OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the application of automatic tablet packing machine in the inpatients dispensary.METHODS: The working principle and flow,the main structure and function of the automatic tablet packing machine used in our hospital were introduced,and its application value was evaluated and the problems remained to be dealt with were pointed out.RESULTS: The automatic tablet packing machine had the advantages of high accuracy and efficiency,and reduced working intensity,however,the costs for the packaging and consumables,and the low drug quality were the problems remained to be solved.CONCLUSIONS: Automatic tablet packing machine is suitable for the dispensing of oral single dose of tablets for inpatient patients,and it helps to improve the work quality and the service level in the dispensary for inpatients.

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of 3% sodium chloride in treatment of chronic heart failure with hyponatremia. Methods The 102 patients suffering from chronic heart failure with hyponatremia were treated with water limit, vasodilator, cardiotonic, diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist and 3% sodium chloride. Cardiac functional capacity classification (NYHA), treatment effect and hyponatremia level were compared between pre- and post- treatment. Results After treatment, heart function was statistically different as compared with that of pre-treatment (χ2=150.26, P＜0.05). The 58 cases showed distinct effect, 37 cases moderate effect, 7 cases no effect, and the percentage of total effect was 93.1%. The hyponatremia of patients with different level of heart function were (139.4±22.6) mmol/L, (138.2±23.3) mmol/L, the difference had a statistics significance compared with pre-treatment hyponatremia which were (122.9±20.5) mmol/L, (120.5±26.8) mmol/L (t=2.02, 2.04, P＜0.05). Conclusions Proper diuresis and sodium salt supplement could help to reduce the malignant risk of the patients suffering from chronic heart failure with hyponatremia and to improve the prognosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics between types 1 and 2 endometrial uterine cancers.Methods The clinical materials of 9 437 patients with uterine cancer were collected with retrospective analysis from 62 hospitals during 2000 to 2010.Results The mean age of type 1 endometrial cancers was less than type 2.There were more young patients in type 1 endometrial cancers.The mean menopause age of type 2 endometrial cancers was greater than type 1.The mean age of menarche,obesity,diabetes,hypertension,infertility,and nulliparous were not significant differences between types 1 and 2 endometrial cancers.There were more patients with advanced tumor,deep myometrium invasion,estrogen receptor (ERs) negative,progesterone receptor (PR) negative,P53 positive,lymph vascular space involvement,cervical stromal invasion,adnexal metastasis,and lymph node metastasis in type 2 endometrial cancers.Conclusions Type 2 endometrial uterine cancers occurred in elder people with more pathological risk factors and more malignant biological activities.

Zygomatic fracture is one of the most common mid-facial fractures. Zygomatic fracture often leads to open-mouth and chewing dysfunctions, which are often associated with pronounced zygomatic facial deformity, causing psychological and physiological problems in patients. The complicated anatomical structures associated with zygomatic fracture often make treatment difficult. Surgical navigation technology provides a new auxiliary method for improving the treatment results for zygomatic fracture. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the application of surgical navigation technology in the treatment of zygomatic fracture.

As the rapid growth of population and economic development,the types and intensity of water pollution in urban river stream are increasing,which on one hand restrict the sustainable development of the social,economic and environment,on the other hand,damage people health. Since having safety,economy,practicality,systematic and other merits,ecological remedy technology has been the main means for controlling river contamination. In this paper,the recent researches on the ecological restoration technique for the urban stream in China in recent years were reviewed.

Objective To explore the relationship between maternal homocysteine (HCY), folic acid, 5, 10 methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) genotypes(677C→T) and occurrence of congenital heart disease (CHD) in offspring. Methods HPLC technique was used to measure the level of total plasma HCY in 32 mothers of CHD children and 23 mothers of normal children, radio immunoassay was used to measure folic acid, and MTHFR genotypes were detected by PCR RELP analysis. OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound Weifu emulsion and to observe its therapeutic effect on infantile eczema METHODS:The emulsion was prepared with a formulation consisting of Scutellaria,Chinese Angelica,Chuanxiong and dimethyl silicone oil etc and the quality control method was established RESULTS & CONCLUSION:This preparation is stable in quality and feasible in quality control;The effective rate in treating infantile eczema has reached 90% and no obvious adverse reactions were found This emulsion is worthy of recommendation for clinical use

Background The clinical efficacy and safety of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF) for injection have been evaluated by Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage of clinical trials.But as a clinical drug,its adverse effects for special population should been further studied.Objective This clinical trial was to observe and assess the safety and tolerability of mouse NGF for injection during the application in juvenile and elder patients with optic nerve damage.Methods A multicenter non-randomized controlled trial for the safety evaluation of mouse NGF injection solution was performed in 100 eye centers in China.This study protocol was approved by the Ethic Committee of each drug research center,and written informed consent was obtained from the subject,legal mandatary and guardian prior to this study.Total 2046 patients who met the included criteria of optical nerve damage were enrolled.The patients were divided into the juvenile group(90 cases,＜ 18 years),youth-middle-age group (1868 cases,1 8-75 years) and older group(88 cases,＞75 years).Mouse NGF(30 μg)was intranuscularly injected once per day for 21 days in all the patients.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,intraocular pressure (lOP),laboratory examinations of blood and urine,blood biochemical indexes were recorded before and after injection.All adverse events were evaluated after administration of drug.Results There were 189 (189/2046,9.23％)dropped out cases,including 184 lost cases after 3 weeks of treatment and 5 withdrew cases from adverse responses of drug,with a shedding rate ＜10％ in each group.Total 1857 individuals finished this trial.No significant differences were found in the IOP,heart rate and blood pressure between before and after admninistration of grug in the juvenile group,youth-middle-age group and older group (P＞0.05).The incidence rate of the adverse response in the juvenile group,youth-middle-age group and older group was 57.78％,68.18％,60.01％ respectively,and the primary local adverse events were pain(48.89％),redness and swelling(59.09％),duration(54.49％),without significant difference in the rate of local adverse events among the three groups(X2 =2.302,P =0.324).The abnormal rates of laboratory results of blood and urine were not significantly different among the three groups(all at P＞0.05).The percentage of impaired fasting glucose was 7.46％,23.73％and 7.79％ in the juvenile group,youth-middle-age group and older group,respectively,and the percentage in the older group was higher than that in the juvenile group and the youth-middle-age group (x2 =8.685,P =0.005 ;x2 =27.720,P =0.000).Conclusions Injection of mouse NGF is well tolerated in juvenile and elder patients over the age of 75 years.

Objective To study the dynamic changes in calcineurin-? expression in lung tissue of rats under simulated weightlessness condition,and the influence of ligustrazine(tetramethylpyrazine) on the changes in its expression.Methods The rat model of simulated weightlessness condition was reproduced by suspending the rat by tail in-30?.Thirty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(10 each): control group,suspended group(rat was suspended by tail for 7 days) and ligustrazine group(rat was suspended by tail and ligustrazine was given for 7days).In the ligustrazine group,the ligustrazine was gavaged in a dose of 1.5mg/kg(once a day).The expression of calcineurin-? in lung tissue was determined by immunohisochemistry and Western blotting.Results It was revealed by immunohisochemistry and Western blotting that the level of expression of calcineurin-? in lung tissue of the animals in suspended group was significantly higher that in control group and ligustrazine group(P0.05).Conclusion The level of expression of calcineurin-? in rat lung tissue may be increased obviously under the simulated microgravity condition,while ligustrazine treatment may down-regulate the calcineurin-? expression.
