This study was aimed to optimize the extraction technology of Shu-Feng Ding-Chuan(SFDC) granules in the Huang-Qin(HQ)group by Box-Behnken response surface methodology(RSM).With three major characteristic components (baicalin, praeruptorin A and solid content in extraction liquid),the effects of four factors, such as the concentration of ethanol, the dosage of ethanol, the duration of extraction and the extraction times, were investigated by the single factor experiment. Then, the range of parameters of key factors was further studied and explored by Box-Behnken RSM.The results of single factor experiment and Box-Behnken design showed that the optimum preparation conditionswere 8-fold 70% ethanol, extracted for 2 times, with 1.0 h per each time.Under these conditions, the transfer rates of baicalin and praeruptor in A were 89.57% and 87.90%,respectively.And the transfer rateof solid content was 32.35%.It was concluded that the single factor experiment combined with RSM can be used in theoptimization of extraction technology for SFDC granules in the HQ group. This technique wasstable and feasible, which provided scientific evidences for the industrial production.

The angiotensinogen(AGT) expression and angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ ) secretion levels in cultured SD rat mesangial cells were determined. High glucose up-regulated AGT mRNA(0. 29±0.07 vs 0. 20±0. 05,P< 0.05)and protein(0.66±0.23 vs 0.37±0. 15,P<0.05) expression and Ang Ⅱ secretion [(9.85±2.08 vs 7.50± 1. 51) pg/ml,P<0. 05]levels, which were down-regulated by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate( PDTC) treatment via inhibiting NF-κB activity.

Objective To investigate the clinical charactors and treatment of IgM nephropathy with nephrotic syndrome(NS) in children. Methods Thirty-six IgM nephropathy patients hospitalized in Hunan Children's Hospital as research group(group A),from June 2005 to June 2012.One hundred and six patients with minimal change disease (MCD) as control group (group B),followed up for 1 ~ 8 years. Results (1) Hematuria at presentation of the two groups respectly 3.8% vs 30.6% (x2 =20.403,P < 0.05).(2) Renal pathology revealed that there were 26 (72.2%)patients with minimal change disease,9 cases (72.2 %)with moderate membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis,1 cases with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.(3) According to renal pathology, group A patients were divided into two sub groups:mild group and moderate group. To compared with group B,the steroid-resistant incidence of the 3 group were respectly 12.3%,19.2%,77.8% (x2 =24.369,P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between control group and mild group.(4)The remission rate of proteinuria in steroid-resistant patients who combined to use mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) with the two groups were respectively 50% and 85.7 % (x2 =3.60,P > 0.05).Conclusion Incidence of hematuria is higher in IgM nephropathy patients and patients with renal pathology for moderate lesions have a high steroid-resistant,and need use immunosuppressive early.MMF may be a good immunosuppressive for theses patients.

Objective:To investigate the influence of chronic periodontitis on the clinic effect of implant restoration.Methods:Fifty-two cases of chronic periodontitis patients with 70 implants and forty-nine cases of periodontally healthy patients with 69 implants admitted into our hospital from July 2013 to June 2016 were named as observation group and control group respectively. The implants survival rates, marginal bone loss (MBL),modified plaque index (mPLI),modified sulcus bleeding index (mSBI),and peri-implant probing pocket depth (PD) as well as IL-1,IL-6 in peri-implant sulcular fluid of the two groups were detected and analyzed after loading of 1,3,6,12 months. Results:After 12 months of loading,no obvious difference was found in the implants survival rate between two groups (P>0.05).After 1,3 months of loading,no remarkable change was found in mPLI,mSBI,PD,and MBL between two groups(P>0.05),while mSBI,PD,and MBL in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group except of mPLI after 6 months of loading (P<0.05).Additionally,after 1,3 months of loading,IL-β in control group was not detected, while IL-β in observation group was conspicuously higher than those of control group after 6 months of loading and IL-6 in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after 3 months of loading (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic periodontitis could decrease the clinical effect ofim-plant restoration, which was probably due to the occurrence ofperi-implantitis.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE To understand the urinary tract infections after cesarean section, the distribution of pathogenic strains, and drug resistance analysis in order to provide clinical treatment. METHODS The routine urine cultures of the 2652 case were identified and drug resistance was analyzed by K-B method. RESULTS From 458 isolated bacteria,Gram-negative bacilli were main, pathogen accounting for 80.13%,Escherichia coli and Klebsiella, accounted for 71.62% and 4.8% respectively;Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 14.41%,and fungi accounted for 3.71%. CONCLUSIONS G-bacteria in the urinary tract infection are in the absolute superiority;rational use of antibiotics to effectively control the urinary tract infections and avoid drug-resistant strains produceing is especially critical.
