Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the method of soothing liver qi stagnation and invigorating blood circula- tion to remove stasis for depression.Methods Totally 90 depression cases were randomized into treatment group and control group with 45 in each.The treatment group was given modified Xiaoyao Powder(Powder for liver qi stagnation with blood stasis) based on the principle of soothing liver qi stagnation to remove stasis.The control group was given Fluoxetine.The course of treatment was 8 weeks in all.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) and scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were recorded for comparison.Results SDS,HAMD,TESS and TCM symptoms were improved after treatment in the treatment group(P

Objective To investigate the infection situation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) in patients with the lower respira‐tory tract infection in the department of respiratory intensive care units (RICU ) in recent five years ,and to analyze the changing trend of antibacterial resistence ,in order to guide rational selection of antimicrobial agents .Methods Strains of bacteria were isola‐ted and identified from sputum specimen of patients in the department of RICU and common ward from Jul .2008 to Jul .2013 .The situations of PA infection and antibacterial resistence were analyzed ,and differences of infection rates of PA and antibacterial resis‐tence were compared between RICU and common ward .Results 517 strains of bacteria were detected from sputum specimens of patients in the department of RICU from 2008 to 2013 ,including 141 strains of PA (accounted for 27 .3% ) ,and ticarcilli/clavulanic acid(61 .0% ) was with the highest rate of resistance among 14 drugs and colistin B(9 .2% ) was with the lowest rate of resistance . 378 strains of bacterias were detected from sputum specimens of patients in common wards ,including 125 strians of PA(accounted for 33 .1% ) ,and ticarcilli/clavulanic acid(28 .0% ) was with the highest rates of resistance and colistin B (4 .0% ) was with the low‐est rate of resistance .Conclusion In recent 5 years ,PA might be one of the main pathogenic bacterias of respiratory tract infections in the depatment of RICU in this hospital ,and antibiotic resistance may increse gradually .The antibiotic resistance in the depatment of RICU may be higher than that in cionmon wards .Clinical effective measures should be taken to prevent nosocomial infection ,and rational use of antibiotics should be taken to reduce the emergence of resistant strains .

Objective To study the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of flavonoids and other ingredients in leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca miq,and to optimize the reflux extraction condition for total flavonoids from leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq. Methods Preliminary test was used for qualitative analysis. UV-spectrophotometry was used to determinate content of total flavonoids. By orthogonal design,the extraction rate of flavonoids was determined in different factors of ethanol reflux extracting. Results Leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq contained alkaloids and flavonoids.The optimum conditions of ethanol reflux extracting total flavonoids are 12 times 50% ethanol,and refluence for 1.0h at water bath for two times.According to validate experiment,the average total flavonoids content was 16.6% in leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq,with RSD=1.52%(n=3). Conclusion Flavonoids are in higher level in leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca miq. There are some chemical similarity in leaves of lonicera hypoglauca miq and leaves of flos lonicerae.

Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopic meniscectomy to tr eat discoid lateral meniscus tear. Methods From July 1999 to June 2003, arthrosc opic meniscectomy was conducted for 49 menisci of 45 patients with discoid later al meniscus tear. 41 patients had unilateral injury, and 4 bilateral. 32 knees w ere complete injury and 17 incomplete. The discoid lateral meniscus tear account ed for nearly one third of the patients with meniscus tear who received arthrosc opic meniscectomy at the same time. Arthroscopic partial meniscectomy was done f or 44 knees, total meniscectomy for 5 knees and meniscus suture for 3 knees. Aft er operation the rehabilitation training programs, including straight-leg-rais ing exercise and range-of-motion exercise, were carried out. Results The opera tions for the 45 cases were successful and there was no complication. 40 patient s were followed up. Before operation, the mean Lysholm -Ⅱscore was 55 points ( 40 to 71 points). After a mean follow-up period of 39 months, the mean Lysholm -Ⅱscore was 88 points (60 to 100 points). The excellent and good results were obtained in 85.3%of the patients. Conclusions Arthroscopic meniscectomy should be a preferred method for discoid lateral menisci tear, due to its minimal invas ion, possibility of early mobilization, a lower complication rate, and preservat ion of more meniscus structure and function. If the operation is combined with s tandard rehabilitation training, the effects can be enhanced.

