of accuracy of MSCT was 84.21％,94.12％,and 88.89％,respectively.There were no obvious difference in two groups (x2 =1.265,1.668,2.005,1.526,1.889,all P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion There was a high degree consistency on the diagnosis of CHD between SPECT and MSCT.In the application,combined with the two methods could improve the diagnosis of CHD.

Acupuncture is a traditional empirical medicine, and evidence-based medicine(EBM) is a new medical method and development of the empirical medicine. Since 1990s, Chinese acupuncture workers began to absorb and use the methods and principles of EBM to guide acupuncture clinical research and practice. Now more and more domestic acupuncture clinicians use and follow the methods and principles of EBM. On the systemic review of acupuncture-associated articles in Cochrane library, previously effective acupuncture therapy lacks adequate evidences, which may be related to the low quality of randomized controlled trials(RCTs). In the future, only developing specialized team of acupuncture clinical research and clinical research center can radically elevate the levels of acupuncture clinical research and evaluation. Meanwhile, developing China's evidence-based acupuncture should base itself on the characteristics of acupuncture, such as emphasis on original research in ancient books,high-quality single RCTs and systemic review of non-randomized researches.

Objective Plant vaccine is a new kind of vaccine with good safety profiles, low cost and convenience. Our purpose was to establish a good plant system to express HBsAg and pave the way for further research on plant vaccine. Methods Transfer HBV s gene into binary vector pCAMBIA1301 which had plant promoter and hygromycin resistant gene. The recombinant vector was transferred into agrobacterium LBA4404. Then we used agrobacterium to infect tobacco. Results The GUS staining result of transformant leaves showed blue, which meant the target gene had been transferred into tobacco and expressed HBsAg seccessfully. We confirmed the insertion of S gene by PCR and its expression further by ELISA and Western blot. Conclusions HBsAg can be expressed successfully in tobacco.

Objective To determine and compare the daily cost of various ophthalmic solutions for glaucoma in China. Design Investigative study. Participants The majority ophthalmic solutions for glaucoma available in our country were included in the research. Methods Five bottles of each solution were tested separately by five researchers. After the number of drops and the actual volume for each bottle were calculated, the mean number of drops per bottle and the mean volume per bottle were determined. The volume per drop was calculated by dividing the mean volume per bottle by the mean number of drops per bottle, and the cost per drop was calculated by dividing the market price by the mean number of drops in a bottle. The number of days for both eyes usage per bottle was calculated by dividing the mean number of drops in a bottle by the number of drops required daily for both eyes. The cost per day was calculated by multiplying the cost per drop by the number of drops required daily for both eyes. Main Outcome Measures The number of days for both eyes usage per bottle and the daily cost: for both eyes usage per bottle. Results 1. The volume per drop ranged from 0.027 ml(Lumigan) to 0.053 ml(Chengrui and 0.5%Zhenrui). 2. The cost per bottle ranged from 5.7Yuan(Malaisuan Saimaluo'er) to 338Yuan (Xalatan). 3. The number of days for both eyes usage per bottle ranged from 52d (Lumigan) to 12d ( Zhenrui). 4. The daily cost for both eyes usage from expensive to cheap were Xalatan 7.51Yuan, Travatan 6.30 Yuan, Lumigan 3.84 Yuan, Alphagan 3.36 Yuan, Dilijian 2.97 Yuan, Pailiming 2.83 Yuan, 2%Zhenrui 2.34 Yuan, Betagan 2.11 Yuan, Beiteshu 2.0 Yuan, 0.5% Zhenrui 1.49 Yuan, 2%Huming 1.29 Yuan, Mikelan 1.21 Yuan,1%Huming 0.85 Yuan, Chengrui 0.63 Yuan, Malaisuan Saimaluo'er 0.23 Yuan. Conclusions The daily cost of ophthalmic solution for glaucoma ranged wildly. These data may be useful in selecting ophthalmic solution for glaucoma therapy.

Objective To assess the long term effects of combined oral contraceptive pills use on the mean of serum TG, TC, HDL C, LDL C, ApoA1, ApoB and Lp(a). Methods The study was carried out in 446 women grouped as combined norethisterone containing ethinylestradiol (EE) 35 ?g and norethisterone 625 ?g; combined 18 metayl norethisterone (norgestrel) containing EE 30 ?g and 18 metayl norethisterone 300 ?g for using 5～25 years, and control subjects wearing IUD for the corresponding period. The three groups were similar in age, body mass index (BMI), continued period of contraceptives use and income. Results The data showed that changes of varying degree of lipid and lipoprotein parameters were obvious in women of long term taking low dose combined norethisterone and norgestrel, compared with the control. Objective To explore the influence of no drainage on pelvic lymphocyst following laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy . Methods A total of 105 patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy in this hospital from January 2012 to February 2016 were divided into either non-drainage group (50 cases) or drainage group (55 cases) according to whether the pelvic drainage tube was placed after surgery .Comparative analyses on the incidence of postoperative complications such as pelvic lymphocyst were made between the two groups . Results No significant difference in lymphocyst rate was found between the two groups [27.3%(15/55) vs.24.0%(12/50), χ2 =0.147, P=0.702].The incidence of pelvic infection was lower in the non-drainage group (2.0%, 1/50) than that in the drainage group (14.5%, 8/55), but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =3.781, P=0.052).Other postoperative complications including urinary retention , urinary fistula, and deep venous thrombosis of lower limb had no statistical differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Drainage after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy for cervical cancer does not make a difference to the incidence of lymphocyst .Non-drainaging doesn ’ t increase the risk of infection .
