AIM: By introducing the thinking and experience of professor Deng Tietao to treat myasthenia gravis, to improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis.benefiting vital qi had been the main line throughout the whole process of phasized that while we grasp spleen-asthenia, we must give consideration to other organs at the same time, regulate and treat the patient with multistrengthening muscle and increasing strength (radix astragali, radix codonopsis pilosulae, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, rhizoma cimicifugae, pericarpium citri reticulatae, radix fici simplicissimae, etc.), the disease had been treated with different dosage of drugs according to the py for one or two years, even though the symptoms had disappeared completely.RESULTS: Because of grasping the root cause, therapy with multi-means and modified prescription according to the varied symptoms, it had a satisfactory effect. An excellent therapeutic effect had been obtained with the decoction for strengthening muscle and increasing strength, which is created by Deng himself.CONCLUSION: Deng's theory holds that myasthenia gravis is mainly due to spleen-asthenia, and related to other four organs (with a predominance of kidney), and the therapy should be strengthening the spleen-qi, so the prescription was selected for strengthening muscle and increasing strength (which is created by Deng himself), with radix astragali being in a lager quantity. Moreover, he paid more attention to psychological therapy and dietary regulation. The Deng's theory is of considerable clinical significance in guiding treatment of myasthenia gravis.

Hilar cholangiocarcinoma always presents with a mass, thickness of the bile duct wall or nodules in the bile duct. Computed tomography (CT) can demonstrate the above findings with high partial resolution as well as dilation of the intrahepatic bile duct. CT can show the field and the involvement of adjacent vessels on 3D reconstruction images for hilar cholangiocarcinoma spreading along the lumen of the bile duct. CT images can also demonstrate vessel involvement when evaluating the resectability. When combined with 3D reconstruc-tion, the sensitivity and specificity of CT imaging can reach 90.5% and 91.7% , respectively, for detecting vessel involve-ment.

Objective Investigation of satisfaction of clinical nurses and analysis of the influence factors.Methods The ERG theory of Clayton Alderfer is used as the framework to design the questionnaires,for questionnaire investigation of 249 nurses in the hospital in a stratified sampling,Results The score of general satisfaction of nurses for their work is 3.40±0.58;the satisfaction of nurses for the management of their leaders and teamwork is high,as the satisfaction scores are 4.01±0.76 and 3.60±0.71 respectively;their satisfaction for salary,welfare and social identity is low,as the scores are 2.46±0.86 and 2.50±1.02 respectively.Work satisfaction varies with departments,academic levels,monthly income,work shifts,age,seniority,and objectives for their choice of nursing as profession.Conclusion Managers are prompted to enhance their work in view of the satisfaction scores on survival,mutual relations and growth,as well as factors affecting satisfaction,and take various incentives to improve overall satisfaction of nurses.

Objective To investigate the distribution of syndromes in hospitalized hypertensive patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A investigation-table of Chinese medicine was established and used in 105 eases for survey in clinic to discover the regularity. Results The occurrence rate from high to low of asthenia syndrome symptoms was: deficiency syndrome of both yin and yang, yin asthenia, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, yang asthenia, and the deficiency of qi. The occurrence rate from high to low of evil domination was: turbid damp, stagnation of qi, blood stasis, and fluid stagnation. Conclusions The clinical feature of hypertensive patients with maintenance hemodialysis was mainly asthenia of healthy energy combining with sthenia evil.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized hypertension patients with different metabolic abnormalities associated with cardiovascular disease.Methods 1 843 patients with diagnosis of hypertension were selected,including 327 patients with metabolic syndrome as the research object.Metabolic syndrome of different age,gender,abnormal components epidemic status were analyzed.Results Positive rates of overweight,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia,cardiovascular disease in 327 patients were 42.20％,37.92％,35.17％,71.25％,the highest positive rate for cardiovascular disease was significantly higher than the other three indexs(x2 =56.22,73.28,85.51,all P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant differences in the rates of overweight between men and women (x2 =0.42,P ＞ 0.05).Dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia incidence of women were significantly more than those of men,there was statistically significant difference (x2 =5.73,6.47,all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular disease in males was high than that in females (x2 =24.66,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Preventive different metabolic abnormalities need to take different measures according to age and gender.Weight control,blood lipids and blood sugar are the key to the prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Objective To study the effect of He-Ne laser at lower power on proliferation and differentiation of embryo midbrain nerve cell.Methods The embryo midbrain nerve cell of rat embryo were randomly divided into one control group and three experimental groups.The cells in experimental groups were respectively irradiated at different time:3 min(A组),6 min(B组),10min(C组),each day.After ten days,we counted the concentration rate and determined the content of protein and the amount of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malonyldialolehyde(MDA).Results The concentration rate of group A and of group B significantly increased than that of the control group(P

The electrochemical behaviors of parathion(PT) on nano-Al2O3 film modified electrode(nano-Al2O3/GCE/CME) were investigated. It was found that the redox peak currents of PT remarkably increased and the oxidation peak potential negatively shifted at the nano-Al2O3/GCE/CME. All the experimental parameters were optimized and a simple and sensitive electroanalytical method was developed for the determination of PT. The oxidation peak current was linear with the concentration of PT over the range from 2.5×10-9 to 1.0×10-7 mol/L and 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-5 mol/L. A low detection limit of 1.0×10-9 mol/L was obtained for 30 s accumulation at open circuit(S/N=3). The relative standard deviation(n=10) was 3.8% for 1×10-5 mol/L PT. The proposed method was used for the quantitative analysis of PT in some vegetables and the results were satisfactory.