Objective To analyze the clinical,radiological and pathological features of primary leiomyosarcoma of bone and to im-prove the diagnostic level.Methods Totally 6 cases of PLB proved by pathology were collected in our study.The clinical,radiologi-cal and pathological findings were retrospectively analyzed,and combined with the relevant literature to have a comprehensive analy-sis.Results The lesions of 6 patients were solitary,located in femoral (1 case),distal femur (1 case),proximal tibia (2 cases),is-chium (1 case)and humerus (1 case).There was no periosteal reaction in all 6 cases but they all had soft tissue mass,sometimes there may have some mineralization within the tumor.Ill-defined osteolytic bone destruction was detected in 5 patients,while expan-sion of cystic bone destruction was found in the other 1 patients.3 cases had hardened edge,2 cases with adjacent bone cortical thickening.The MR imaging in 5 patients showed iso-intensity signal on T1 WI,a slightly inhomogeneously higher signal on T2 WI and a significant heterogeneously enhancement after injected of Gd-DTPA.Another 1 patient showed a double ring sign,the central area onT1 WI and T2 WI expressed heterogeneous slightly higher signal,the peripheral annular zone was iso-intensity on T1 WI and slightly higher on T2 WI,after injected contrast medium,it was inhomogeneous enhancement.In immunohistochemically,all tumors reacted positively with SMA,3 patients with Desmin and Vimentin positive,2 patients with Ki-67 positive,and there had some scat-tered cells with CD68 positive,but the S-100 were all negative.Conclusion The clinical,radiological and conventional histological manifestations of PLB are not specific.Immunohistochemical and/or ultrastructural analysis who displayed smooth muscle differenti-ation can confirm the diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of mental disorders of patients treated in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Collected from January 2013 to December 2014 ICU stay eligible cases,and analyzed the past history (hypertension,intemperance),previous surgery,mechanical ventilation,date of ICU admission,quality of care, APACHE II score,electrolyte disorder,LVEF,sleep disturbance,PCT,oxygenation index,drug use situation (midazo-lam,opioids)and the clinical care unit the incidence of mental disorders in relationship.Results 568 patients (male 345 cases,female 223 cases),mental disorders group of 157 patients,the clinical incidence rate of 27.6% overall;568 patients were in the sex ratio of 1.55:1,mental disorders group of 157 patients(96 males,61 females),male to female ratio 1.57:1,mean age was (65.5 ±11.2)years;no mental disorders group (249 males,162 females),male to female ratio 1.30:1,mean age was (48.8 ±14.3)years.Logistic regression analysis revealed that coronary heart disease,hypotension,alcohol abuse,surgery,mechanical ventilation,ICU admission time,quality of care,APACHE II score,electrolyte imbalance,ejection fraction,sleep disorders,procalcitonin,oxygenation index,use of midazolam or opioids were among the risk factors of ICU mental disorders.Mechanical ventilation,quality of care,hypotension,alco-hol abuse,and use of midazolam were independent risk factors for ICU mental disorders (all P <0.05).Conclusion ICU inpatients with past history of hypertension and intemperance,use of mechanical ventilation and midazolam should be closely monitored and evaluated,early psycho -psychiatric screening,and take effective measures in time;high -quality care can reduce the incidence of mental disorders in ICU patients significantly.

A total of 61 Strains were isolated from five perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.)varieties——SR4000, CalypsoⅡ, Pinnacle, Topgun and Justus. By subculture, the stable strains were separated into four morphological groups(MGs). Based on the morphological characteristics and the results of AP-PCR, 57 strains of them were identified as Neotyphodium lolii.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the CD+4 CDHigh25 regulatory T cells and cytokine IL-10 and acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Methods Flow cytometric was used to detect the percentage of CD+4 CDHigh25Foxp3High Treg cell and CD+4 CDHigh25 CDLow127 Treg cell in CD+4 T cells and at the same time ELISA was used to test the serum IL-10 levels in corresponding period. Results 13 patients have received hematopoietic function reconstruction. aGVHD group of CD+4 CDHigh25 CDLow127/CD+4 and CD+4 CDHigh25 Foxp3High/CD+4 ratio were significantly lower than non-aGVHD group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01); Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree of aGVHD subgroup was lower than Ⅰ - Ⅱ degree of aGVHD subgroup, but no statistical significance(P ＞0.05); the same as between-group CD+4 CDHigh25 CDLow127/CD+4 and the CD+4 CDHigh25 Foxp3High/CD+4 has no significant difference;aGVHD group of IL-10 concentration was significantly lower than non-GVHD group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01). Treg cell and IL-10 changes in correlation, r = 0.557, P ＜0.05. Conclusion The level of Treg cell was closely related to the occurrence of aGVHD after allo-HSCT. So it is very important to monitor the Treg cell level for clinical early diagnosis of aGVHD and predict prognosis of aGVHD and guide the application of immunosuppressant. CD127 can serve as a Treg cell surface-specific marker, to promote the detection of Treg cell and purification. IL-10 was an important negative regulator. Treg cell and IL-10expression in patients with aGVHD was correlation, which may provide some basis for Treg cell immunosuppressive mechanism.

Objective To evaluate the application of domestic probe fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in prenatal diagnosis on uncultured amniocytes aneuploid. Methods One thousand three hundred and sixty-nine uncultured amniocytes (16-24 gestational weeks) from 37 hospitals in China were selected for prenatal diagnosis. 5 chromosomes (21, 13, 18, X and Y) were detected with muhicolor FISH. In the mean time, cytogenetic karyotype analysis was performed as control. Results Of all the samples, 1361 samples were successfully tested by FISH, the rate of successful detection was 99.42% (1361/1369). Thirty-five samples were shown with abnormal karyotypes by domestic FISH probe, the abnormal rate is 2. 57% (35/1361 ), including trisomy 21 (22 samples), trisomy 13 (4 samples), trisomy 18(6 samples), X0 (1 sample) and XXY (2 samples). Results of both FISH and cytogenetic karyotype analysis exhibited extreme concordance. Conclusion Domestic FISH probe used in prenatal diagnosis on uncultured aminiocytes showed the following advantages, such as highly efficient, low cost, small amounts of samples needed and reliable results.

Objective To investigate the expression of the ER,CyclinD1 in breast tissue of pubertal mammary hypertrophy and explore the possible etiology of pubertal mammary hypertrophy.Methods The expression of ER,CyclinD1 was detected by Western-blot in 15 cases of pubertal mammary hypertrophy,15 normal breast tissue and 10 cases of micromastia.Results There was significant difference of the expression of ER,CyclinD1 within breast tissue between pubertal mammary hypertrophy and micromastia(P＜0.01).There was significant difference of the expression of ER,CyclinD1 within breast tissue in pubertal mammary hypertrophy and in normal breast tissue(P＜0.01).There was no difference between the expression of ER,CyclinD1 within breast tissue in micromastia and in normal breast tissue(P＞0.05).Conclusions The expression of ER,CyclinD1 in pubertal mammary hypertrophy are significantly higher than in micromastia and normal breast tissue.The pubertal mammary hypertrophy may be related to the expression status of ER,CyclinD1 within breast tissue.
