The utility of anticoagulants is a significant content of total quality management(TQA)of clinical laboratory.The accurate results of laboratory investigations are closely correlated witll appropriate application of blood anticoagulants.The paper reviews the utility field and effects on investigation result of different anticoagulants,and it also raises the current problems of using anticoagulants and Dut forward corresponding solutions.

Morus alba L. (mulberry) is a well-known deciduous tree, belonging to the genus of Morus of Moraceae famlily. Its leaves, twigs, roots (bark) and fruits are widely used in the traditional Chinese medicine. The active constituents of mulberry contained flavonoids, alkaloids, steroids, coumarins, with the significant hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, antihypertension, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activities. This review summarized the research progress of the major pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics and drug-drug interaction based on CYPs and transporters of mulberry and its active constituents.

Objective To investigate the relation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and type Ⅳ collagen and the renal lesion of diabetes mellitus in diabetic rats. Methods Wistar rats were divided at random into normal control group(NC group) and diabetic model group(DM group), each group containing 20 animals. The rats models of diabetic mellitus were induced by streptozotocin(STZ). At the 8th week after induction, the expression levels of VEGF and type IV collagen in the kidney tissues in the two groups of rats were detected using immunohistochemistry. At the same time, the renal function of the rats was measured. Objective To calculate the measurement uncertainty of clinical chemical analytes according to the internal quality control (IQC)and external quality assessment (EQA)data in clinical laboratory.Methods Collected the IQC data from January to June 2013 and EQA data between 2012~2014 of clinical chemistry in clinical laboratory.Calculated the measure-ment uncertainty and extended uncertainty according to the Nordtest criteria.Results It was effective to evaluate the uncer-tainty using IQC and EQA data.ALP ranked the highest extended uncertainty and Na+ ranked the lowest uncertainty.The range of uncertainty varies greatly,electrolyte 4.27~18.16,enzyme 8.12~24.88,small molecular 4.88~12.44,protein and lipids 4.78~13.1.Conclusion The evaluation of clinical chemistry uncertainty by IQC and EQA data is simple and practi-cal,which is beneficial for assurancing the measurement accuracy.

Objective To classify Mongolian medicine prescription by using fuzzy c-means algorithm (FCM) and hard c-means algorithm (HCM); To explore the rationality of two kinds of clustering algorithm. Methods 27 Mongolian medicine prescriptions for treating Heiyi disease from Chuan Tong Meng Yao Yu Fang Ji were set as experimental data, and the data were preprocessed first. MS Visual Studio 2010 platform was used, and C# language was used for research and development. Chinese version and Mogolian version were implemented with WindowFrom and WPF technology, respectively. The medicine prescriptions were classified into 3, 4, 5, and 6 types by using FCM and HCM. Results All categorization with zero classification showed the existence of inclusion phenomena. The medicine in the classification results obtained by the two kinds of clustering algorithm did not exist cross. FCM could produce clustering results with smaller quantity difference and the more uniform classification compared with HCM. Conclusion The two algorithms are correct and reasonable, in which FCM algorithm has better clustering effect, and can be widely used in Mongolian prescription analysis, with a purpose to provide data supports for the research and development of new medicine.

The patients with cor pulmonale in release stage have been treated and cared with many methods.The results showed that there are obvious recuperatio of respiratory symptoms and lung function and evident strength of the immune function of the body and movement of diaphragm in the patients of treatment group with cor pulmonale compared with control group.The studies suggested that the rehabilitation treatment and care plays an important role in treating patients with cor pulmonale,particularly postponing and prevention acute attack.

Objective To investigate the methods of isolating collagen from different shark skins and to study its biochemical properties.Methods The collagen from the Blue shark scalp was extracted and purified by enzymolysis after treatment with diluted caustic alkali,and the collagen from the Spanish mackerel skins was extracted and purified by phosphate buffer method,respectively.Subsequently,the relative molecular mass,thermal denatured temperature and secondary structure of extracted collagen were determined.Results The extracted collagen with a yield of 2.9%～4.1% showed three clear bands by SDS-PAGE,and the relative molecular mass were 205,134 and 118KDa.The collagen from Blue shark and Spanish mackerel skins maximal thermal denatured temperature was 69,47℃,respectively.The secondary structures of their collagen were primary with ?-sheet and the random structure,without ?-alix.Conclusion The purified collagen was also extracted by the method of enzymolysis after treatment with diluted caustic alkali and the method of phosphate buffer.The relative molecular mass and the composition of Blue shark collagen and Spanish mackerel collagen were limited.However,the different extracted conditions could affect the specifically biochemical properties of thermal denatured temperature and secondary structure of collagen.