Purpose: A kind of sine wave magnetic field generator with the extremely low frequency (ELF) is developed, the frequency and intensity of the magnetic field can be adjusted, and has been easily used in Bio-experimental study. Methods: At first ,we design a DC power supply which provide DC voltage to other chips,then the signal generated by single chip ma-chine system and the power amplifier combined by discrete components, it provides current 0 mA～136 mA.The current coil is designed by experiment's required,the size or turns is changed, the magnetic field intensity is changed too. Results: The fre-quency of the device output is 0 kHz-25 kHz with the intensity in the range of 0 mT～10 mT within which the continuous lin-earity is adjustable. Power sources are less than 30 W ,which can work for long.This device performs reliably and the measured values in accord with the theoretical values and has been used in the experiment of magnetic biological effect. Conclusions: The experiment results indicate that there exist the effects of ELF sine wave magnetic field upon potassium current of neurons, and that such bioeffects vary with the intensity and frequency of the field.Also,there may exist window effect areas.

Background Many studies showed that attenuation of retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)in early glaucoma is one of the important signs.How to accurately and quantitatively measure RNFL thickness is very important for the early diagnosis and monitoring of glaucoma.0bjective This study was to evaluate the clinical value of Optovue RTVue OCT and Heidelberg Retina Tomograph Ⅲ(HRT-Ⅲ)confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy in glaucomatous eyes. Methods This cross-sectional study included 40 eyes of 26 patients with suspected open-angle glaucoma(SOAG),48 eyes of 29 patients with open-angle glaucoma and 48 eyes of 27 healthy subjects.Optical nerve head(ONH) parameters and peripapillary RNFL thickness were measured in all the subjects with Optovue RTVue OCT and HRT-Ⅲ,meanwhile all the eyes received perimetry with Humphrey 750-I.Glaucoma variables obtained from Optovue RTVue OCT and HRT-Ⅲ were analyzed among the groups.Topographic Optovue RTVue OCT and HRT-Ⅲ parameters,including disc area(DA),cup area(CA),rim area(RA),rim volume(RV),cup volume(CV),cup/disc area ratio(C/DAR)as well as superior,temporal,inferior and nasal average RNFL thickness,were analyzed.The relationship of ONH parameters and RNFL thickness was analyzed using a linear correlation.The correlation between the mean defect(MD)of the visual field and the tomography parameters in glaucomatous eyes was described by bivariate Pearson correlation coefficients.Resuits The ONH parameters and RNFL thickness obtained by HRT-Ⅲ and OCT showed significant difference(P<0.05).ONH parameters such as RA,C/DAR,CA and RV were statistically changed in SOAG and the POAG patients compared with the normal subjects(q=6.47,q=7.67,P<0.05).The superior and inferior RNFL thickness parameters in three groups were positively correlated between HRT-Ⅲand OCT(r=0.362,r=0.441,r=0.395,P<0.05),Topographic Optovue RTVue OCT and HRT-Ⅲ parameters including CV,CA,RA and C/DAR fitted Pearson analysis(all P<0.05).In POAG group。The RA,RV,CV,C/DAR from Optovue RTVue OCT were correlated with MD with the significant coefficient 0.284,0.286,0.340,0.371 respectively(P<0.05),and evidently correlations also were found between RA,RV,C/DAR with MD respectively with the coefficient 0.339,0.859,0.422(P<0.05)by HRT-Ⅲ. Conclusion Both Optovue RTVue OCT and HRT-Ⅲ can difierentiate ONH analysis with a similar outcome in glaucomatous eye.The C/D value.RA,superior and inferior RNFL thickness based on Optovue RTVue OCT and HRT-Ⅲare distinguishing indexes in the diagnosis of early glaucomatous damage.

Methods: By consulting with maintenance manuals and relevant information, and combining with the main problems of the computer equipment to make detailed analysis, and then discussed and explored the solution for resolving problem. Results: By using the elimination method of relevant calculating fault, computer system failure of Color Doppler Ultrasound can be effectively eliminated, and the normal operation of equipment can be guaranteed. Conclusion:With the rapid development of computer technology, it is applied wider and wider in the modern medical instrument and has become an important support technology of many medical equipment, and has been inseparable with medical equipment's technology development. Therefore, many computer failure of software and hardware directly become medical equipment failure, even directly affects the normal work of medical devices. Consequently, in the maintenance and repair for medical equipments, maintenance and repair of computer system becomes particularly important, and has been an important part to guarantee the normal work of medical equipment. We should pay more attention to it in work practice.
